이 글은 전략사 창설 이전 선행된 연구들의 한계를 창설 이후인 현시점에서 재검토하고 민간 학계와의 협력 방안을 모색하기 위해 전략사의 역할 가운데 ‘억제개념 및 억제전략 연구’ 수행에 관한 임무에 주목한다. 그리고 이 부분 에 있어서만큼은 미국 전략사 사례가 시사하는 바와 같이, 민간 학계가 가용 가능한 실효적 대안을 가장 잘 제시할 수 있다는 점에서 다음의 논지를 전개 한다. 우선, 2024년 전·후반기에 시행된 한미연합연습의 세부내용을 통해 한 반도를 둘러싼 주변 억제환경과 전략사 역할에 대한 한국군의 복안을 확인하 였으며, 실제 미국 전략사가 학술연구를 위해 활용하는 세대별 억제개념에 대해 검토함으로써 다중 경쟁구도와 잠재적 위협요인에 맞춘 새로운 억제개 념 즉, ‘7세대 억제개념’이 필요함을 주장한다. 무엇보다 4세대 억제개념부터 적용된 미국 전략사의 ‘억제분석 및 계획지원 모델(DAPSE)’에 대해 소개하고 민군이 함께 참여하는 억제전략 연구수행 방안을 총 3단계에 걸쳐 제시한다. 1단계에서는 기존 억제전략을 검토하고 개선점을 도출하며, 2단계에서는 다 양한 분석방법론을 적용한 북한의 핵위협 관련 연구, 북한의 러시아-우크라 이나 전쟁 파병에 따른 전략적 이익에 관한 연구, 한반도 유사시 제3국의 개 입에 따른 국제규범 간 연구 등이 가능함을 강조한다. 마지막으로 3단계에서 는 기존 DAPSE 모델을 변화된 억제환경에 맞춰 최신화하고 이를 주한미군이 나 북한 사례 등에 적용하는 연구를 함께 생산하여 향후 한미연합연습의 기 획과 도상훈련(TTX) 실행에 실제 활용하도록 함으로써 민군 양자 간의 상보 적 역할을 모색해볼 수 있다고 주장한다.

With the development of the national economy, the cultivation of technical talents is urg ent. As the largest economical province in China, the government of Guangdong Province needs to quickly enhance the rationality, effectiveness, and practicality of policies, fully leve rage the mediating, guiding, and promoting role of policy tools. This research from a new perspective to analyze current research focus, which can provide some reference for impro ving region vocational education policies. This research adopted a qualitative research method to analyze the text of college-enter prise cooperation policies in Guangdong Province under the background of the “Double Hi gh Program”, based on the perspective of McDonnell & Elmore policy tools, constructed a n analytical framework model, formed “X-axis” policy tools and “Y-axis” talent cultivation m odel elements, used WPS software to fully collect effective policy texts, and rigorously enc oded and analyzed policy texts with the NVivo12Plus software. Through the previous researches and the key words frequency analysis of policy texts, w hich can clarify the research focus of Guangdong Province's college-enterprise cooperation policy under the background of the “Double High Program”. By analyzing the proportion o f policy tools and the proportion of talent cultivation model elements, it can reveal the fra mework, characteristics, and challenges of current policies. From three dimensions analysis: policy content, policy tools and talent cultivation model elements, it can achieve conclusio n, suggestions and future approaches for current policies. The distribution of the five policy tools for college-enterprise cooperation policy in Guan gdong Province is not balanced, indicating that the current policies need to adjust the poli cy tool proportion in a timely manner, enhance rationality and effectiveness. From the freq uency of appearance of talent cultivation model elements, the proportion of mode element s is the highest, while the proportion of concept elements is the lowest. Therefore, in futu re policy formulation, it is necessary to increase the proportion of concept elements, instill correct values, optimize talent cultivation model, and enhance the practicality of policies.

Focusing on the "14th five-year plan" and the overall national security concept, through analyzing the overall environment of China's current counter-terrorism intelligence, and using the PEST-SWOT model to probe into the strengths and weaknesses of China's counter -terrorism intelligence information security. A scientific and reasonable international coordination and Cooperation Mechanism of counter-terrorism intelligence is put forward to provide an important guarantee for the modernization of counter-terrorism intelligence system and adherence to the overall national security concept.

Logistics standardization not only stands for logistics industry competitiveness, but also it is core competitive power. And Logistics industry makes smooth the exchange of goods, service and information in improving economic efficiency. Logistics cooperation between Korea and China becomes important issue because it has strategic meaning for two countries’ benefit. Korea and China should reform logistics standardization and cooperate each other. This study based on analysing the China’s logistics standardization policy, and comparison of ywo countries’ logistics standardization, explored the alternatives of its cooperation between Korea and China in the new perspective.

최근 몇 년간 국제 테러단체가 점점 확대고 있으며, 파키스탄은 새로운 테러단체인 “Arch of Instability” 의 중심이 되고 있다. 이는 파키스탄의 국내 정치 경제 발전에 심각한 위협을 줄 뿐만 아니라 국제 안보 구조와 대테러 국제정세에 심각한 위협을 가하고 있다. 또한 이는 중국 “일대일로”의 중요한 프로젝트인 “파키스탄 경제 통로”에도 심각한 위협이 되고 있다. 따라서 기존문헌을 정리한 결과를 파키스탄의 테러 상황에 대한 추가적인 연구가 필요하여 본 논문은 컴퓨터 과학 및 기술영역에서 새로 부각되고 있는 시각화 연구방법을 사용하여 Web of Science 데이터베이스를 활용하고 국제 학술계가 파키스탄의 테러에 대한 연구결과를 시각화 분석하여 국제 학술계가 연구한 파키스탄 테러단체의 국가간의 협력망도 제출하였다. 더불어 파키스탄 테러 연구에 관한 국제 학술계의 저자 및 협력 네트워크에 대한 양적인 분석으로 파키스탄 테러 연구소의 국제 학술계의 연구 핫스팟 및 연구 트렌드도 정리하였다.

We summarize our preliminary study on the research cooperation method in the astronomy field between Republic of Korea (South Korea) and Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea). To investigate the recent astronomical activities of North Korea, we have surveyed the published records of research papers and international collaborations associated with North Korean astronomers. We found only 4 astronomical papers among the identified 260 SCI papers related to North Korean researchers for the past 11 years. North Korean astronomers had very few interactions with the international astronomical society before rejoining IAU in 2012. Recently, North Korea made several astronomical research exchanges with China and Netherlands. They seemed to attend several international conferences and present their research results. We have studied possibilities to establish international networks to encourage the cooperation between South and North, and suggest to start collaboration in the historical astronomy. The collaboration can be expanded gradually to other fields in astronomy. There are many obvious political difficulties to have interactions with North Koreans. However, it will be necessary to make a long-term plan considering the reunification.

Agriculture and rural development is the most important sector in international development cooperation business in Korea. The significance, given to this sector is manifested in the increase of ODA (Official Development Assistance) budget, the crafting of relevant legislations, and the development of organizations, and institutions. Although many studies have been conducted on international cooperation in the agricultural sector, thus far, bibliographical research has not been done. This study aimed to analyze research trends using meta-data searching method based on three database sites. The main findings revealed that: 1) majority of the literature contains the keyword, ‘ODA’; 2) research area highly focuses on rural development policy studies including “Saemaul Undong”, which implies limited literature on agricultural logistics, marketing, and trade; and 3) methodologically, more researches need to focus on theoretical and quantitative analyses.

Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea for decades, the trade relations between the two countries have been developing towards a positive trend. Especially in recent years, for South Korea, China has become its largest trading partner, largest source of imports, and largest export destination. In contrast, for China, South Korea has also become an extremely important trading partner of China on a global scale. It can be seen that the development of China-South Korea economic and trade cooperation is an indispensable key force in the foreign trade of China and South Korea. In view of this, this article focuses on China-Korea economic and trade cooperation, discusses the development practice of China-Korea economic and trade cooperation, analyzes the opportunities and challenges in detail based on the current situation, and puts forward some countermeasures for reference only.

The aim of this research is to contribute to enhancing the competitiveness of automotive parts suppliers while departing from the dependent relationship structure, by developing and interpreting factors that affect sale, which are financial achievements, in a practical way. The research data covered 200 companies from 2013-2017. The study hypothesis was verified by dividing the hypothesis into Model1 with control variables only and Model2 with control variables in independent variables. As a result of hypothesis testing, regarding sales, only capital size showed to have an effect in Model1, while in Model2, asset size, number of employees and joint ventures with foreign companies did but the other remaining factors did not. In particular, the results showed that an increase in financial performance required ‘Economies of scale’, and that companies that concentrated on a small number of items, diversified products into four or more items, or owned two to four suppliers, reaped positive results in financial performance. Therefore, in addition to the selection and concentration of corporate management for production items and account management, applying strategies, like the inter-company M&A, consortiums and co-branded strategies to achieve ‘Economy of scale’, would highly enhance the financial performance of automotive parts suppliers.
