        최근 증가하는 경관에 대한 관심에 따라 도시경관을 관리하기 위해서는 현재의 도시경관을 객관적으로 분석 및 평가하며 그에 대한 적절한 관리방안을 도출하여 지속적인 관리체계를 마련해야 하는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 월미은하레일 이 월미도 경관이 끼치는 영향을 조사·분석하여 월미도 환경과 경관을 개선하기 위한 방안을 제시하기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구를 위하여 월미도의 입지여건, 월미은하레일의 현황 및 관광객·주민의식을 분석하고 분석결과를 토대로 만든 시뮬레이션 이미지를 통해 설문조사를 작성하여 조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 대상은 모든 연령층으로 폭넓게 조사하였다. 대상지의 사진을 시뮬레이션 기법을 통해 4가지 변화를 주어, 기존 사진을 포함 총 5가지 사진을 통한 시지각적 평가를 시행하였다. 설문조사 결과 월미은하레일을 철거하는 방법이 가장 높은 선호도를 나타냈지만, 공사와 비용상의 문제로 인하여 두 번째로 선호도가 높았던 색을 변경하는 방법이 현실적으로 월미도의 경관개선에 가장 효율적인 경관개선 방법이다. 경제적인 측면에서도 적은 금액으로 최대한을 효과를 낼 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

        If cultural Heritageis located in the downtown, conservation areas was developed or is being developed In most cases Therefore, in this case, the relative height of the building during construction than the regulatory limit is reasonable, is emerging need to be objectified. This study was utilizes GIS analysis techniques for 'View Corridor' and building height standards were determined. First, 'View Corridor' set and building height restrictions for the analysis of urban environmental factors were analyzed in. In particular, the topography and urban planning, and existing buildings, including the distribution of the physical urban environment, with detailed analysis on the major historical and cultural assets with a combination of a review of the impact factor for the formation of the urban landscape recognize the scope has been expanded. Second, the key selection criteria for View point largely focused on cultural Heritageand the surrounding communicative point of view and, consequently, connectivity, and symbolism, accessibility, analysis, factors such as Prospect, setting the standards by applying a detailed assessment of each item the main view point were derived. Third, the derived key View point on the terrain and landscape characteristics simulation analysis carried out by considering together the main axis, and this suggests a reasonable height for the proposed standards.

        The purpose of this study is to propose a simulation approach which compares lighting quality of each luminaire type for small urban park users' safety. For improving illumination quality, lighting intensity distribution of a luminaire is one of the important factors and it is also important to set the luminaire to a proper position. To achieve the best plan for illumination, it is most important to communicate the plan with designers of park and professional engineers in depth and the communication continues from the beginning of the plan.

        Seoullo7017, an elevated linear park, was created to redevelop obsolete road infrastructure as public space, which provides unique landscapes. This study was aimed to evaluate and suggest proper planting design for improving psychological benefits in Seoullo7017. Field survey and simulation experiment were carried out to investigate the user’s perception on the landscapes. Many users had negative feelings of the present landscapes in Seoullo7017, due to concrete pavement and simple planting design using big concrete pots. Landscape simulation experiment showed this perception could change depending on planting design. In especial, herb species played an important role in improving the quality of landscape in a linear park and providing positive feelings such as refreshment, warmth and naturalness. This study suggested that planting design in a linear space needs to be focused rather on the planting style and species than the volume of greens.

        In 2007, Google has introduced a novel approach to model some cities from around the world by utilizing vast amount of information provided by internet users. They essentially built an efficient engine to collect and compile enormous stream of data that are necessary to reproduce fine details of a city. In this Letter, we propose an implementation of this novel approach to establish a Web-based visualization of rural landscape and scenery. We later demonstrate its feasibility by constructing a 3D model of Namsa-ri, Danseong-myeon, Sancheong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do.
