        Aluminum-oxide(Al2O3) thin films were deposited by electron cyclotron resonance plasma-enhanced atomic layer deposition at room temperature using trimethylaluminum(TMA) as the Al source and O2 plasma as the oxidant. In order to compare our results with those obtained using the conventional thermal ALD method, Al2O3 films were also deposited with TMA and H2O as reactants at 280 oC. The chemical composition and microstructure of the as-deposited Al2O3 films were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), X-ray photo-electric spectroscopy(XPS), atomic force microscopy(AFM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). Optical properties of the Al2O3 films were characterized using UV-vis and ellipsometry measurements. Electrical properties were characterized by capacitance-frequency and current-voltage measurements. Using the ECR method, a growth rate of 0.18 nm/cycle was achieved, which is much higher than the growth rate of 0.14 nm/cycle obtained using thermal ALD. Excellent dielectric and insulating properties were demonstrated for both Al2O3 films.

        The properties of zinc oxynitride semiconductors and their associated thin film transistors are studied. Reactively sputtered zinc oxynitride films exhibit n-type conduction, and nitrogen-rich compositions result in relatively high electron mobility. Nitrogen vacancies are anticipated to act as shallow electron donors, as their calculated formation energy is lowest among the possible types of point defects. The carrier density can be reduced by substituting zinc with metals such as gallium or aluminum, which form stronger bonds with nitrogen than zinc does. The electrical properties of gallium-doped zinc oxynitride thin films and their respective devices demonstrate the carrier suppression effect accordingly.

        게임의 인트로 영상, TV 씨리즈 물 등에서의 ‘디지털 액터’들의 연기는 물론이거니와, 근래에 와서 표현방법들을 기준으로 애니메이션과 영화를 구분하기가 상당히 어려워졌다고 해도 과언이 아닐 것 같다. 이전의 영화에서는 반드시 실제의 배우가 등장하여 연기를 하는 방향으로 전개가 되어졌었다. 그렇지만 최근에는 영화에서도 '디지털 액터'가 등장하는 빈도가 증가되어, 그 역할과 표현의 한계에 대해서 언급이 되고 있는 바, 다양한 소재의 장르를 소화 할 수 있는 연기력을 기반으로 획기적인 제작 프로세스를 가져다 줄 것이며, 제작비 또한 큰 변화를 가져 올 수 있다고 생각한다. 이러한 측면에서 연기학적 측면과 생리학적 측면과 동시에 실사적 동작의 특징, 카툰적 동작의 특징 및 실사적 동작과 카툰적 동작의 차이점 등을 기준으로, 이미 개봉이 되었던 <헐크(Hulk, 2003 / 감독: 이안)>에서 '디지털 액터'의 '표정연기'에 관해서 슬픈 장면과 분노의 장면을 위주로 다루어 보고자 한다.

        Houttuynia cordata is used as a raw material of oriental medicine to acquire antioxidant and anti cancer effect and to cure a heart disease. Mechanochemical technology not only reduces the size of the object but also changes the chemical properties of the object. Extraction of functional materials from the Houttuynia cordata after grinding as a pretreatment using the mechanochemical technology was conducted in this study to investigate the effect of grinding on the yields and antioxidant activities of the extract. Houttuynia cordata was ground by the planetary ball mill and the morphology was analyzed by SEM. Yields of functional materials were increased from 6.2 g in the sample without grinding to 7.0, 7.8, 8.8 g after grinding of 30 minutes, 1 hour and 2 hours, respectively. Nitrite scavenging abilities were increased from 57-77% to 69-86% as a result of mechanochemical pretreatment. Also, DPPH scavenging abilities for the methanol extraction were increased from 10.01-40.29% to 11.01-49.29% as a result of mechanochemical grinding.
