Bae, Seunghui, Choi, Mingyeong & Lee, Hyeyong. (2023). “The Dialog Pattern of Voice Phishing Conversation: Focusing on the Impersonation of an Investigative Agency”. The Sociolinguistic Journal of Korea, 31(4), 203-233. This study examined the dialog pattern in the structure and progress of conversations by analyzing actual voice phishing conversations. The study aimed to reconstruct the Dialog Pattern by synthesizing the structure of the conversation and the pattern of the development process found in several actual conversations. The dialog pattern of voice phishing is divided into six functional phases: approaching the victim, threatening criminal involvement, social isolation, vertical relationship enhancement, induction of withdrawal, and check withdrawal. The process of the voice phishing criminal exercising power over the victim and attempting financial fraud by unilaterally leading the conversation was demonstrated in each derived phase. This study provides basic data for the study of voice phishing conversations and can be used in education related to the prevention of voice phishing damage in the future.
Lee Hye-yong. Sok So-hyune・Park Song-chol・Bak Yong-ik・Lee Jeong-woo・Jin Jeongkun ・Jeoung Yeon-ok. 2016. “How members of a medical center communicate with each other”. The Sociolinguistic Journal of Korea 24(1). 213~239. The purpose of this article is to give an overview of the organizational communication in the medical center. This overview is based on the results of the individual studies conducted from 2012 to 2015 within a project about organizational communication in the medical center. Firstly we will summarize the characteristics of the respective communications performed between physicians, nurses, administrative staffs and between physicians and nurses. From those characteristics we will generalize the four typical negative aspects of the organizational communication in the medical center: authoritative, lack of empathy, an air of indifference to the communication, respectless. And then we introduce the causes of the negative aspects and their influences on the staffs of the medical center. Lastly we discuss how to improve the organizational communication in the medical center.
AlN epilayers were grown on a c-plane sapphire substrate using hydride vapor phase epitaxy (HVPE). A series of AlN epilayers were grown at 1120˚C with V/III ratios 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5, and the influence of V/III ratio on their properties was investigated. As the V/III ratio was increased, the surface roughness (RMS roughness), Raman shift of E2 high peaks and full-width at half-maximum (FWHM) of symmetrical (002) & asymmetrical (102) of the AlN epilayers increased. However, the intensities of the Raman E2 high peaks were reduced. This indicates that the crystal quality of the grown AlN epilayers was degraded by activation of the parasitic reaction as the V/III ratio was increased. Smooth surface, stress free and high crystal quality AlN epilayers were obtained at the V/III ratio of 1.5. The crystal quality of AlNepilayers is worsened by the promotion of three-dimensional (3D) growth mode when the flow of NH3 is high.
