        Background: Individuals with scapular winging have a weak serratus anterior (SA) muscle, and to compensate, the pectoralis major (PM) and upper trapezius (UT) muscles excessively activate, which can cause upper extremity dysfunction. This study aimed to compare the effects of isometric horizontal abduction (IHA) on SA, PM, and UT muscle activity, as well as the SA/PM and SA/UT muscle activity ratios during knee push-up plus (KPP) at 90° and 120° of shoulder flexion. Objects: This study aimed to compare the effects of IHA on SA, PM, and UT muscle activity, as well as the SA/PM and SA/UT muscle activity ratios during KPP at 90° and 120° of shoulder flexion. Methods: This study, conducted at a university research laboratory, included 20 individuals with scapular winging. Participants performed KPP with and without IHA at 90° (KPP90) and 120° (KPP120) of shoulder flexion. SA, PM, and UT muscle activity were measured using surface electromyography. Results: PM activity in KPP90 with IHA was significantly lower than KPP90 and in KPP120 was significantly lower than KPP90. UT activity was significantly greater with IHA than without IHA and at 120° than 90° of shoulder flexion. SA/PM muscle activity ratio was significantly higher in KPP90 with IHA than without IHA and in KPP120 than in KPP90. SA/UT muscle activity ratio was significantly lower with IHA than without IHA. Conclusion: KPP90 with IHA and KPP120 are effective exercises to reduce PM activity and increase SA/PM muscle activity ratio. However, applying IHA in KPP90 also reduces SA/UT muscle activity ratio, implying that it would be preferable to apply KPP120 in individuals overusing their UT muscles.

        The cooperative relationship between Employer and Contractor in the construction industry is the most important factor to achieve the project success. Employer shall draw the Contractor’s cooperative behavior during executing the project. A study on the impact of the Owner’s power on the contractor’s cooperative behavior is rare in the construction industry in Korea even though the negative impact of the high-power distance between the Employer and the Contractor has been a hot issue in Korea. In this empirical study, it is shown that the Employer’s power can address the contractor’s cooperative behavior. The respondents were mostly employees in the domestic construction companies who have experienced in the construction projects. The total number of respondents was 317 effectively. The multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 were conducted to verify the hypotheses. In conclusion, the Mediated Power is positively associated with the In-Role Behavior and with the Extra-Role Behavior. Some of Non-Mediated Power is positively associated with the In-Role Behavior and with the Extra-Role Behavior. It seems that the Contract underestimate the Employer’s Expert Power. It was known that the cooperative power caused by Non-Mediated Power is good for long term relationship of the business to business transaction. So it is highly recommended that the Employer shall foster its expertise.

        간조직 생검은 침습적이며, 합병증의 위험을 동반함에도 불구하고 간섬유화의 정도를 예측하는 표준 진 단법으로 적용된다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해 본 연구에서는 만성 C형간염 환자 200명을 대상으로 Fib roscan®을 이용하여 간섬유화 등급을 나누고, ROC 곡선을 측정하여 혈청학적검사로 계산되는 FIB-4, APR I, AAR의 유용성과 실질적인 Cut-off value를 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 간섬유화 평가를 위해 AAR을 적 용하는 것보다는 APRI, FIB-4를 이용하는 것이 적절할 것으로 생각되며, 경한 섬유화 등급을 예측하기 위 해서는 APRI, 간경변군인 F4등급에는 FIB-4를 사용하는 것이 유용하다고 판단된다. 혈청학적 간섬유화 표 지자의 간편하고 반복 측정이 가능하다는 장점을 이용해 간 섬유화의 경과 관찰 기간을 줄일 수 있으므로 나아가 간경변과 간암의 유병률을 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

        국내 남성에게서 지속적으로 발생하는 전립선암을 대상으로, 근접치료 시 금 나노입자 밀도에 따른 흡수 선량을 평가하고자 하였다. 흡수선량 평가는 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션을 이용한 MCNPX 프로그램을 이용하였다. 선원은 일시적 삽입선원 192Ir과 영구적 삽입선원 103Pd을 이용하였으며, 금 나노입자의 밀도는 0 mg, 7 mg, 18 mg, 30 mg으로 하였다. 그 결과 표적장기인 전립선은 192Ir이 2.95E-14 Gy/e에서 4.42E-14 Gy/e로 밀도에 비례해서 증가하였으며, 103Pd도 동일한 경향성을 보였다. 또한 주변장기에 대한 선량은 밀도에 반비례하여 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 근접치료 시 나노입자의 사용은 치료가능비를 상승시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        4차 산업혁명의 기술 중 3D 프린팅 기술의 소재에 따른 선량평가를 통해 볼루스 적용 가능성을 평가하 였다. 선량의 평가는 몬테카를로 방식의 MCNPX프로그램을 이용하였으며, 3D 프린트 물성은 ABS, PC, PL A 세 가지로 하였다. 그리하여 볼루스 10 mm와 동일한 효과를 보이는 두께를 산정한 결과 6 MeV 전자선의 경우 ABS 10 mm, PC 9 mm, PLA 9 mm로 나타났다. 6 MV X-선의 경우 ABS 11 mm, PC 10 mm, PLA 9 mm로 나타났다. 본 실험을 통해 3D 프린터 소재로 제작하는 조직등가물질이 볼루스를 대체할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

        The cone beam computed tomography(CBCT) which can acquire 3-dimensions images is widely used for confirmation of patient position before radiation therapy. In this study, through the simulation using the Monte Carlo technique, we will analyze the exposure dose by cone beam computed tomography and present the standardized data. For the experiment, MCNPX(ver. 2.5.0) was used and the photon beam spectrum was analyzed after Cone beam was simulated. As a result of analyzing the photon beam spectrum, the average energy ranged from 25.7 to 37.6 keV at the tube voltage of 80 ∼ 120 kVp and the characteristic X-ray energy was 9, 60, 68 and 70 keV. As a result of using the water phantom, the percentage depth dose was measured, and the maximum dose appeared on the surface and decreased with depth. The absorbed dose also decreased as the depth increased. The absorbed dose of the whole phantom was 9.7 ~ 18.7 mGy. This is a dose which accounts for 0.2% of about 10 Gy, which is generally used for radiation therapy per week, which is not expected to have a significant effect on the treatment effect. However, it should not be overlooked even if it is small compared with prescription dose
