        Automobiles are largely divided into passenger cars with less than five passengers and commercial vehicles such as construction machines, trucks, mixers, special lorries, and large buses. Automobile maintenance companies are also divided into passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Because commercial vehicles are the livelihood vehicles of individual carriers engaged in cargo transportation, passenger transportation, and construction, fast and accurate maintenance is important. Access to the expressway is also important because the car is large and uses highways. In addition, the time required for troubleshooting is long, so sufficient space must be secured for parking the vehicle, and ease of entry and exit of the vehicle in the maintenance shop should be fully considered. For this reason, commercial vehicle maintenance companies have higher initial investment costs than car maintenance companies, and it is difficult to supply and maintain maintenance personnel. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully examine and analyze various related factors for successful commercial vehicle maintenance company selection. However, most existing commercial vehicle maintenance companies often choose their location based on the empirical judgment of the founder, the customs and the case, without a clear analysis. In this study, we show how to derive the location selection factors to be considered when establishing professional maintenance company for commercial vehicles and to select the optimal location by using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method.

        This research presents a preparation method of dental components by metal injection molding process (MIM process) using titanium scrap. About 20 μm sized spherical titanium powders for MIM process were successfully prepared by a novel dehydrogenation and spheroidization method using in-situ radio frequency thermal plasma treatment. The effects of MIM process parameters on the mechanical and biological properties of dental components were investigated and the optimum condition was obtained. After sintering at 1250oC for 1 hour in vacuum, the hardness and the tensile strength of MIMed titanium components were 289 Hv and 584 MPa, respectively. Prepared titanium dental components were not cytotoxic and they showed a good cell proliferation property.

        This study was carried out to investigate aroma patterns of Hanwoo (Korean cattle) beef by using an Electronic nose. The M. longissimus muscle and Semimembranosus muscle after 24 hours postmortem was obtained, and half muscles cooked in water batch until internal temperature arrived at 70℃ or microwave for 30 sec. The raw and cooked beef samples stored at 1℃ for 11 days. Sensitivity values (dR/RO) among electronic nose data were changed differently by muscle parts, heat treatments and storage days. The dR/RO values from SY/LG, T30/1, P10/1, P10/2 were decreased at 11th storage compared with those at 1th storage. Mapping these data by using PCA (principal component analysis) showed that raw and cooked beef data were presented on the right and left side of board, respectively. The data of 1st storage were presented on the right side, and flock together. Otherwise, the data of 11th storage were spreaded out more widely on the left side. Consequently, the dR/RO value and PCA mapping by Electronic nose data showed difference by sample treatments and storage days. Therefore it will be possible to able to detect separated aroma patterns of Hanwoo beef by using an Electronic nose.

        L. rhamnosus GG 유산균은 1983년 건강한 성인의 장관에서 분리된 이래 인체의 수많은 건강효과에 관한 연구들이 진행되었다. 전세계의 연구자들이 이 프로바이오틱 유산균에 관심을 갖게 되었고, 인체에 대한 다양한 임상시험과 흥미로운 연구들이 진행되었다. 지난 20여 년간 프로바 이오틱 시장이 급격히 성장했음에도 불구하고, L. rhamnosus GG는 아직도 세계에서 가장 연구가 많이 진행된 유산균이다. 비록 in vitro와 실험적 연구들을 인체와 직접적으로 관련시킬 수는 없지만, 위의 연구들을 통해 L. rhamnosus GG가 장관에서 병원성 미생물을 억제하고, 이들이 혈관이나 세포조직으로 침투하는 것을 억제하며, 시스템적인 또는 국소적인 면역반응을 증강시키고, 감염 억제와 감염으로부터의 회복을 빠르게 하는 등의 역할을 하고 있음을 알 수 있다.
