        선박의 유체 저장 탱크 내부의 적재용량에 의한 선박 운동 고유 특성의 변화는 많은 실험 과 연구를 통해 밝혀졌다. 또한 이러한 현상에 의한 선박 운동 특성 변화를 최소화하기 위한 장치는 지속적으로 연구 및 개발되고 있으며, 특히 횡동요 운동에 대한 저감효과에 대한 부분이 주를 이루고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 장치 중 하나인 저장탱크 내부의 격벽에 의한 횡동요 저감장치의 길이 변화에 따른 간극의 변화에 의한 선박 운동의 변화를 수치 시뮬레이션 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 경계요소법 기반의 부유체 운동 프로그램과 입자법 기반의 전산유체역학 프로그램이 동적 연성된 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 동적 연성된 프로그램은 동일 실험과의 비교를 통해 검증하였다. 검증된 프로그램은 격벽의 길이를 달리하여 간극에 변화를 준 다양한 경우에 대해 수치 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 그 결과 액체 저장률의 변화 및 액체 탱크 내부의 격벽에 의한 간극의 차이에 의해 선박 운동 특성이 변화함을 응답 진폭 함수의 비교를 통해 확인하였다. 주목할 만한 결과로써 적재용량에 따라 변화하는 선박의 운동 특성이 간극을 조정함으로써 동일한 선박 특성을 가지게 됨을 확인하 였으며, 이는 격벽에 의한 간극의 조종을 통한 선박 운동 제어가 가능함을 보여준다. 추후 격벽의 수 및 각기 다른 길이를 가진 격벽에 의한 연구를 수행하여 격벽 길이 조정을 통한 선박 운동 특성 제어에 대한 연구를 수행할 계획이다.

        This study examines earthquake-induced sloshing effects on liquid storage tanks using computation fluid dynamics. To achieve this goal, this study selects an existing square steel tank tested by Seismic Simulation Test Center at Pusan National University as a case study. The model validation was firstly performed through the comparison of shaking table test data and simulated results for the water tank subjected to a harmonic excitation. For a realistic estimation of the wall pressure response of the water tank, three recorded earthquakes with similar peak ground acceleration are applied:1940 El Centro earthquake, 2016 Gyeongju earthquake, and 2017 Pohang earthquake. Wall pressures monitored during the dynamic analyses are examined and compared for different earthquake motions and monitoring points, using power spectrum density. Finally, the maximum dynamic pressure for three earthquakes is compared with the design pressure calculated from a seismic design code. Results indicated that the maximum pressure from the El Centro earthquake exceeds the design pressure although its peak ground acceleration is less than 0.4 g, which is the design acceleration. On the other hand, the maximum pressure due to two Korean earthquakes does not reach the design pressure. Thus, engineers should not consider only the peak ground acceleration when determining the design pressure of water tanks.

        본 연구에서는 LNG 저장시설의 외조를 구성하는 SCP(sandwich concrete panel)에 대한 충돌해석을 수행하고 그 거동을 분석하였다. 설계기준 중 하나인 BS7777에서 제시하는 충돌에너지와 동일한 값을 갖도록 두 종류의 충돌체와 다양한 충돌 속도를 이용하여 충돌조건을 구성하고 이에 대한 비선형동적 해석모델을 구성하여 설정된 충돌조건에 대하여 수치해석을 수행하였다. 또한 1차 충돌 후에 동일한 지점에 같은 충돌에너지를 가진 2차 충돌이 일어나는 것을 가정하여 충돌거동을 분석하였다. 해석결과 동일한 충돌에너지를 갖는 충돌에서 충돌체의 크기가 작고, 충돌속도가 작을수록 큰 변형이 발생하는 것 으로 나타났다. 충돌에너지는 외측강판과 내부 충진콘트리트가 6:4정도의 비율로 소산시키는 것으로 나타났다. 중복충돌해석 에서는 2차 충돌체의 크기에 따라 최종충돌변형이 지배되는 것으로 나타났고 2차 충돌에 의한 변형량은 1차 충돌에 비하여 적은 값을 나타냈는데 이는 강판의 막거동 때문인 것으로 분석되었다. 이격된 중복충돌에서는 이격위치와 관계없이 2차 충 돌점에서 가장 큰 변형이 발생하는 것으로 나타났다.

        Liquid storage tank is one of the major infrastructures and generally used to store gases, drinking and utilizing water, dangerous fluids, fire water and so on. According to the recent reports and experiences, the tank structures are damaged in many earthquakes due to their low energy dissipating capacity. Therefore, many researchers have been tried to know the dynamic properties of the tanks including liquids. However, vary limited experimental studies are carried out using relatively small tank models. In this study, a series of shaking table tests are performed with maximum 2 m cubic rectangular liquid storage tanks made of steel to measure the natural frequency and estimate damping coefficient of impulsive and convective mode of the tanks. Especially, the damping values under different shapes and excitation methods are estimated by logarithmic decrement method and half power band-pass method and compared with current design code and standards such as ASCE 7, Eurocode 8 and NZS. Test results show that the impulsive mode damping is around 2% which is proposed by general standards and codes but the impulsive mode damping is 0.13% average that is slightly lower than the code recommendation.

        The friction pendulum system(FPS) is a kind of seismic isolation devices for isolating structures from an earthquake. To analyze the effect of friction materials used in the friction pendulum system, fragility analysis of LNG tank with seismic isolation system was conducted. In this study, titanium dioxide(TiO2) nanoparticles were incorporated into polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) matrix to produce friction materials attached to the FPS. The base moment of the concrete outer tank and the acceleration of the structure were evaluated from different mixing ratios of constituents for the friction materials. The seismic fragility curves were developed based on two types of limit state. It is confirmed that evaluation of combined fragility curves with several limit states can be applied to select the optimum friction material satisfying the required performance of the FPS for various infrastructure.

        The tail flip of the decapod shrimp is a main feature in escaping behavior from the mesh of the codend in the trawl. The characteristics of tail flip in target prawn was observed and analyzed in a water tunnel in respect of flow condition and mesh penetration by a high speed video camera (500 fps). The tail bending angle or bending time in static water was significantly different than in flow water (0.7 m/s) and resultantly the angular velocity in static water was significantly higher than in flow water when carapace was fixed condition. When escaping through vertical traverse net panel in water flow the relative moving angle and relative passing angle to flow direction during tail flip, it significantly decreases the number of shrimps escaping than the case of blocking shrimp. The bending angles of tail flip between net blocking and passing through mesh were not significantly different while the bending time of shrimp passing through mesh was significantly longer than when shrimp blocking on the net. Accordingly the angular velocity of passing through mesh was significantly slower than blocking on the net although the angular velocity of the tail flip was not significantly related with carapace length. The main feature of tail flip for mesh penetration was considered as smaller diagonal direction as moving and passing angle in relation to net panel as right angle to flow direction rather than the angular velocity of tail flip.

        현재, 하수처리분야에서 MBR 공정은 대부분 침지식 분리막에 의존하고 있다. 하지만, 실제 적용현장에서는 유지관리 및 막오염 제어의 어려움 그리고 낮은 처리 flux로 인해 대안이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 침지식 MBR의 문제점을 보완하고자 가압식 분리막을 이용한 85m3/일 규모의 MBR 공정을 구성하여 운전 특성을 고찰하였다. 슬러지 원천감량 기술을 결합한 가압식 MBR공정은 분리막 내부로 MLSS와 공기를 동시에 주입함으로써 40~50 LMH의 높은 여과 성능을 나타냈을 뿐 아니라 약 60%의 잉여슬러지 감량효과도 보여 주었다.

        플랜트의 유황 저장 탱크는 강재로 구성되며, 탱크 저면은 앵커볼트에 의해 Ring Wall 형상의 콘크리트 기초와 연결된다. 탱크 내 유황이 내부 열원에 의해 고온상태를 유지하기 때문에, 유황 저장 탱크는 상온의 유체를 저장하는 다른 탱크에 비해 큰 체적팽창을 겪게 된다. 일반적으로 탱크 기초의 구조설계는 기초의 내외부의 온도차를 하중으로 적용한 구조해석이 수행 되는데, 이 방법은 탱크의 열팽창 특성이 앵커볼트에 의해 집중하중 형태로 콘크리트 기초에 전달되는 현상을 고려할 수 없 다. 이는 온도하중의 영향을 과소평가하게 되며, 앵커볼트에 인접한 콘크리트의 균열을 야기한다. 본 연구는 앵커볼트에 의 한 온도 하중전달 메커니즘을 고려한 하중 평가식을 제안함으로써, 콘크리트 기초에 작용하는 하중을 보다 합리적으로 결정 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 탱크 바닥판과 앵커볼트가 포함된 유한요소모델을 이용해 앵커볼트 개수 증감에 따른 온도하중의 변화를 분석하였으며, 분석결과를 이론해와 결합해 앵커볼트에 의해 전달되는 하중을 평가할 수 있는 명시적인 형태로 해를 제시하였다. 제안된 식의 유효성을 확인하기 위해 실제 플랜트 현장의 유황 저장 탱크 설계에 적용하였으며, 실무적으로 사 용 가능함을 보였다.

        본 연구에서는 울산항 위험물 취급부두의 선박 크기별로 부두 운용 기준을 개선하기 위하여 각 선사의 자체안전관리계획서와 국내외 기준을 고려하고 환경외력에 취약한 4개 부두의 계류안전성평가 결과를 분석하여 하역중단기준과 긴급이안기준을 제안하였다. 선박의 풍압면적이 작고, 파고에 따른 동요량이 큰 것으로 분석되어 10,000톤 이하의 선박은 풍속 18~21 m/s, 파고 1.0~1.5 m, 10,000~50,000톤의 선박은 풍속 17~20 m/s, 파고 1.2~1.5 m로 제안한다. 또한, 선박의 풍압면적이 크고, 선박 자체의 무게가 무거워 동요량은 적은 것으로 분석되어 50,000~100,000톤의 선박은 풍속 15~19 m/s, 파고 1.5 m, 100,000톤 이상의 선박은 풍속 14~18 m/s, 파고 1.5 m로 제안한다. 본 연구는 항만의 특성을 고려하여 부두운용기준을 실증적으로 제안하고 선박 운항자 중심의 항만 개발을 독려하였다는 데 그 가치가 있다.

        This study is on safety improvement measures through analysis of accident cases during plant storage tank construction. Storage tank is a general term for artificial ground facility constructed to store oil, water, gas, and other chemicals. Some companies have clustered storage tanks (tank farm). The construction methods vary according to the component and types of fluids. Because most of the construction procedures include lifting heavy weight materials using heavy construction equipment and are carried out at high places, storage tank construction contains more risk factors than normal aerial construction. Recently, major accidents such as storage tank collapse have occurred often, and cost many lives due to the characteristics of the structure. In this study we would like to analyze the cause of these accidents and propose measures to improve safety.

        Most grid sorting has been used to sort out flatfish in shrimp fisheries, while double grid systems have been tested to separate smaller shrimp. The escape of juvenile red seabream through separating panels made with steel grids or large mesh tested for masking effects in a two-species system. Fish behavior was observed in a circulating water tank. The escape rate was 20% greater with the separating codends than with the normal codend in the single-species experiments. The rates in the two-species experiments were 30% or 20% greater than the single-species rates for the normal or separating codends, respectively. The seabream retention rates in the grid separator codend decreased as rockfish retention increased, possibly due to a threat effect. Conversely, the retention rate of both species increased concurrently in the net separator, possibly due to a masking effect. The escape rates of juvenile red seabream varied by compartment in the mesh separating codend. These results suggest that grid separating codends can be used in the field as towed fishing gear to reduce juvenile catch.

        The purpose of this study is to develop the automatic water wank for rural living water with a built-in filter device. For this purpose, the author carrying out the design and production of devices such as a stacked plate filter, automatic water tank and water purification equipment, main control system and solenoid valve, solar cell, battery, water gauge, flowmeter and pump, etc. As a result, the author obtained very good results which satisfy all the research and development objectives planned. In addition, the water quality test results received, it is determined that the water is suitable for rural living water standards of the developed prototype.

In this system, Breakage and leakage of oil tank is the cause of serious problems to inhibiting the vehicle direction control of the driver. In this paper, FSI(Fluid-Structure Interaction) analysis was performed considering the sloshing of oil in the tank for structural safety evaluation of the power steering oil tank. Additionally, vibration analysis of simple and fast evaluation method was performed by assuming the fluid to mass. As a result, sloshing analysis of oil in the tank was confirmed from the FSI vibration analysis, and it could get the distribution of the flow pressure 8.2kPa~-5.5kPa. Second, stress change of the FSI vibration analysis results was greater in the 33.6MPa to 0.25MPa during the transitional period 2cycle, then it showed a stable result. Third, maximum stress of FSI vibration analysis considering sloshing of the oil was 2.22MPa. maximum stress of vibration analysis assuming the fluid to mass was 4.50MPa and 103% higher than the FSI vibration analysis, but the oil tank was safely evaluate structurally safety factor 14.1. Finally, without the FSI vibration analysis by applying a weight of 0.5 to the result of vibration analysis assumes fluid to mass, it could be obtained results similar to FSI vibration analysis.
