The clinical importance of biologic markers remains elusive in gastric cancer. The aim of this study was to evaluate the prognostic value of p53, Ki-67, and COX-2 in gastric cancer. This retrospective study examined based on medical records of postoperative immunohistochemical test of 176 patients who demonstrated high expression of all three biological markers being tested (p53, Ki-67, and COX-2), among 357 gastric cancer patients who underwent surgical resection consecutively. This study demonstrates the correlation with biologic marker between clinical relationship and recurrence free survival (RFS). A positive correlation was observed between the expression of Ki-67 and p53, and a positive correlation was also observed between the expression of Ki-67 and COX-2 Expression of p53 did not correlate with any of the clinicopathological variables examined. Both Ki-67 and COX-2 expression significantly correlated with tumor depth, classified as early gastric cancer and advanced gastric cancer. The expression of COX-2 significantly correlated with tumor differentiation, with more tumors being of the undifferentiated type than of the differentiated type in the COX-2 positive group. A significant difference between p53 and RFS, also COX-2 expression and RFS was observed. This study showed that only p53 and COX-2 have significantly correlated with the RFS of gastric cancer.
This essay surveys some literary, cultural criticism of T. S. Eliot and Kim Ki-Rim, focusing on each writer’s works, The Waste Land and Ki-Sang-Do. In Eliot’s creative and critical practice, his primary concern is to depict his own literature and culture. In other words, he seems to concentrate only on the fate of European literature, art, and cultural heritage, including the political balance of European countries. Therefore, the important issue for Eliot is how they can preserve and develop the tradition of Europe, both to make political peace among the European countries and to achieve “maturity” of their own culture. But Kim Ki-Rim, whose colonial circumstances are quite different from Eliot’s, is affected by double obstacles, the chaos of the pre-modern, underdeveloped Cho-sun and the period of colonial-imperialism from Japan (and the western countries), the prevalent international order then, with cultural ideology of modernity or modernism. In such a situation, Kim Ki-Rim does not concern himself with the idea of preserving the tradition of Europe-originated modernity. Rather, he suggests a possibility of breaking through the very western modernity and modernism, ultimately to build a whole new world, in which post-modern Cho-sun can hold a secure, culturally leading position.
본고는 19세기 후반 이후 영남 우도지역에서 일정한 영향력을 발휘한 蘆沙學 派 문인들의 학문적 연원이 되는 蘆沙 奇正鎭(1798∼1879)의 학문 활동을 韓 末 畿湖學界의 동향과 관련하여 고찰한 것이다. 門戶 分立에 따른 학파 분화, 그리고 이에 따른 다양한 학문적 입장의 대두 속에서 기정진의 主理的 학문 경 향이 가지는 위상을 검토하였으며, 특히 20세기 초반 기호학계의 논란이 되었 던 理 중심의 이기론과 호락논쟁에 대한 입장을 살펴보았다. 기정진은 호남을 중심으로 꾸준히 강학활동을 펼치면서 그 학문적 영향력을 확대하였을 뿐만 아니라 기호학계의 학문 연원이 되는 栗谷 성리설에 대한 비 판적 입장을 제시하며 자신의 학설을 구체화하였다. 그리고 당시 기호학계의 최대 논란 대상이었던 호락논쟁에 대해 인성물성동이를 중심으로 비판적 지양 의 입장을 취하였다. 리를 중심으로 한 그의 성리설은 실천적 위정척사로 현실 화되었으며, 이러한 그의 학문관은 그의 문인에게 계승되어 호남과 영남 우도 지역에서 적지 않은 영향력을 발휘하였다. 본고는 이러한 그의 학문 활동을 영 남 우도의 학계 지형에 유의하여 전반적으로 검토한 것이다.
조선시대의 기생의 기원과 제도, 기생의 역할, 평양기생학교를 통한 기생의 원래의 의미인 전통적인 조선시대의 아티스트(Artist)임을 재조명하고, 기생학교의 제도와 규칙, 교육과정, 수업시간표, 졸업 앨범, 각종 사진첩을 통해서 조선시대의 기생의 역할과 평양기생학교 등의 재조명 및 분석을 통하여 전통적인 문화를 디지털콘텐츠의 창작소재로 발굴하므로 이를 디지털콘텐츠인 게임콘텐츠, 디지털애니메이션, 드라마, 영화화 할 수 있도록 소재화 하는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다. 특히, 조선의 기생의 아름다움과 아트적인 재능, 사회제도 및 기생학교 등을 발굴하여 원화기획(컨셉 디자인) 및 디지털시나리오 화하므로 경제성이 강한 문화콘텐츠로 발전시키며, 평양기생학교의 교육시스템, 교육내용, 학생 현황 등을 발굴하여 육성 및 경영시뮬레이션 게임의 제작 컨셉 도출 및 게임제작, 애니메이션 및 TV드라마, 디지털 애니메이션 및 영화 제작의 문화콘텐츠의 창작소재로 활용할 수 있도록 제안한다.
The effects of various kind and amount of nitrogen fertilizers on the plant grorth. physiological , yield and extracts. ligustilide, butylidene phthalide contents of curdsdrug "Tou-ki" (AnTelica acutiloba Kitagawa) were investigated in 1989. Five plots variouskind of nitrogen fertilizers. Namely, no nitrogen, urea. ammonium nitrate, ammoniumchloride and control plot of ammonium sulfate. The other, by providing five plotsdifferent composed ratio of nitrogenous fertilizers. containing no nitrogen (No. o) .0.5-fold nitrogen (No s), control plot of 1.0-fold nitrogen(Nl.o). 1.5-fold nitrogen(Nl s)and 2.0-fold nitrogen Na. o), but nitogen was used the ammonium sulfate. The results showedthat the crude drug "Tou-ki" can ammonium chloride be produced in good yield, displayingboth good plant growth and remarkable physiologically-active conditions, and it can beproduced such that the extracts is maximized. Additionally, using methods of gaschromatography (GC) , it was established that ligustilide and butylidene phthalide, majorcomponents in the crude drug was recovered in a good yield from the fully grown plants.The other, the plant growth, the physiologically-active, the weight of whole plant, theyield of extracts and ligustilide, butylidene phthalide were seen to be best at the plotof 2.0-fold nitrogen and according to the increase or decrease of nitrogen decreasedgradually. Therefore. about 2 fold of standard quantity seems to be the most suitablequantity of nitrogen for "Tou-ki" cultivation .uot;Tou-ki" cultivation .ion .
