The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of closed and open type on the load characteristics and amount of waste in tubular shaft and solid shaft for optimal design. The open and closed type were designed by 6 stage processes and applied for analysis. The coefficient of friction was set to Oil_Cold conditions as refer to the analysis library. It is found that the actual underfill phenomenon was not observed on the closed and open type. The metal flow of the closed and open type are revealed that the folding phenomenon was not occurred, thus there is no problem in actual production. The load characteristics are similar from stage 1 to stage 3 due to the same geometry of upper and lower die. However, tubular shaft and solid shaft are decreased 26% and 32% load from stage 4 to stage 6. In case of open type, amount of waste of tubular shaft and solid shaft are 11g and 14g, respectively.
This paper reviewed the relationship between job demands and safety motivation, and the moderating effect of A-type trait in Korean Air Force.
Based on the responses from 722 responses, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) role overload effects positively and role ambiguity effects negatively on intrinsic safety motivation. 2) role conflict effects negatively on extrinsic safety motivation. 3) role ambiguity effects negatively on intrinsic safety motivation in B-type than in A-type trait.
We present an analysis of the measurements of mid-eclipse times of V839 Oph, collected from literature sources. Our analysis indicates a period increase of 3.2 X 10-7 day/yr. This period increase of V839 Oph can be interpreted in terms of mass transfer of rate 1.76 X 10-7⊙/yr, from the less to the more massive component. The O - C diagram shows a damping sine wave covering two different complete cycles of 36.73 yr and 19.93 yr with amplitudes approximately equal to 0.0080 and 0.0043 day, respectively. The third cycle has to be expected to cover about 13.5 years with lower amplitude than those of the former two cycles. These unequal duration cycles show a non periodicity which may be explained as resulting from either the presence of a tertiary component to the system or cyclic magnetic activity variations due to star spots. For the later mechanism, the obtained characteristics are consistent when applying Applegate (1992) mechanism.
In an attempt of clarifying the connection between the photospheric abundance anomalies and the stellar rotation as well as of exploring the nature of “normal A” stars, the abundances of seven elements (C, O, Si, Ca, Ti, Fe, and Ba) and the projected rotational velocity for 46 A-type field stars were determined by applying the spectrum-fitting method to the high-dispersion spectral data obtained with BOES at BOAO. We found that the peculiarities (underabundances of C, O, and Ca; an overabundance of Ba) seen in slow rotators efficiently decrease with an increase of rotation, which almost disappear at ve sin i > 100 km s−1. This further suggests that stars with sufficiently large rotational velocity may retain the original composition at the surface without being altered. Considering the subsolar tendency (by several tenths dex below) exhibited by the elemental abundances of such rapidly-rotating (supposedly normal) A stars, we suspect that the gas metallicity may have decreased since our Sun was born, contrary to the common picture of galactic chemical evolution.
An author has been known that A-type zeolite supported with silver ions has excellent antibacterial activity. However, it is no research of concern in the antibacterial activity of eluted silver ions. This study tested the elution of silver ions from A-type zeolite silver ions in deionized distilled water and NaNO3 aqueous solution. In NaNO3 aqueous solution of 74mM to 588mM, it was found that the concentration of silver ions and electric conductivity increased with the increasing concentration of sodium ions, and equilibrated at 15 min, and the ion exchange equilibrium coefficient, k, is 1.3×10-3. However, deionized distilled water is not equilibrated to pass 6 months. A-type zeolite sodium ions showed no antibacterial activity. It was found that antibacterial activity was exhibited even at the concentration of 10 nM of eluted silver ions, and E-coli died with the incorporation of 2.43×108 Ag ion/cell. antibacterial activity of A-type zeolite silver ions were mainly attributed to hydroxyl radical.
