        목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 작업치료사들을 대상으로 대인관계능력 및 감정노동과 직무스트레스와의 관련성을 파악하는 것이다. 연구방법 : 전국의 임상에서 근무하는 295명의 작업치료사를 대상으로 SNS를 통하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 설문 문항은 총 60문항으로 일반적 특성 9문항, 대인관계능력 18문항, 감정노동 9문항, 직무스트레스 24문항으로 구성되었다. 결과 : 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향은 고용형태에서 정규직이 비정규직보다 직무스트레스가 높았으며 급여가 300만원 이상인 군에서 낮았다. 대인관계능력 전체영역과 그 하위변인인 신뢰감이 높아질수록 직무 스트레스는 낮았고, 감정노동 전체영역과 하위 변인인 감정노동의 빈도 및 감정표현에 대한 주의에서는 그 정도가 높아질수록 직무스트레스가 높았다. 결론 : 본 연구에서는 작업치료사들의 대인관계능력과 감정노동은 직무스트레스와 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 작업치료사들이 업무를 수행함에 있어 ‘신뢰감’등 대인관계능력의 증진과 감정 노동의 관리가 필요하며, 앞으로 보건의료서비스의 질 관리를 위하여 직무스트레스와 관련된 다양한 연구가 더 필요할 것이다.

        This study tried to identify the job stress characteristics of female bank workers and the relationship between their stress and symptoms associated with musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs). The total number of 587 female bank tellers have been participated in this study. Specifically, questionnaire surveys regarding job stress and MSDs symptoms were conducted. On the basis of the results from the survey using Korean version of job stress questionnaire with 24 questions, stress scores associated with job requirement and job flexibility were relatively high. The job stress levels regarding job demand, organizational system, occupational climate at the work place were relatively high for the full time workers while the job stress levels regarding insufficient job control, job stability, interpersonal conflict, lack of reward were relatively high for the part time worker. The workers with longer total work years had relatively high job stress associated with interpersonal conflict, and organizational system while the workers with longer work years at the current job had relatively high job stress associated with occupational climate. Also, the workers with longer working hours a day had relatively high job stress associated with job demand, interpersonal conflict, organizational system, and occupational climate. According to the relationship identified in this study, symptoms at the neck, shoulder, hand, low back. leg were associated with the stress levels in terms of job flexibility, interpersonal conflict, job requirement, job stability. In conclusion, female bank workers are exposed to job stress due to their specific job characteristics and there has been certain relationships between their job stress and MSDs symptoms.

        This study examined the associations between job stress and psychosocial stress in telecommunication service workers. In this survey, four hundred seventy workers and six variables(general characteristics, state of health, job characteristics, personality, psychosocial characteristics, and job stress) were used to measure worker's subjective satisfaction and status of stress. The results of this study indicated that 135 workers(28%) were classified into a high risk group to stress, 317 workers(67%) were into a potential risk group, and only 18 workers(6%) were into a healthy group. Also the results indicated that job stress outcomes related to job characteristics, personality, and psychosocial characteristics.

        In General, cases, where the money received is mixed up and with those related to duties and those that are not, and as a result inseparably combined to each other, are classified into two categories. Type One is when a part or all of the received money is not related to duties, but materially as a whole can be recognized as a bribe, as it is in general precedents. Type Two is when only a part of the received money can be recognized as a bribe, and the rest is not recognized as a bribe (for example, since it is a justifiable compensation), but is objectively hard to divide the parts. In regards to Type One, the whole money received shall be recognized as a bribe, and therefore be treated as a general bribery case. Therefore bribery is charged for all the money received, and “special criminal laws on specific crimes” is applied according to the amount of the bribery. However, in regards to Type Two, since only a part of the received money is bribery, the received amount of money cannot be calculated by a normal estimation method. Thus, in principle, the amount is handled as not calculable, so that “special criminal laws on specific crimes” cannot be applied. This judgement showed that Type Two exists, and has a significant meaning as a precedent since it showed that in such a case the amount of bribery cannot be calculated and thus is unable to be additionally collected. Nevertheless, subsequent judgments seem to have distorted this judgement. It restricted this judgement’s range of application only to “when the money was received on several occasions, and when each receiving act is needed to be individually judged whether it is related to duties or not.”
