In this study, discover vulnerable elements of Road Tunnel by database and analyzing inspection reports. And provide the data so that can explore ways to improve and feedback.

KISTEC(Korea Infrastructure Safety & Technology Corporation) has operated the U-safety Center which developing a user-participatory disaster management system with which it's possible for a user to transmit texts, photos and videos showing the current status of a specific disaster. With reported information about retaing wall, we had safety-inspected retaining wall and performed analysis of damage stats.

This study is for statistical analysis of road barriers by the highway-side. It is found there are various types of road barriers, and also most of them are reinforced concrete walls and reinforced earth walls. This statistics data will be helpful to road barriers’ maintenance field.

We have experienced cracking around column bottom and safety check places on a bridge due to lamp post shaken by traffic and wind. So we need to take a measure to decrease stress on lamp post by suppressing vibration. In this study, We have tested how much we can reduce the stress by using an anti vibration damper.

This study is to propose a more reasonable durability prediction models about compression strength and carbonation of Seoul Metro. The Seoul Metro has been used more than 30 years and accumulated many diagnosis data for about fifteen years. As a result of the analysis of compressive strength and carbonation, we were able to draw prediction models with accuracy of more than 80% and confirmed the prediction model's reliability by comparing it with the existing models. We've also confirmed field suitability of the prediction models by applying field, the average error of an estimate on compressive strength and carbonation depth was about 20%, which showed an accuracy of more than 80%.
