IPTV 서비스가 미래의 방송시장을 주도하고 안정적으로 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 다수의 사용자에게 망 자원이 공유되며 비 연결형, best-effort 서 비스를 제공하는 IP 기반 네트워크에서 효과적인 품질관리가 이루어져야 한다. 본 연 구에서는 실시간으로 IPTV 서비스의 객관적인 품질 측정을 위해서 윈도우 플랫폼을 기반으로 실시간 방송 스트리밍 서비스의 품질을 측정하기 위한 소프트웨어를 구현하 였다. 또한 품질평가에 대한 객관성과 정확성을 검증하기 위해 영상, 음성 스트림의 품질 측정을 위한 표준문서를 참고하여 네트워크 기반 품질지표를 선정하고 상용 계 측장비와 성능을 비교하였다 . 구현된 품질측정 소프트웨어의 성능은 상용 계측장비의 측정 결과와 비교하여 정확한 품질측정 성능을 보였고 상용 계측장비를 대체할 수 있 음을 검증할 수 있었다.

관련기술의 발전에 의한 높은 인터넷속도는 교육용 온라인게임 서비스를 크게 성장시키고 있다. 교육용 온라인게임은 교육적 측면과 동시에 게임으로서의 상품과 서비스가 고려되어야 한다. 게임 비즈니스에서 교육용게임이 성공하기위해서는 다양한 욕구를 충족시키는 서비스를 제공해야한다. 그러므로 본 연구는 교육용 온라인게임의 공급 품질요인을 도출하고 이 요인들을 3레벨의 계층적 모형을 만들어 요인의 중요도를 평가하는데 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)을 적용한다. 교육용 온라인게임사용자의 이해를 증진시키고 제공되는 이론적이고 실제적인 정보에 의해서 교육용 온라인게임의 품질을 개선하고자 한다.

This study is about the development of information system software process quality evaluation model for domestic medium enterprises based on CMMI being used widely in the world. In this study, a new evaluation model is developed through establishing tailoring guide and its application to the existing mode by reflecting the quality management method and conditions of domestic medium enterprises within CMMI Level 2 and Level 3. The evaluation model is constituted 3 processes, 11 achievement goals, 50 practice activities and 125 evaluation items. The average point of quality evaluation of enterprises of insurance business shows 79.1 based on the evaluation model. The average point of the enterprises certified from CMMI is 82.7 which is 3.3 point higher than non-certified enterprises. This result means that the new evaluation model has similar results with the existing evaluation model while it also has discriminational characteristics compared with the existing model.

In this paper, the QFD(quality function deployment) technique is used to acquire the quality requirements of package software which is sold in a commercial software shop. To select the principal quality characteristics of package software, an user survey was conducted for a quality model developed based on the international standards and the previous research. The software user is divided into three groups：the general user, the expert, and the developer. The method of QFD is applied to choose the software quality attributes which have strong correlation with the selected quality characteristics.
