Silicon oxynitride that can be deposited two times faster than general SiNx:H layer was applied to fabricate the passivation protection layer of atomic layer deposition (ALD) Al2O3. The protection layer is deposited by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition to protect Al2O3 passivation layer from a high temperature metallization process for contact firing in screen-printed silicon solar cell. In this study, we studied passivation performance of ALD Al2O3 film as functions of process temperature and RF plasma effect in plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition system. Al2O3/SiON stacks coated at 400 oC showed higher lifetime values in the as-stacked state. In contrast, a high quality Al2O3/SiON stack was obtained with a plasma power of 400 W and a capping-deposition temperature of 200 oC after the firing process. The best lifetime was achieved with stack films fired at 850 oC. These results demonstrated the potential of the Al2O3/SiON passivated layer for crystalline silicon solar cells.

본 논문에서는 유도무기 통합 설계 프레임워크를 위한 데이터베이스를 설계하였다. 실제 개발에 앞서 유도무기 설계에 필요한 데이터베이스를 위한 요구도를 분석하였으며, 데이터베이스 설계 개념을 정립하였다. 또한 해석도구 간의 데이터흐름 등을 파악하였으며, 이들 정보를 토대로 테이블들을 구성하고 각 객체관계를 정의하여 데이터베이스 스키마를 설계 및 구축하였다. 개발된 DB는 유도무기 통합 설계 프레임워크에 통합되었으며 프레임워크내의 데이터 저장, 검색 및 관리 등의 역할을 수행하며, 유도무기 설계에 적용하여 그 효용성을 검증하였다.

본 연구에서는 두 나라에 걸쳐 경영활동이 전개되는 경우 기업에서의 다양한 문화적 배경이 동일한 조직성과에 대한 귀인양식(attribution pattern)에 어떤 체계적인 차이를 보이는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국의 반도체 제조 기업에 근무하는 미국인과 한국인 근로자를 대상으로 이들이 자기 회사의 성과를 어떻게 귀인 시키는지를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 미국인 근로자는 기업 실적의 책임에 있어서 시장 요인을 더 중요하게 인식한 반면, 한국인 근로자는 오히려 정부 요인을 기업 실적의 중요한 원인으로 인식하고 있었다. 그리고 한국인 근로자가 미국인 근로자보다 회사의 저조한 실적에 대해 더 많은 개인적 책임감을 인식하는 경향을 발견하였으나 연구방법론에 따라 통계적 유의성에 대한 해석에 차이를 보였다. 또한 집단기여에 대한 추가 분석을 실시한 결과 한국인 근로자와 미국인 근로자가 회사의 저조한 실적을 회사 자체의 책임으로 보는 정도에는 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 마지막으로 본 연구 결과의 시사점과 한계, 후속 연구가 논의 되었다.

This paper analyzes the high school textbooks for German which were developed according to the guidelines of the 7th National Curriculum. The study focuses on communicative features of texts/dialogues and the lessons in general. According to 7th National Curriculum, students have to practice all four communicative activities in German I, namely listening, speaking, reading and writing. This analysis aims at identifying and analyzing the elements which are relevant for communicative exercises. For that purpose, the author analyzes the proportion of texts in relation to dialogues, and the therein contained distribution of communicative situations or themes; another aspect of analysis deals with the question, how systematically the lessons are structured in order to enhance the four communicative activities and skills.
