본 연구는 상사의 윤리적 리더십이 비서직 종사자의 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 윤리적 리더 십과 직무만족의 관계에서 상사 신뢰의 매개역할을 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 수도권 지역 기업 에 재직 중인 비서직 종사자를 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 최종적으로 211부의 데이터가 분석되었다. 수집한 자료는 신뢰도 분석과 확인적 요인분석을 통해 변수의 신뢰도 및 타당도를 확인하였다. 가설의 검증을 위해 구조방정식 모형 분석을 사용하였으며, 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 부트스트랩핑을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상사의 윤리적 리더십은 비서의 직무만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘 째, 상사의 윤리적 리더십은 비서직 종사자의 상사에 대한 신뢰에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것이 검증되었다. 셋째, 비서직 종사자의 상사에 대한 신뢰는 비서의 직무만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 비서직 종사자의 상사 신뢰는 상사의 윤리적 리더십과 비서의 직무만족의 관계에서 부분 매개 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구로부터 도출된 결과는 비서직 종사자의 직무만족을 위해 상사의 윤리적 리더십과 상사 신뢰가 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 밝혀냈다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 지능형 개인비서 서비스의 사용 경험을 HCI의 평가 기준을 바탕으로 비교ㆍ분석하여 사용 경험의 긍정적인 요소와 개선되어야 할 요소를 탐색하고자 한다. 현 시장에서 점유율이 가장 높은 지능형 개인비서 서비스인 애플의 시리, 구글의 구글어시스턴트, 삼성의 빅스비를 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 방법은 1차로 문헌 연구를 통하여 현 서비스의 개념과 특징에 대해 비교ㆍ분석하였고 2차로 약 2주간 UI/UX 디자인 전문가 7명을 대상으로 맥락질문법을 활용하여 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 인터뷰는 피터 모빌(Peter Morville)의 사용자 경험 허니콤(user experience honeycomb) 7가지 사용성 원칙을 5가지로 재구성하여 유용성, 편의성, 시각적 매력성, 신뢰성, 만족도에 대한 질문을 진행하였다. 이후 재구성한 사용성 원칙 내용을 바탕으로 평가 rating 및 시스 템 사용성 척도 (SUS) 를 바탕으로 평가를 실시하였다. 본 연구는 인공지능 개인비서 서비스의 사용경험을 정량적, 정성적으로 분석했다는데 의의가 있다.

이 연구는 거머리말 (Zostera marina)의 서식지와 비서식지에서 퇴적환경과 대형저서동물의 분포양상을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 조사를 수행하였다. 영흥도에 서식하는 거머리말은 1월과 4월 사이에 성장을 시작하며, 7월에 급성장을 보이고 11월부터 입과 마디 탈락이 시작되고 나서 겨울에는 성장을 멈추는 것으로 판단되었다. 퇴적환경은 서식지에서 Sand와 같은 조립질 퇴적물이 우세하고, Sand와 Mud가 혼합된 퇴적 양상이 강하게 나타났으며, 비서식지에서는 Slit와 같이 세립질 퇴적물이 우세하였으며, 계절적 변화는 뚜렷하지 않았다. 그 결과로 거머리말의 서식지가 비서식지와 상이한 입도조성 및 유기물함량을 보이며, 이에 따라 대형저서동물의 종조성에도 영향을 미친 것으로 판단되었다. 대형저서동물군집은 서식지에서 비서식지에 비하여 높은 출현종수와 서식밀도를 가지는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 종조성에 기초한 생태학적제 지수의 평가결과, 군집의 안정성을 나타내는 지수들이 서식지에서 높은 수치를 보였다. 특히 종풍부도지수 (J)의 경우는 2배 정도의 차이를 보일 정도로 큰 차이를 나타내며, 군집의 안정성에서 거머리말 서식지가 더욱 높은 것으로 파악되었다. 집괴분석 (Cluster analysis)을 수행한 결과 Similarity 50 에서 2개의 정점군으로 구분할 수 있었으며, 2개의 정점군은 거머리말의 서식지와 비서식지로 구분되어 나타났다.

본 연구는 비서직 여성노동자를 대상으로 직무요구와 퇴근 후 모바일 업무활용이 일-가정 갈등 및 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 또한 직무요구와 결과변인의 관계에서 퇴근 후 모바일 업무활용에 대한 조절효과를 종합적으로 실증분석하였다. 현직 비서업무를 담당하고 있는 비서직 여성노동자 131명을 대상으로 한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비서직 여성노동자가 지각하는 높은 직무요구는 일-가정 갈등에 정(+)의 영향을 보였고, 생활만족에 유의미한 부(-)의 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 퇴근 후 모바일 업무활용은 일-가정 갈등에 정(+)의 영향을 주었으나, 생활만족에는 유의미한 영향을 주지 않았다. 마지막으로 직무요구와 일-가정 갈등의 관계에서 퇴근 후 모바일 업무활용의 상호작용 효과가 확인되었다. 즉, 직무요구와 일-가정 갈등의 부정적 효과는 퇴근 후 모바일 업무활용이 높은 집단이 그렇지 않은 집단에 비해 높았다. 그러나 직무요구와 생활만족의 관계에서 퇴근 후 모바일 업무활용의 조절효과는 검증되지 않았다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향이 논의되었다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze errors of business English letters composed by Korean secretaries. A total of eighteen business English letters of positive style were used for error evaluation conducted by eleven native English speakers in business. In the error analysis, major error types were identified as the following; the noun phrase errors, i.e., articles, misuse of possessives, the verb phrase errors, i.e., prepositions, auxiliary, and the adjective and adverb errors. Another types of critical errors were related to the inappropriate expressions and minor errors of mechanics. The error patterns of business English letters of Korean secretaries were identified by eleven English business specialists. This research also suggests the important guidelines for Korean secretaries to write concise and accurate English business letters for efficient business communication. It is recommended to choose appropriate and precise terms and expressions for business letter writing.

This study is to find out how various number of themes are revealed and then developed progressively in T. S. Eliot’s plays, Murder in the Cathedral, The Family Reunion, The Cocktail Party, The Confidential Clerk and The Elder Statesman. The martyrdom, which may be defined as the identification with the will of the God, of Archbishop Thomas Becket is so much emphasized that the aspect of salvation is neglected in Eliot’s first major play, Murder in the Cathedral. Thus in the second play, The Family Reunion, Harry’s salvation becomes the main theme. However, the process of salvation is sought here too vigorously and even violently to induce the death of Harry’s mother as well as that of his wife. In the third play, The Cocktail Party, several ways to salvation are suggested according to the levels of perception. ‘the best life’ of martyrdom is offered to the selected few including Thomas Becket. However, ‘a good life,’ in which a cocktail party is being held sometimes, is more than enough for the salvation of common peple because “human kind cannot bear very much reality.” For the third group of “a living object, but no longer a person,” to be an ordinary person can be the best way of savlation. The Confidential Clerk contains answers to the questions presented in Murder in the Cathedral, as The Cocktail Party has the solutions to the problems presented in The Family Reunion. Lucasta, ‘a living object,’ is changed into ‘an ordinary person,’ while Colby, ‘a good life,’ is changing into the mode of ‘the best life’ in The Confidential Clerk. The Elder Statesman, Eliot’s last play, tries to show that the salvation of Lord Claverton may be achieved by the confession of the past misdeeds.

T. S. Eliot, in one of his later poetic dramas, The Conjìdential Clerk, shows the search for the mistaken identity dealing with lhe discovery of hero' s self for the eternal life in 버e common lives. From the titlc onwards the play also suggests a detective thriller interest concerned with Lhe investigation of a mystery or, at least, some business of a secret, confidential nature. In this respect, lhe elemenls of mystery and lheir function deserve to be analyzed. It appears via the elements of investigal.ion. coincidence. mystjfication, confession etc., which make the play fairly diverting and at the same time suggest symbolically its deeper meaning and lheme. AClually the process of invesligalion receives more extended treatment in this play than in I.he earlier ones. and the suspense is so well maintained that the play definitely achieves a technical smoothness 1101 to be seen in earlier plays. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the myslery lhriller elements of tbe play, The COlljìdential Clerk and investigate how they are used with special reference to its subject matter, the mistaken identity revealed in the process of self-identification through the discovery of self. As seen in the analysis, Eliot makes all the characters take part in the search for the mistaken identity of Colby Simpkins and in particular, lets a detective named Eggerson help M rs Guzzard as witness give evidence. 10 addition, he designs the story so that Eggerson can bring the whole affair to light by getting lhe c1ue to lhe identity problem which plays part in investigation. It matters that the discovery of hero’s true self is made Ihanks 10 the cooperalive efforts of all Ihe characlers in Ihis process, and here Ihe elemenls required 10 invesligation are of great help to structuring the basic frame of Ihe play.
