        In this study, rye, Hairy beaches, pastures long and weighing many organic grazing cover crops can repress the uniforms, and the tractor was designed and built for mounting repression device. And identify appropriate working conditions and job factors and job performance by analyzing the correlation between the test results are as follows. Level 40∼50HP tractor for applying cover crops repression device width 2,400㎜, battling roller diameter is 380㎜, battling back after work uniforms repress blade for 4×100㎜, 640㎏ gross weight was optimized. Optimization of field test the tractor speed shift 1(0.45㎧∼0.53㎧) and in the repression and crop height 40∼ 60㎜ uniforms, respectively. Appropriate working conditions identified by weight in the roller by type by speed test results, the weight is heavy, long repression and squeezed me, speed was increased, the lower the efficiency of repression.

        In order to determine the wear properties of CVD ceramic coatings, wear process was evaluated using the coated pin of Falex Tribosystem. Also, in order to determine the effects of coating material on wear process, TiC,N of thickness 5m∼6m coated by Thermal CVD method were applied. The wear property of TiC,N film, the higher the deposition temperature was, the closer the lattice parameter was to the amount of the standard power, and the grain size increased. According to the wear formation, under the control that there is on specific wear rate wear parameter and coating delamination, decrease with increasing sliding friction and when the coating delamination happened.

        The types, properties, and processes for wear resistance are reviewed from the viewpoints of material properties, metallurgy, and tribology. Though materials such as ceramics and polymers are used as the wear resistances materials to provide various useful properties, they can offer excellent corrosion and wear resistances as well as mechanical, physical and chemical properties when combined with metal materials. This paper presents, first of all, the concept of surface, kinds of wear resistances and methods based on the characteristics of surface. For that reason classifies wear resistances followed by each surface modification. This, combined with numerous sophisticated wear resistances processes recently developed, makes them the choice of modifications in a large number of applications. This review has been written with an emphasis on wear resistance consisting materials as opposed to metals, ceramics and polymers. It is hoped that this review will serve as a useful source for literature survey as well as an introduction to the subject of wear resistance with materials.
