        The correlation among gaseous air pollutants (odorous compounds, greenhouse gases) and meteorological parameters was analyzed in-depth using measurement data at a barn and ambient in a naturally ventilated dairy farm. Both concentration and emission data (loading rate and emission rate), which more accurately express the actual pollutant emissions, were used in the correlation analysis. Gaseous air pollutants (ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, methane) and meteorological factors (relative humidity, temperature, wind speed, solar strength) were measured for one week in July 2013. The upper and lower outliers of measured data by inducing 1.5 times the interquartile range (IQR) were eliminated. After eliminating the outliers and grouping according to data magnitude, the correlation analysis among gaseous compounds and meteorological factors was conducted using the average values of each group. In the correlation analysis, data for the emission rate (barn) and the loading rate (ambient) showed a better correlation than concentration data. Gaseous air pollutants except for hydrogen sulfide in the barn showed a good correlation. Hydrogen sulfide might not be produced from manure or animal origin. Rather, the compound may be produced by flushing water, which was flushed at periodical times (every six hours). Ammonia emissions increased with increasing temperature, and this increase can be affected from greater exertion of feces by frequent water drinking in a high-temperature condition. In the ambient, the correlation for all gaseous air pollutants was better than that in the barn, because those air pollutants from manure, animals, and flushing water origins were sufficiently mixed in the atmosphere. Wind speed also showed a good correlation with all gaseous air pollutants.

        본 연구는 반추동물용 섬유질배합사료(TMR) 제조업체 의 사료안전관리 인식 및 사료 중 위해인자 오염도를 조사 하기 위해 138개소 TMR 제조시설을 대상으로 약 10개월 동안 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사표는 총 17개 문항으로 구성하였으며, 얻어진 자료는 기술통계분석, 교차분석 및 신뢰도 검정을 통해 분석하였다. TMR 제조시설의 평균 일 일 생산능력은 81.38톤 이었다. 평균 개업연도는 2004년 및 종사인원은 13.7명이었고, 유통경로는 직접거래가 80.4%로 가장 많았다. 사료안전관리 시스템 도입은 사료안전관리의 제도적 여건이 조성된 후 도입이 필요하다는 인식이 주를 이루었으며, 사료안전관리 시스템 구축을 위해서는 사료안 전정보 제공 및 공유가 가장 필요한 조건으로 나타났다. 사료안전성 및 위해물질 관리에 가장 취약한 분야는 곰팡 이 독소인 것으로 조사되었으며, 사료 제조과정에서 가장 위험한 위해인자는 쇠, 파편, 흙 등과 같은 이물질로 나타 났다. 사료 중 위험인자 오염도 조사에서 카드뮴, 비소 및 셀레늄은 허용기준치를 초과한 제품이 일부 조사되었고, 오크라톡신류 및 아플라톡신류는 허용범위내로 조사되었 다. 잔류농약, BSE, 푸모니신 및 살모넬라는 검출되지 않았 으며, 멜라민 및 비단백태질소화합물은 각각 11.35ppm 및 5%로 최댓값을 나타냈다. 규모별 TMR 제조시설의 사료 내 위해인자 오염도는 규모별로 차이가 많았으며, 같은 규 모 내에서도 제조시설에 따라 위해인자의 검출량이 다르 게 나타났다. 또한 소규모에 비해 중규모 및 대규모에서 위해인자 검출량이 더 높아지는 경향을 보였다. 따라서 본 조사결과 TMR 제조시설의 사료안전관리 시스템을 구축하 기 위해서는 사료안전에 대한 정보제공 및 공유가 정책적 으로 제도화되어야 하고, 사료 내 발생하는 곰팡이 독소방 지 및 이물질 제거를 위한 사료관리법의 강화와 원료 공급 처에서 이물질을 제거할 수 있는 장치 도입을 의무화할 필 요가 있다고 판단된다.

        The effects of dissolved inorganic and organic matter in seawater and the characteristics of fouling on the membrane surface were investigated within membrane distillation (MD) process. The changes of the membrane flux of PE and PVDF hollow fiber membranes under natural and synthetic seawater were compared with given variances of temperature. The flux of both membranes under the synthetic seawater, without any organic matter, were higher than that of the natural seawater, indicating the organic fouling on the membrane surface. The surface of the membrane was analyzed using scanning electron microscope (SEM) to examine the fouling. The experiment with organics has shown the formation of thin film over the membrane surface, while the experiment with inorganics has shown only the formation of inorganic crystals. The results indicated the organic matter as the major foulants and that the organics affected the formation of the crystals. Permeate water conductivity of all conditions verified the quality of the water to be better if not similar to that of RO.

        To research indoor air pollution in the training rooms of technical high school, the temperature, air current, humidity, CO2, CO, O3 were measured by Indoor Climate System(ICS 500, Casella, UK) at each classroom, scientific laboratory, electricity training room, electronic equipment training room and welding training room. The change of air pollution concentration and its correlation were additionally compared and analyzed. At closed small space such as classroom, scientific laboratory, electronic equipment training room and electricity training room, the CO2 concentration was obtained to the 2,030ppm(max.), which is higher than notified and recommended standard value(1,000ppm) by Ministry of Health and Welfare and Ministry of Environment, Korea. At welding training room where is larger and more ventilated than general classroom, CO concentration was measured to the 3.6ppm, which is higher than average 1ppm measured at other training rooms. The concentration of O3 is not yet regulated from the standards of underground air quality, but at welding training room it was measured as 0.11ppm(max.) that is higher than 0.01ppm measured at other training rooms. The higher value of temperature, air current, radiant temperature and CO2 concentration was shown at scientific laboratory, electricity training room and electronic equipment training room where are closed and same with the scale of classroom. And the higher concentration of CO2, CO and O3 was shown at welding training room which was opened larger classroom. The indoor air pollution by CO2, CO and O3 may directly affect on the training room where many students work at a small space, and they should be controlled appropriately. Each experimental formulas were made for the estimation of CO2, CO and O3 concentration depending on some kinds of variables at each training room. It is found that indirect ventilation system with a filter will be needed for regular and constant ventilation and the ventilation system should be applied to protect and make clean and comfortable environment of training rooms at technical high school.

        The purpose of this study is to identify hazardous physical factors and chemical air pollutants in conservation museum in order to protect the cultural heritage. For this, we collected and re-analyzed the articles that were published from 2006 to 2007 by National Research Institute of Cultural Heritage for temperature, relative humidity and the level of pollutants (PM10, CO2, HCHO, CO, NO2, Rn, TVOCs, O3, SO2) in exhibition hall and storage in museum. The pooled average level of temperature at exhibition hall and storage in museum was 23.5±1.4℃ and 20.6±1.1℃, respectively. The range of temperature variation was 5.4℃ for exhibition hall and 4.5℃ for storage. The pooled average concentration of TVOCs in exhibition hall and storage in museum was 493.6±125.6㎍/m3 and 788.9±157.5㎍/m3, respectively. These exceeded 400㎍/ m3 which is the guideline of national law for the Korean Ministry of Public Administration and Security (KMOPAS). Other surveyed pollutants were as per the guidelines of the national law for the Korean Ministry of Environment (KMOE) and the KMOPAS. Through the consideration of the physical and chemical properties and the result of meta-analysis for thermal environment and surveyed temperature, humidity, PM10, NO2, SO2, O3, TVOCs, and HCHO were the identified hazardous physical factors and chemical pollutants at exhibition halls and storages in museum.

        1981년부터 1998년까지 연구해역에서 COD와 DIP의 2월, 4월, 8월, 11월의 월별 분포양상은 비슷하였고, 두 항목 모두 8월에 가장 높은 값을 보인 반면 DIN의 경우는 2월, 4월, 8월, 11월로 갈수록 점차 증가하는 경향을 보였다. COD값은 1990년부터 1992년까지점차 증가하다가 1993년, 1994년으로 갈수록 감소하는 것을 볼 수 있는데, 이것은 마산만의 준설기간 중반부터 준설의 효과가 표층까지 나타난 것으로 보여진다. DIN과 DIP의 표층 농도 변화에는 준설의 효과가 뚜렷이 나타나지 않았다. COD의 공간적인 변동에서 적조가 빈발하였던 연도가 그렇지 않았던 연도에 비해 높은 COD농도의 분포가 마산만 밖으로 확장되어 있었고, 준설에 의한 COD값의 뚜렷한 변동은 나타나지 않았다. 전체적으로 DIN농도의 공간적인 분포 양상을 살펴보면 마산만의 안쪽에서부터 바깥쪽으로 오염이 점차 확장되었다. 마산만의 가장 안쪽 지점이 일정한 경향이 없이 높은 DIN농도를 유지하였으며, 내만 유역에 마산만의 오염원이 집중되어 있고, 마산만 유역에서 생활하수 및 산업폐수가 계속적으로 유입되고 있었다. DIP농도의 공간적인 분포에서도 마산만 준설이 DIP의 표층 농도 변화에는 뚜렷한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 강수량과 COD, DIN, DIP 농도 사이에는 일정한 상관성이 없었으며, 적조발생일수와 COD 농도 사이에는 0.66의 대체로 높은 상관성을 나타내었다.
