본 연구는 정저우시에 최근 조성된 상성유적공원, 상성공원, 인민공원, 자형산공원 등 4개 유적지 공원을 대상으로 6개의 경관요소 즉, 전통수종, 역사적 폐허 및 유적, 전통건축, 조형물, 도로포장 및 소재, 수경요소 등의 측면에서 지역문화경관의 적용 및 문제점을 분석 평가하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 전통건축과 역사적 폐허 및 유적의 관리 측면에서 문제점이 드러났다. 상성 유적공원, 상성공원, 자형산공원에 조성된 전통건축은 모두 송나라 이후의 건축양식을 따르고 있어 상나라시대의 건축적 특징을 반영하지 못하고 있다. 인민광장의 경우 유적은 반개방적인 방법으로 보존 전시하고 있으나 부실한 관리로 인해 유적의 인위적인 훼손이 심각하고 특히 유적지의 고목들이 벽체를 크게 훼손하고 있다. 조형물 측면에서는 인민광장의 경우 상나라시대와 관련된 조형물이 없으며 도로포장 측면에서는 상성유적공원과 상성공원의 일부에만 문화적 토템이 적용되었을 뿐 공원 도로포장의 대부분이 현대식 포장으로 인해 지역의 역사문화적 특성을 반영하지 못하고 있다. 전통 수종 측면에서는 상성유적공원과 인민광장의 경우 대부분 전통수종을 식재했으나 상성공원 및 자형산공원의 경우 외래수종이 많아 지역 고유의 자연경관 을 연출하지 못하고 있다. 이러한 문제들은 면밀한 역사적 고증을 바탕으로 지역문화경관의 구성요소 및 설계원칙을 고려하여 개선해 나갈 필요가 있다. 수경요소는 자형산공원에만 적용 되었으나 지역특성을 상징하는 황하강을 모티브로 한 은유적 설계의 적용이 부족하다. 지역의 역사문화에 대한 은유적 표현 방법과 의미 해석에 대한 다양한 연구가 선행되어야 하는 만큼 향후 이에 대한 지속적인 논의가 필요하다.

Second, the key selection criteria for View point largely focused on cultural Heritageand the surrounding communicative point of view and, consequently, connectivity, and symbolism, accessibility, analysis, factors such as Prospect, setting the standards by applying a detailed assessment of each item the main view point were derived. Third, the derived key View point on the terrain and landscape characteristics simulation analysis carried out by considering together the main axis, and this suggests a reasonable height for the proposed standards.

The city of Dalian has been developed under varied geo-political situation since the later part of nineteenth century up to now where a considerable mutation is taking place. In this study we tried to trace the historical evolution process of Dalien as second important port of China playing the role as center of North-Eastern Region in the field of Industry, foreign exchange, finance and tourist industry. The result reveals possibility of the city to excelerate its development under present circumstances toward the opened system of economical policy.
