The present research deals with the influence of managers’ construal level and anticipatory regret behavior on evaluations of customers’ and employees’ ideas in innovation contexts. While prior research focused on positive outcomes of open innovation, we provide theory and evidence to suggest that managers’ avoidance behavior in idea evaluation processes can result in negative side effects for the assessment of employees’ ideas. We conducted an experiment with 113 managers to reveal that top managers tend to higher creativity ratings of ideas from customers in comparison to identical ideas from employees. Lower level managers showed no difference in their creativity evaluations, but differentiated their feasibility rating in favor for customers’ ideas, whereas top managers did not. Our findings contribute to existing managerial decision making research and provide initial evidence on negative outcomes of open innovation for managers’ evaluation of employees’ ideas.

One of The standard issue in riding on the wave of the information system(IS) is records of performance, grow unprecedently fast, and has highly uncertain future. Within the framework of IS Evaluation, The main purpose of this study is to suggest performance quality evaluation system as follows, The Integrated Quality Evaluation Model Design(IQEMD) of Information System helps corporations to improve productivity, customer service and corporate competitive power. To respond flexibly this trend, we have to realize that the information system has to keep the most effective optimal information network at the proper time. The existing evaluation method has been concentrated on the evaluation of a degree of the information system maturity focused on static viewpoints. The evaluation of potential factors to affect the future-oriented performance, that can analyze both unit business being able to apply an information system base was used efficiently well and what performance evaluation item was obtained actually, was insufficient relatively. In this paper, An integrated quality evaluation method will analyze a degree of information system maturity in dynamic evaluation viewpoints rather than in static evaluation viewpoints. finally we estimated the relative degree of importance of each determinant using the AHP methodology The validity of the proposed model was also partially proved using two different methods, holistic and historical approach.

A local hazard mitigation plan (LHMP) or emergency plan is one of the most effective contributions for the mitigation of future local natural disasters. Since different regions are vulnerable to different natural disasters, each community should prepare their own plan based on their specific conditions. In Kumamoto, chronic flood damage and landslides are the most common hazards. In 2012, rapid heavy rain resulted in substantial property damage, casualties, and even fatalities. Studies indicate that Japanese communities have many volunteer groups to manage natural hazards and that their average risk reception is higher than in any other country. It can be said that Japanese government policy regarding natural disasters is good. However, it is time to reconsider our approach and reconfirm our fundamental commitment of designing an LHMP. This paper presents comparison research for Kumamoto hazard mitigation planning around 10- year time series, a longitudinal study. We used a flood mitigation plan coding protocol to better understand the Kumamoto City hazard mitigation plan. Indicators used in the study mostly focus on situations that the city has recently faced. Ultimately, the purpose of this research is twofold: 1) to assess the current mitigation efforts for a local flood event through a comparison study, and 2) to improve the LHMP more practically. To increase credibility and reliability, each researcher in this project checked the LHMPs three times. Eventually, through this study, it should be possible to enable the local government of Kumamoto to help establish a community resilient to its chronic natural disasters. Specific goals include determining which parts in the LHMP should be reinforced and whether improving the community resilience to flooding is possible
