        본 연구에서 당근에서 제조한 CG의 기능성 화장품 소재로서의 응용성을 SCP와 비교 검토하기 위하여 CG와 SCP를 적용한 각각의 기능성 크림을 제조하였다. CG와 SCP를 적용한 각각의 기능성 크림에서의 변색, 변취 및 크리밍 현상이나 응집 등의 관능검사와 pH, 점도 등의 물성 변화는 5℃, 25℃에서 매우 안정하다. 피부에서의 수분손실량 및 수분 함유량의 변화를 측정한 결과에서도 CG의 보습작용이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 CG를 함유한 크림은 SCP를 함유한 크림과 마찬가지로 피부에 보습 효과가 우수하여 주름개선에도 큰 영향을 줄 것으로 예상된다.

        The purpose of this study was to find the level of satisfaction and preferences regarding the mess provisions in the three military bases in Daegu, Korea. A total of 325 military personnel was surveyed for this study. The content of examinations consisted of the general characteristics, satisfaction, awareness, and preference for the mess. Furthermore, I investigated the general menu on a daily basis with the most or the least-preferred food. As a result, I found that fried dishes are most preferred by military personnel, and they second and third in their preferences are boiled, and mixed with dressing. I also found that military personnel like meat, sweets like ice-cream, fried pork chops or chicken, and fatty and processed food like hamburgers. On the other hand, they do not like dishes made with bean sprouts, squid, fish or kimchi. On the basis of the results, a balanced diet is needed for military personnel through the research and development of recipes using some of the least favorite ingredients such as fish, squid, and vegetables.

        Soybean lecithin liposomes composed phosphatidyl choline, phosphatidyl ethanolamine, phosphatidyl inositol and phosphatidic acid were prepared by using the previously developed supercritical reverse phase evaporation method. The effect of phospholipid composition on the formation of liposomes and physicochemical properties were examined by means of trapping efficiency measurements, transmission electron microscopy, dynamic light scattering and zeta potential measurements. The trapping efficiency of liposomes for D-(+)-glucose made of CNA-Ⅰ which contains approximately 95% phosphatidyl choline is higher than that of CNA-II and CNA-O which contain approximately 32% phosphatidyl choline. However there is no any difference between the trapping efficiency of liposomes for D-(+)-glucose made of CNA-II which has saturated hydrocarbons tails and that of liposomes made of CNA-O which has unsaturated hydrocarbon chains. The electron micrographs of liposomes made of CNA-II and CNA-O show small spherical liposomes with diameter of 0.1~0.25μm, while that of CNA-I shows large unilamellar liposomes with diameter of 0.2~1.2μm. These results clearly show that phospholipid structure of phosphatidylcholine allows an efficient preparation of large unilamellar liposomes and a high trapping efficiency for water soluble substances. Liposomes made of CNA-II and CNA-O remained well-dispersed for at least 14 days, while liposome suspension made of CNA-I separated in two phase at 14 days due to aggregation and fusion of liposomes. The dispersibility of liposomes made of CNA-I is lower than that of CNA-II and CNA-O due to the smallar zeta potential of CNA-I.

        Supercritical carbondioxide is very effective in removing oils from a variety of seed matrices, devoid of any appreciable amount of phospholipid content. However, the limited solubility of phosphalipids in supercritical carbondioxide leaves behind a potentially valuable by-product in spent seed matrix. Any phospholipid extraction process from the spent matrix must maintain the structure and the quality of phospholipids and must be compatible with the end use of the seed protein meal an animal feed or for human consumption. An initial supercritical carbondioxide extraction of soybean flakes was performed at 32 MPa and 80℃ to extract the oils, leaving the phospholipids in the deflatted soybean flakes, A second step was performed on the defatted soybean flake using Xeth=0.10, Varying the pressure from 175 MPa to 70.6 MPa and temperature from 60℃ to 80℃. For all supercritical carbon dioxide/ethanol mixture extractions, a fraction rich in phospholipids was obtained. The fractions extracted from defatted soybean flakes were dried and them redissolved in chloroform before HPLC-ELSD analysis. Quantitative and qualitative analysis of phospholipids on soybean seeds, defatted soybean flake, and different extracted phospholipid fractions was carried out, to ascertain the effect of extraction pressure and temperature.

        This study is manufacturing method and analysis of feasibility about collagen peptide from fish scale. This is processed by enzyme hydrolysis, isolating and refining etc. The results of analysis of nutritional composition showed protein content of collagen peptide. In the analysis of constitutive amino acids, the ratio of contents of hydroxyproline and glycine, the characteristics of collagen peptides appeared similar and the contents of glutamic acid and aspartic acid which are involved in protein metabolism. As a result of measurement of total polyphenol content and total flavonoid, it showed that collagen peptide had more contents generally, and the effect of bioactivity of pig-skin collagen peptide appeared higher although different kinds of scale collagen peptide showed a little DPPH radical scavenging ability, total antioxidant capacity by ABTS, ACE inhibitory.

        This study provides a possibility of analysing rhythmic attributes of contemporary music through contour theory.The early idea of pitch contour occured as early as 1948 in the writing ofcomposers such as Toch and Schoenberg Over a decade later, the work of Charles Seeger, Charles Adams, and Micczyslaw Kollinski set forth the theories of contour analysis But, in the music theory, the concept was formalized by Robcrt Morris Michael Friedmann, and Larry Polansky, Elizabeth Marvin and Robert Morris, in particular, have signiflcantly developed the analytical methodology with which to apply the contour thory.contrast to the previous results of contour music analysis, which focused onpitch element, this analysis presumes that the rhytbms also show similar characterTo prove the hypothesis this thesis re-classified the Elizabeth Marvin and Noel Painenr's rhythmic analysis theories and adjusted the result into Stockhousen's In freundschaft.         The concept of "prolongation" which is an idea of extraordinary power is well established by many Schenkerian analyzers. It offered outstanding and unique view into common-practice tonal music, allowing us to understand through the musical surface to the remoter structural levels and ultimately to the tonic triad. Many researchers have indicated that it is not proper for atonal music to adapt the concept of prolongation. Most theorists have ceased to produce prolongation analyses of atonal music. The first part of this study examined the limits of the Schenkerian analysis concerning the fundamental structure(Ursatz). Through this examination, it has been found that the fundamental structure and prolongation are not the absolute notion, and harmonic progression and prolongation are largely determined by the consonance and dissonance that occurred contrapunctally between parts. From the standpoint such as this, Strauss and Pearsall admitted that in atonal music, some sonority might be defined contextually as a consonance, thus permitting small-scale prolongations. In the context of the intervallic contents of chords in an atonal works, we may find some prevalent chords. Some researchers suggested that the potential exists for uncovering a unique context containing intervallic variety in each atonal composition. To examine the intervallic content in some atonal works, we used the approach of "set" theory. Unlike tonal works, each atonal composition contains unique structural attributes. And, the identification of consonance and dissonance in atonal music necessarily leads to new definitions of harmony and voice-leading. This study analyzed Webern's op.9, no. 2, based on the demonstration of Edward R. Pearsall. This analysis illustrated the existence of common harmonic attributes and structure. Pearsall suggested that some prevalent intervallic contents and common harmonic attributes be able to consider a kind of 'consonance'. And, he thought of this consonance as a unit of prolongation in an atonal work. The demonstration of Pearsall gives an example of the understanding the term "prolongation" in atonal works. His methodology of analysis is not absolute nor generalized. But, we may have a possibility to examine the "prolongation" in atonal works. In conclusion, we may apply the methods of this analysis to other atonal works.

        This study identified the effect of changes in the riverbed on the benthic macroinvertebrate communities. The benthic macroinvertebrates collected from the surveyed sites belonged to 119 species, 65 families, 20 orders, and 7 classes in 4 phyla. The number of Ephemeroptera, Plecoptera, and Trichoptera (E.P.T) species was 42, 10, and 8, respectively, in the tributary, confluence, and Nakdong River sites. Lotic species (Hydropsychidae) showed a high density at the tributary sites, whereas lentic species (Chironomidae) showed a high density at the confluence and Nakdong River sites. Community analysis showed that the Dominance Index (DI) was 0.54 in tributary sites, and dominance indices increased closer to the Nakdong River sites. The diversity index (H’) was inversely proportional to DI. The ratio of Burrowers species (BU) at the surveyed sites increased closer to the Nakdong River sites. Analysis of common species showed 37 species (34.6%) between the tributary and confluence sites and 66 species (51.5%) between the confluence and Nakdong River sites.

        이 연구는 농촌 다문화가족 한국인 남편의 문화적응 스트레스와 생활 갈등이 어떤 관계 가 있는지 탐색하고, 그 관계를 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 통해 검증하였다. 빈도분석, Pearson의 적률상관분석과 중다회귀분석으로 처리한 결과, 농촌 다문화가족 한국인 남편의 문화적응 스트레스와 사회적 지지는 유의한 부적 상관을 보였고, 문화적응 스트레스와 생 활 갈등은 유의한 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 문화적응 스트레스는 사회적 지지와 생활 갈등에 영향력이 있는 변인으로 나타났다. Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 위계적 회귀분석에 따른 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 문화적응 스트레스가 생활 갈등에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 지지가 부분 매개를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 다문화가족 한국인 남편의 문화적응 스트레스는 생활 갈 등과 긴밀한 관계를 나타냈고, 남편의 문화적응 스트레스와 생활 갈등 사이에 사회적 지지 의 매개효과를 확인하였으며, 따라서 농촌 다문화가족 한국인 남편의 생활 갈등을 줄이기 위해 한국인 남편을 위한 다양한 사회적 지지를 확보하는 일이 필요하다고 보았다.

        Benthic macroinvertebrates were seasonally sampled from upstream and downstream of the Gunwi Dam construction site from 2006 to 2012. Totally 148 and 165 species were collected at the upstream and downstream sampling sites, respectively. At the upstream area after dam construction, there was no significant change of the numbers of non-insect taxa, but at the downstream area, the non-insect taxon numbers were increased gradually. The individual ratio of Ephemeroptera and Diptera had higher value than the other taxa in both of up and downstream. The trichopteran individual ratios were increased in upstream sites, but decreased in downstream sites from 2010. Also, non-insects and coleopteran individual ratios were decreased in upstream, but increased in downstream after completion of dam construction. The annual range of fluctuation in community indices narrowed after construction. According to a functional feeding group analysis, the individual ratios of FC (Filtering Collector) were increased, and GC (Gathering Collector) and SC (Scraper) were decreased in upstream sites annually. In contrast, the annual individual ratios of FC were decreased, and GC and SC were increased in the downstream sites.
