This study optimized the gelling agent and rice protein ratio for developing elderly friendly jelly using a response surface methodology. Response surface analysis was conducted with a gelling agent (0.1, 0.2, and 0.3%) and rice protein (3, 6, and 9%) set as independent variables. Increasing the gelling agent and rice protein ratio raised the pH while lowering the total acidity. The sugar content decreased nonlinearly with a higher gelling agent ratio. The lightness (L) and yellowness (b) differed according to the addition ratios of each ingredient, and the hardness peaked at 0.3% gelling agent and 6% rice protein, but excessive rice protein addition led to a decrease in hardness. Response surface analysis indicated an optimal formulation of 0.16% gelling agent and 6.41% rice protein, with all response variables aligning within the predicted ranges, validating the model.

중국 국가 통계국에서 발표한 데이터에 따르면, 2022년 60세 이상 인구는 전체의 19.6%이며, 2035년에는 4억을 초과하여 고령화 사회의 단계에 접어들 것이라고 한다. 질병의 발병률이 매우 높은 고령층은 의약품의 복용 과정에서 주의해야 할 점이 많은 반면, 이에 대한 이해가 부족하여 의약품의 복용에 따른 잠재적인 위험에 항상 노출되어 있다. 이에 따라 의약품 포장에 대한 고령층의 요구를 수용하고, 의약품 복용의 정확성과 편의성을 향상시키는 문제는 당면의 과제가 되고 있다. 본 연구는 디지털 휴먼 기술을 도입하여 의약품 포장의 혁신적인 디자인을 강구하고, 이를 통해 고령층의 의약품 관련 문제에 대한 해결을 목표로 한다. 의약품 포장 디자인에 디지털 휴먼 기술을 적용하는 것은 최근 디지털 발전의 추세에 부합하며, 고령층을 대상으로 하는 의약품 포장 디자인에 새로운 사로를 제공할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 문헌 분석법 및 사례 분석법 등을 통해 고령층을 대상으로 하는 의약품 포장 디자인의 발전 현황을 파악하여, 기존 제한적인 정보만을 제공하던 단일 시각 형태의 전통적인 의약품 포장 디자인의 한계를 극복하고, 새로운 디자인 방안을 제시하여 고령층이 더 다양한 방식으로 의약품 포장을 통해 필요한 정보를 인식할 수 있도록 만들고자 하였다. 기존 의약품 포장 디자인에 대한 분석을 바탕으로 본 연구는 디지털 휴먼 기술과 의약품 포장의 결합에 대한 타당성을 도출했고, 실례를 통해 디지털 휴먼 기술이 의약품 포장에 있어 상당한 응용 가치와 잠재력을 가지고 있다는 사실을 검증하였다.

본 연구는 노인의 삶의 질 향상에 영향을 미치는 고령친화적 환경 요인을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구는 원주시에 거주하는 65세 이상 노인 370명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였으며, ‘미국은퇴자 협회(AARP)의 고령친화 환경 평가 도구(7영역)와 삶의 질’을 통해 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 고령친화 적 환경 요인으로 ‘잘 관리된 안전한 공원’, ‘공용시설이 잘 구비된 다양한 가격의 주택’, ‘읽기 쉬운 교통 표지판’, ‘신뢰할 수 있는 대중교통’, ‘이웃으로부터 존중받는 정도’가 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 노인 의 삶의 질 향상과 관련해서는 ‘주거환경’과 ‘이웃과의 관계’, ‘거주안전성’이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구는 원주시 노인의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위한 방안으로 노인편의시설 확충, 이웃과의 사회적 관계망 형성 등을 제안하고, 고령친화 도시 환경 조성의 필요성과 중요성을 강조하였다.

본 연구는 중국 노인들의 생활양식에 대한 분석을 기반으로, 노인들의 욕구에 부합할 수 있는 고령친화 주거단지 환경계획을 그 목적으로 한다. 장시성 상라오시에 거주하는 노인 306명에 대한 설문조사를 통해 여가시간 동안 산책과 대화, 간단한 쇼핑, 경작과 가드닝, 장기두기 등의 활동이 대부분임을 알 수 있었다. 전체 대상지는 입구·경관구역, 생활교류구역, 생태재배구역, 생활주거구역, 야외활동구역 및 완충식재구역으로 구분하였다. 단지 내 차량과 보행동선을 분 리하였으며, 생활교류구역 내에는 만남, 산책, 이벤트 및 판매 등을 위한 공간을 조성하였다. 노 인층의 원예욕구를 반영하여 생태재배구역을 조성하였으며, 무장애 플랜터박스 및 온실을 설 치하였으며, 손자, 손녀들과 함께 할 수 있는 야외활동공간을 조성하였다. 커뮤니티 가로계획과 관련하여 무장애 계획을 수립함과 동시에 우물, 마당 등과 같은 랜드마크 시설을 도입하여 공 간의 식별성을 높혔다. 또한 안전성 확보를 위한 보차분리 및 전통성 도입을 위한 포장설계 등 의 디테일이 추가되었다.

Elderly people living in the facility tend to be depressed or self-esteemed by mental anxiety due to the transfer from the family to the facility. Therefore, we need a program to improve the self - esteem and depression of the elderly. If a non-single, self-integration program is provided to the elderly, the integration program consisting of nature-friendly contents will be familiar to the elderly and participation will increase. The program with the play is effective because it can give pleasure and laughter, and the nature-friendly integration program is applied.
