혁신창업 생태계는 지역을 중심으로 한 다양한 행위자들의 상호보완적 관계와 상호 작용을 통해 지속적인 혁신창업을 촉진하고, 궁극적으로 경제 성장에 기여하는 역동적 시스템이다. 이 가운데 대기업은 혁신창업 생태계의 핵심 행위자이자 자원 공급자로서 중요한 역할을 수행 하지만, 그 역할을 체계적으로 설명하는 이론적 프레임워크와 그 영향 및 성과에 대한 실증적 연구는 여전히 부족하다. 본 연구는 통합적 문헌 연구(Integrative Literature Review)를 통해 대기업이 혁신창업 생태계에서 수행하는 역할과 그에 따른 성과 창출 양상을 체계적으로 탐구 하였다. 선행 연구를 토대로 대기업의 역할을 (1) 비즈니스 창출 및 네트워크 접근 기회 제공, (2) 혁신 인재의 저수지 역할, (3) 선별적 지원과 협력, (4) 회수시장 조성의 네 가지로 도출하고, 이를 분석의 이론적 틀로 설정하였다. 또한 이러한 역할로 인해 창출되는 성과를 창업기업 수준의 성과 (Startup Performance)와 생태계 수준의 성과(Systemic Performance)로 구분하였다. 이후 Web of Science 데이터베이스에서 2003년 이후 20년간 출판된 기업 전략 관련 논문 271편을 검토하고, 최종 25편을 선정하여 네 가지 역할에 따라 분류·분석하였다. 분석 결과, 대기업의 전략적 활동은 혁신창업 생태계 내에서 개별기업 수준과 생태계 전반의 성과와 긍정적인 관련성이 보고되었다. 특히 대기업의 자본·기술·인적 자원 이전은 혁신창업 기업의 혁신성과, 재무성과, 생존율과 긍정적인 관련성이 제시되었으며, 지식 파급효과와 인력 순환 또한 생태계 전반의 생산성과 지속가능성과 관련된 결과로 논의되었다. 본 연구는 대기업의 역할을 이론적 기반에서 구조화하고, 이를 중심으로 기존 연구의 성과 논의를 통합적으로 재분류함으로써 혁신창업 생태계에서 대기업 역할과 성과에 대한 이해를 체계적으로 정리하였다.

This study aims to identify instructional design elements for flipped learning in Korean language education targeting foreign learners. A total of 61 studies published between 2014 and 2024 on flipped learning classes for foreigners were analyzed. The extracted instructional design elements were reviewed and validated by experts. The structure of flipped learning classes was categorized into three main stages—pre-class, in-class, and post-class—and further subdivided into six phases: presentation, practice, introduction, activity, evaluation, and reinforcement. For each phase, specific instructional materials, teaching strategies, and the roles of instructors and learners were defined. Based on expert feedback, the final elements were refined to reflect adjustments such as proficiency-based difficulty levels, the use of authentic language resources, clearer d escriptions o f activity t ypes, a nd appropriate limitations on group size. Through this process, this study derived and validated instructional design elements for flipped learning-based Korean language instruction, highlighting their relevance and practical significance for instructional design research.

몰입은 내적동기와 관련성이 큰 개념으로 스포츠심리학에서 스포츠 수행에 있어 긍정적인 요소 로 여겨진다. 몰입과 중독의 상관관계에 대한 연구들이 선행되었지만, Flow와 Commitment의 개념이 혼동 돼 사용되었다. 또한 몰입이 장기적으로 미치는 영향에 대해서는 충분한 연구가 이루어지지 않았다. 따라 서 본 연구는 선행연구들을 통해 몰입의 중독성을 확인하였으며, 기존의 연구들과 다르게 장기적으로 몰입 이 내적동기를 저하시킬 수 있다는 새로운 가설을 제시하고자 한다. 적응수준 이론과 한계효용체감의 법칙의 관점에서는 몰입을 통해 얻는 만족감이 지속적으로 감소하게 된다. 어느 시점에서 이러한 개인의 발전은 한 계를 느끼게 되며, 몰입을 경험하지 못하는 시점에 도달하게 된다. 하지만 개인은 몰입을 다시 경험하고자 하는 욕구가 존재하므로 지속적으로 노력할 것이다. 그러나 몰입 경험의 실패로 이어질 때 반복적인 실패는 슬픔으로 작용하여 내적동기를 약화시키게 된다. 따라서, 본 연구를 통해서 몰입의 부정적인 요소와 장기 적인 관점에서 미치는 영향에 대한 연구들이 필요하다고 사료된다.

Purpose: Despite the effort to bridge the disconnect between educational preparation of competent nurses and employers' expectation of new graduates, there is little known about what nursing competencies are required for new graduates. This paper aims to identify the nursing competencies expected of new graduates, both globally and in the specific Korean context. Methods: An integrative literature review was undertaken. International and Korean computerised databases were searched and 72 relevant papers were appraised using the Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool and the Data Relevance. Twenty-eight studies were selected for final data analysis. Results: Three themes with eleven competency areas were discovered: new graduates are expected to be competent in delivering an evidence-based practice with a patient-centered approach as professional nurses. Competency in evidence-based practice involves being able to integrate theory and skills, utilise contemporary evidence, and undertake a systematic approach. Patient-centred care involves ensuring patient safety, educating the patient and their family, and demonstrating sound interpersonal communication skills with a collaborative approach. New graduates are also expected to practice legal and ethical nursing care, undertake continuing professional development, and demonstrate a capacity for clinical management and appropriate professional attributes. Conclusion: Identifying nursing competencies for new graduates can add a level of detail to the current nursing competencies required for new graduates in the global and the Korean context. The findings can be used not only to inform education providers of potential gaps in preparation for practice of new graduates, but also be used to identify support needed when graduates enter nursing workforce.
