This study evaluates adhesion strength under various conditions to ensure adhesion performance during asphalt-pavement maintenance. The adhesion performance of a tack coat varies under various conditions. Therefore, to evaluate its curing behavior, several tests, i.e., evaporation residue rate, tracking, tack-lifter, and shear bond strength tests, were conducted based on the type, amount, and curing time of the tack coat. The result of the evaporation residue rate test shows that, except for the SSC tack coat, RSC-4 and modified tack coats require similar curing times, even though the modified tack coats have a lower moisture content. Additionally, based on the evaporation residue rate, the tracking and track-lifter test results show that approximately 75% curing is required to prevent the loss of the tack coat during asphaltpavement maintenance. After maintenance work is completed, the shear bond strength was measured to evaluate the curing properties of the tack coat. The results show that the amount applied, curing degree, and shear bond strength are proportional, whereas the modified tack coat indicate a significant difference in the strength increase rate depending on the curing degree. Additionally, when dust is attached to the surface of the tack coat, the difference in strength exceeds 20%, depending on the attachment ratio. To achieve the best adhesion performance by the tack coat during maintenance work, the loss of the tack coat should be prevented by implementing the exact curing time determined experimentally, regardless of whether the tack coat is modified, and the surface where the tack coat is applied should be cleaned before application.

The purpose of this experimental study is to develop the waterborne silicon acrylic surface finishing material of parking lots. Adhesion strength experiment was conducted in order to enhance performance of the finishing material by adopting modified polyamide resin. The results qualified the standard regarding bond strength which is prescribed in KS F 4937. They are confirmed that the strength tend to increase as the amount of polyamide increased and could be an optimum surface finishing material applicable for parking lot floor.

The purpose of this experimental study is to carry out test for the surface finishing material of parking lot using Cross-linking agent(Zinc Oxide). The specimen was fabricated by KS F 4937, Cross-linking agent 2%, 3%, 4% is mixed in water soluble acrylic resin. As a result, bond strength of surface finishing material using Zinc oxide 4% was confirmed to be superior than surface finishing material using ordinary Acrylic resin.

Reinforced concrete is used as a main construction because it is excellent durability and strength. However, the problem of durability decrease due to enlargement, high-rise of structures and the cracking due to external force nowadays. Therefore, there is studying on the Textile Reinforced Concrete(TRC), which reinforcing bar changing into Textile. Also, studying on adhesion performance between concrete and Textile. Preceding studies have examined the adhesion performance of single fibers with no specific variable. It can not reflect about grid type and embedding length. Accordingly, on this study examines the change of bond strength according to bond length. As a result, the bond strength increased as the embedding length of the Textile increased, but there was not influence that the bond strength according to the lateral length.

This paper describes the evaluate adhesion area effects on structural performance of structural sealants. In this experimental, glass panel thickness and initial construction depth of sealant are 12 and 5mm. Principle variable is addition of sealants : 5, 10, 15mm. Prior to add sealant, adhesion part carried out cover with primer. Test method is based on the bending test. Loading method is to put sand on the center of the glass panel in order to the wind load applied to the actual condition. Test results indicated that addition of sealants is not improve the peak load.
