AlN epilayers were grown on a c-plane sapphire substrate using hydride vapor phase epitaxy (HVPE). A series of AlN epilayers were grown at 1120˚C with V/III ratios 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5, and the influence of V/III ratio on their properties was investigated. As the V/III ratio was increased, the surface roughness (RMS roughness), Raman shift of E2 high peaks and full-width at half-maximum (FWHM) of symmetrical (002) & asymmetrical (102) of the AlN epilayers increased. However, the intensities of the Raman E2 high peaks were reduced. This indicates that the crystal quality of the grown AlN epilayers was degraded by activation of the parasitic reaction as the V/III ratio was increased. Smooth surface, stress free and high crystal quality AlN epilayers were obtained at the V/III ratio of 1.5. The crystal quality of AlNepilayers is worsened by the promotion of three-dimensional (3D) growth mode when the flow of NH3 is high.

본 논문은 GIAHS의 동적보전과 순응적 관리의 총체적 관리접근법에 대한 견해를 토대로 우리나라 농업·농촌유산에 대한 관리와 적용 가능한 활용방안에 대해 언급하였다. 우리나라 농업·농촌유산에 대한 DB화(기록화)도모와 ‘지역농업·농촌유산’, ‘국가적 농업·농촌유산 후보지’, ‘국가 농업·농촌유산’으로 순차적으로 구분하여 체계적인 관리시스템에의해 이루어져야 할 것이며 최종적으로 FAO의 세계중요농업유산으로 신청할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 또한 농업·농촌유산에대한 동적보전 및 사업계획의 방법으로 지방 유산제도 도입과 지방유산의 지정을 조장하기 위한 매뉴얼 등을 마련하여보급하는 것과 “농업·농촌유산자원해설사”와 “농업유산 지식체계의 전승자” 등 농업·농촌유산자원에 대한 보전·관리및 계승을 위한 제도 도입 병행이 필요하다. 따라서 농촌의 자연자원·경관자원·생태자원과 함께 통합적 관리를 위한체계적이고 효율적인 관리·활용을 위한 관련법 제정이 우선적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

본 연구에서는 2013년부터 시행되는 ‘농촌마을 리모델링 시범사업’의 체계적 수행을 위한 추진체계와 세부내용을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 농촌마을 리모델링 관련 연구는 현재까지 리모델링의 목적이나 기능에 따른 다양한 개념연구와 농촌주택, 마을쉼터, 공공시설 등과 같은 개별시설에 대한 규모와 배치기준 등에 대한 분야에 한정되어 있어종합적으로 농촌공간을 리모델링하는 계획 수립과 이를 현장에서 적용할 수 있도록 기준을 제시하는 연구는 미흡한실정이다. 본 연구에서 농촌마을 리모델링 추진체계로 첫째, 지역주민의 참여를 유도하는 사업의 준비단계, 즉 주민이주체가 되어 자발적으로 마을정비 방향 설정, 시설물형태, 위치배치 등 사업내용에 대한 토론이나 포럼을 거쳐 마을계획서작성을 하는 것, 둘째, 지자체에서 선정된 사업내용, 규모, 시기, 예산내역 및 예상성과 등을 검토하여 사업시행계획을수립하는 것, 셋째, 관련전문가들에 의해 공간 및 시설계획과 법제도 검토를 통해 농촌마을 리모델링 계획을 수립하는 것 등을 제안하였다. 현재 농촌마을 리모델링은 개별적 사업을 추진하는 방식에서 마을공간에 대한 종합적 계획 방식으로변하고 있어 이를 위한 주민, 지자체, 전문가의 역할을 정의하여 리모델링 사업이 효율적으로 진행될 수 있는 추진체계를 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 리모델링사업에 관련한 내용에 국한되어 수행되었으나 향후에는 농촌마을 리모델링의대상별 세부기준과 리모델링 결과에 대한 모니터링 연구가 필요한 것으로 사료된다.

연구의 대상지는 경남 산청군 단성면 남사리에 소재하고 있는 남사예담촌으로, 전통 농촌경관이 고스란히 보전되어 있는 전통문화마을이다. 남사예담촌의 원경은 양호하나 마을내 일부 돌담으로 가려진 한옥내부가 유휴지나 텃밭으로 이용․방치되어있거나, 돌담 보수처리가 원활하지 못하여 훼손된 경관을 보여주고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 방치되어 있는최소공간에 돌담, 마을안길, 전통놀이 시설물 등의 전통정원 요소를 도입하여 전통문화마을의 주거경관 및 환경개선에 도움을 줄 수 있는 전통정원계획을 수립하고자 한다.

The main contents of revision of the rural landscape planning according to Landscape Law discussed in this study show that the urban landscape and rural landscape have a propulsion system which integrate them into the national landscape and manages through the landscape planning. However, management and conservation reflecting the fundamental difference between urban and rural areas are needed. Planning the landscape by generalizing the size of the population, administrative district, the surface area does not meet the ultimate purpose of the Landscape Law that tries to establish differentiated local landscapes. Therefore, the association of professionals who can support and establish a propulsion system for landscape planning with the consideration of regional characteristics. For the urban landscape, the landscape committee is fulfilling the role, but none is available for the rural areas. This study is mostly based on previous literatures, however, in the future, it is desirable to have selected pilot areas for different landscape types and review problems that may occur during the application and process, in order to establish the landscape guidelines for the rural landscape plan.
