In this research, we investigated the newly conceptualizing process about the term 'Hybrid', which implicates novel definitions in various areas. 'Hybrid' has been defined plant-sociologically to be worldwide culture which pursues de-individuality, de-territory and de-area. We investigated why and how 'Hybrid' as a plant-sociological meaning could be related with the development of human culture and furthermore the development of modern culture in the world. For initial basic characterization, we identified the semantical definition of 'Hybrid'. We confirmed that the term 'Hybrid' was being extensively utilized in accordance with the dynamic change of time period. The meaning of 'Hybrid' undergoes a remarkable change from generation and creation of a material to creativity. Secondly, 'Hybrid' as a plant community term includes diverse variables : 'hybrid vigor' vs 'inbreeding depression', 'natural selection' vs 'artificial selection' and 'mutation' vs 'Hardy Weinberg equilibrium in a group' should be considered systematically as well as simultaneously. We found an advanced level of evolution in the appearance of 'Hybrid' and its interaction with others. Finally, we proved that all the creation and uniqueness, things and surroundings, life and death, dominance and recessiveness, natural selection and artificial selection, the steps of evolution and so on, are going together in the time that they characterize the beneficial and complete reversion of modernity. The cultural evolution is a continuity of the biological evolution in the other dimension, and the base of the future evolution should also result from the continuity of the cultural and the biological evolution.

The following is the summary to promote the efficiency of distribution structure in the flower business. First, considering the fact that off-line sale is still the major part of flower businesses, we should make a greater effort to activate e-business which is the combination of off-line and on-line businesses. Second, the sale sizes, when we do not consider those who did not give an answer to the survey, appear polarized into 2 million and 8 million Won. It means that we should develop a new distribution structure through which small local flower shops can also have their own shares in the nationwide flower market. Running a nationwide chain can be one way to resolve that polarization problem, but there are still some issues that need to be addressed. For example, there already exist more than 10 companies that have nationwide chains, but the reality that the bigger chains tend to attract bigger number of people shows that network externality is an important factor for the success of the flower business. Further studies, therefore, are needed to find out an answer to this critical issue on what is the minimum number of members which can create the necessary network externalities.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of horticultural therapy for children of developmental disability. Drawing was used as a supplementary evaluation scale because the disbilitty had many difficulties to express how they felt when they had horticultural therapy. Children with developmental disability could express their states and conditions by drawing a picture after horticultural therapy; a drawing could be a supplementary scale to communicate their interactions. This study showed that the integrative horticultural therapy combined with art therapy technique improved the effectiveness of horticultural therapy; the integrated therapy gave the disability a synergy effect of not only a supplementary evaluation scale but also a therapeutical stimulation.
