With the increasing cultural exchanges, ethnic exchanges and international exchanges in the 21st century, the distance between countries and peoples has been gradually narrowed, and it is the urgent desire of every country to achieve peace, stability and development together. In this international situation, a new idea, “multicultural education”, has been born, which is to safeguard and protect the equal and common right to education of people of all countries by means of the power of education. One of the main objectives of multicultural education is to provide students with the necessary knowledge, culture and skills to help them better stand firm in the context of different ethnic cultures, community cultures, social mainstream cultures and cross-ethnic cultures, aiming to eliminate the concept of integration or homogenization, and avoid seeing all students as individuals with the same cultural background and experience. It’s about respecting and acknowledging their diversity. Multicultural education is not only a process of educational reform, but also a positive educational idea or value concept, which is of great significance to modern society and an important way to meet the diversified needs of students and improve the quality of education. At the same time, it also helps to cultivate students’ understanding and respect for different cultures and promotes the development of global citizenship. The concept of multicultural education has been clearly reflected in many disciplines, and the field of art is no exception. This concept emphasizes the importance of arts education in promoting cultural diversity and national identity. Through exposure to and learning about the music of different countries, nationalities and regions, students can also better understand and appreciate the value and uniqueness of various cultures, while strengthening their identity and pride in their own culture. From the perspective of multi-culture, Chinese music education has experienced a series of changes and development in the past period of time, and at the same time ushered in unprecedented opportunities and challenges. According to relevant research findings, China began to explore and study multicultural music education many years ago, and although it has made some achievements, there are still many problems. Based on this, this paper summarizes the problems exposed by Chinese music education under the multicultural situation, and explores and analyzes how to achieve better and more long-term development of Chinese music education under the multicultural perspective based on these problems.

홍콩의 비중국어권 유치원생들은 중국어 학습 과정 중에 많은 어려움을 겪게 된다. 개인적인 이유 외에도 교사와 학교 모두 자원, 교재, 경험 등의 부족으로 이들의 중국어 학습은 도전적 상황에 직면해있다. 최근 홍콩 평등기회위원회(香港平等機會委員會)는 중국어권 학습자와 비중국어권 학습자의 통합교육을 적극적으로 건의하였는데, 본래의 좋은 취지와는 다르게 여러 가지 새로운 문제점들이 제기되는 결과를 가져왔다. 이러한 어려움을 해결하기 위해 홍콩 경마자선기금(香港賽馬會慈善基金)과 관련 협력 기관에서는 큰 규모의 연구를 기획하고 실제 프로그램을 개발하여 비중국어권 유치원 교육을 지원하였다. 다양한 프 로그램 가운데, 본 연구는 언어 학습 이론과 효과적인 교육에 중점을 두고, 수업 현장 관찰, 수업 비디오 녹화, 교장과 교사 인터뷰, 학습자 언어 학습 평가와 같은 연구 방법을 사용하 여 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 비중국어권 유아를 대상으로, 유아반에서 상위반까지의 언어학습 발달과정을 추적 하여 네 차례 언어학습 평가를 진행하였다. 학습자의 3년간의 언어 성적은 뚜렷한 성장을 보였는데, 이를 통해 학습이론과 실제 교육법 사이에 분명한 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 본 연구가 통합 정리한 10종의 언어학습이론은 홍콩의 중국어권 유아와 비중국어권 유아의 통합교육에 매우 적합했고, 본 연구에서 얻어진 여러 실제 사례들은 간단히 실행 가능할 뿐만 아니라 많은 자원이 투입되지 않는다는 사실도 도출해 내었다. 본 연구의 이론과 실제 성과가 학계 및 교육 실무자들에게 참고가 되기를 기대해 본다.

Based on the relevant theories of campus culture, this paper takes the construction of universities in minority areas in China as well as the actual situation of the universities in the ethnic minority areas in China and the campus culture of neighboring countries as examples. The multi-cultural background of campus culture in ethnic minority areas is comprehensively analyzed. Through a large number of facts investigation and data research, the challenges, problems and measures to deal with campus culture construction are discussed and studied effectively. And make positive efforts to promote the construction of campus culture in ethnic minority area. Yanbian region is the main inhabited area of Korean nationality in China, which is located in the east of Jilin Province, bordering with Russia, North Korea, South Korea and Japan. It is the meeting point of the regional economy, population, and geographical center of gravity of Northeast Asia, and it is the hub for air, sea and land transport in Asia and Europe. Yanbian University is the only comprehensive university with distinct national characteristics in Yanbian area. Taking Yanbian University as the research object, it has certain representativeness to carry out the campus cultural construction under the multi cultural background, and also has certain reference function to the campus culture construction of the comprehensive universities in other ethnic regions. The conclusion will provide reference for strengthening the construction of campus culture in ethnic minority areas.

세계화 및 아시아의 경제발전으로 인해 과거부터 북미와 유럽국가에 서 나타난 인구의 다양화 및 다문화사회는 오늘 아시아의 한국 및 대만 신흥국가로도 확장되어가고 있다. 유럽국가와 달리 캐나다는 UN에서 권장한 다문화 사회통합정책에 있어 성공한 모범사례이다. 1971년 캐 나다 트루도(Trudea) 정부는 다문화주의 법안(Multiculturism Act)을 통과시켜 캐나다를 세계에서 유일하게 다문화주의를 헌법에 명기한 국 가가 되었다. 이로 인하여 다문화주의는 캐나다정부로부터 사회 전반까 지 관철 되었다. 이는 여러 소수민족 문화를 미국주류문화에 융합시키 는 미국의 멜팅팟 (Melting pot)방식과 달리 캐나다 다문화주의의 특색 은 각 소수민족의 문화를 보존하고 다양성을 인정 및 존중하여 각 민족 들이 자기만의 색깔을 낼 수 있도록 하여 같이 모여 한 폭의 모자이크 (Mosaic)그림을 형성하는 제도이다. 다양한 인종이 살고 있는 토론토의 화인 및 한인 커뮤니티 서비스도 이런 캐나다식의 다문화 통합정책이 실현되고 있다. 그 중 새 이민자 사회정착서비스(Social Settlement Services) 부문에서 자민족(自民族), 자언어(自言語), 자운영(自運營) 시 스템으로 진행되고 있으며, 이는 중국어，한국어를 포함한 160개국 언 어로 자민족이 운영하는 커뮤니티 비영리 단체로부터 세계 각 국에서 온 이민자가 캐나다 사회통합(Integration) 정착서비스를 제공받을 수 있게 하여 사회에 잘 적응하는 시스템이다. 본 연구는 이런 옥토(沃土) 을 제공하는 캐나다 다문화 사회통합시스템을 한국에 적용가능한지를 연구하고자 한다.
