The global luxury travel market is in a constant state of flux, and traditional players have to adapt to the rising challenges in various areas of their business model. As new players emerge, using technology and the global reach of the Internet and social media to reach out to a discerning group of travelers, they speak to the changing expectations and behavior of international consumers. Our study will shed light on these consumption and travel patterns, on ways new disruptors in the field of luxury hospitality successfully differentiate themselves from their more traditional competitors and on the implications this will have on the business models of five-star hotels in Switzerland. While limited in scope, this study will provide insight relevant to academics and professionals in the field of luxury hospitality.

Using ALMA observations of the 13CN and DCN lines in the massive star-forming region G33.92+0.11A, we investigate the CN/HCN abundance ratio, which serves as a tracer of photodissociation chemistry, over the whole observed region. Even considering the uncertainties in calculating the abundance ratio, we fi nd high ratios (》1) in large parts of the source, especially in the outer regions of star-forming clumps A1, A2, and A5. Regions with high CN/HCN ratios coincide with the in infows of accreted gas suggested by Liu et al. (2015). We conclude that we found strong evidence for interaction between the dense gas clumps and the accreted ambient gas which may have sequentially triggered the star formation in these clumps.

An asteroid specimen that belongs to the genus Henricia was collected from the waters near Ongpo harbor, Jeju Island using fishing net on 24 January 2017. The specimen was identified as Henricia anomala Hayashi, 1973, which belongs to the family Echinasteridae and order Spinulosida. Henricia anomala was first described by Hayashi, 1973, who captured it from Sagami Bay at a depth of 110-116 m. This species can be distinguished from other Henricia species by short arms (R/r=4), abactinal spines lining the abactinal plates and bearing about two to five spinelets, closely meshed abactinal skeleton, composed of small rod-like and subtriangular plates, a narrow papular area containing one or two papulae, and adambulacral armature composed of five to seven bluntly pointed spinelets. This is the first report of Henricia anomala in Korea.

Companies are increasingly faced with a growing number of social enterprises entering the market, as well with an appealing business model for many customers. However, the role of social enterprises as a driver of customer well-being has not been examined so far. Given the relevance of customer well-being for company success, this paper seeks to identify whether buying products from social enterprises leads to a different degree of customer well-being compared to the purchase from other organization types. The findings reveal that buying products from social enterprises leads to a higher degree of customer well-being than buying products from for-profit companies. In contrast, purchasing from non-profit organizations leads to a slightly higher customer well-being than buying from social enterprises. Furthermore, the results show that the organization type has an influence on customers´ company perceptions, which, in turn, guides the perception of customer well-being.
