The study seeks to cooperate with the investigation of a fire investigation based on public-private partnership. Fire protection systems provide a wide variety of viewpoints from the perspectives of design, construction, management, maintenance, maintenance and maintenance systems at a particular point in time, construction, management, and maintenance systems. What is controversial is that there are illegal activities such as illegal activities of the Patent Office, misconduct of construction work and unreasonable construction of construction works.As a theoretical framework, the present study identified the four key elements of a successful disaster response system : responsiveness, control, professionalism, and bias.

본 연구에서는 교량기초 말뚝의 부주면마찰력 시험을 통하여 연약지반에 타설된 강관말뚝의 부주면마찰력을 측정하였으며 장기적인 마찰응력의 관측시험을 통하여 경제적인 상부구조물 시공시기를 판단하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. (1) 연약지반에서 부마착력의 크기는 침하속도가 클수록 크게 나타났다. (2) 마찰력의 관계 그래프에서 마찰응력의 증감이 없는 시기를 확인하여 상부구조물 시공시기를 판단할 수 있었다. (3) 말뚝정재하시험결과와 부주면마찰력 시험결과를 비교해 본 결과 항타 직후의 부주면마찰력은 재하시험 시의 마찰응력보다 크게 나오는 것으로 판단되며 15일 경과후의 측정값은 비슷하게 나오는 것으로 판단되었고, 이론식에 의한 결과와도 비슷하였다. (4) 부주면마찰력의 장기관측기법을 사용하면 부주면마찰력이 발생하고 있는 중이라도 적절한 상부구조물의 시공시기를 파악할 수 있어 경제적인 시공관리가 가능한 것으로 판단된다.

Inchon Port is the second largest import-export port of Korea, and has the point at issue such as the excessive logistics cost because of the limits of handling capacity and the chronic demurrage. There are few research activities on the analysis and improvement of the whole port operation, because Inchon Port not only has the dual dock system and various facilities but also handles a various kind of cargo. The purpose of this paper is to develop the simulation program as a long-term strategic support tool, considering the dual dock system and the TU(Terminal Operation Company) system executed since March, 1997 in Inchon Port. The basic input parameters such as arrival intervals, cargo tons, service rates are analyzed and the probability density functions for these parameters are estimated. The main mechanism of simulation model is the discrete event-driven simulation and the next-event time advancing. The program is executed based on the knowledge base and database. From the simulation model, it is possible to estimate the demurrage status through analyzing various scenarios and to establish the long-term port strategic plan.

Research activities and discussions on specialized areas reflecting the specificity of landscape construction are necessary. Therefore, this study was conducted with the purpose of presenting basic data for efficient field management by deriving items necessary for safety management in landscape construction fields through experts' opinions. A survey was conducted using Delphi analysis to derive "management items" and "safety management items according to landscape type" for landscape construction field safety for a total of 15 landscape construction specialists. The survey results showed that four top items were derived from the "management items" for the safety of landscape construction fields; they include: "safety and health management organization and education," "industrial safety and health management expenses," "payment of personal protection," and "establishment of safety measures." In addition, two to five items for each higher item appeared and resulted in a total of 13 lower items. Personnel, organization, budget, etc. for safety management are always required in the field, and the monitoring part of whether these elements are working was also taken up as a management item. In the "Management items according to each landscape construction" a total of eight landscape type were distinguished, they include: ‘Reinforced concrete work’, ‘Masonry work’, ‘Plaster's work’, ‘Waterproof work’, ‘Stone masonry work’, ‘Pavement work’, ‘Facilities work’, and ‘Planting work’. Furthermore, two to seven sub-items for each construction type were derived, and a total of 35 management items were presented.
