To meet rapidly changing market demands, manufacturers strive to increase both of productivity and diversity at the same time. As a part of those effort, they are applying flexible manufacturing systems that produce multiple types and/or options of products at a single production line. This paper studies such flexible manufacturing system with multiple types of products, multiple Bernoulli reliability machines and dedicated buffers between them for each of product types. As one of the prevalent control policies, priority based policy is applied at each machines to select the product to be processed. To analyze such system and its performance measures exactly, Markov chain models are applied. Because it is too complex to define all relative transient and its probabilities for each state, an algorithm to update transient state probability are introduced. Based on the steady state probability, some performance measures such as production rate, WIP-based measures, blocking probability and starvation probability are derived. Some system properties are also addressed. There is a property of non-conservation of flow, which means the product ratio at the input flow is not conserved at the succeeding flows. In addition, it is also found that increased buffer capacity does not guarantee improved production rate in this system.

1999년도에는 KC47KCB14, KC220KC268 조합의 및 여교배 집단과 KC47-1KC263(AC2258), KC47-1KCB13-2-1, KC47-1KCB13-4-2 조합의 집단에 대하여 잎점무늬병과 역병을 차례로 접종, 복합저항성 개체를 선발하여 차세대를 육성하였다. 2000년도에는 같은 조합의 및 세대에 대하여 잎점무늬병과 역병에 대한 저항성을 검정하여 복합 저항성인 개체로부터 차세대 종자를 확보하였다. 선발세대의 경과에 따라 두 가지 병에 대한 저항성에서 현저한 진전이 관찰되었다.

풋마름병과 역병에 복합저항성인 계통을 육성하기 위한 노력으로서 앞서 역병 저항성으로 육성한 계통(16-2-3-2 = 역병 저항성 '칼미초', 19-1-3-7-1-1, 19-2-4-5-3-2 = 역병 저항성 '수비초', 김 등, 1996)과 풋마름병 저항성 계통(KC350 = MC 4, KC353 = PBC631)을 교배하여 육성한 와 , 와 세대에 대해 1999년과 2000년에 각각 풋마름병과 역병에 대한 복합저항성을 검정하였다. 풋마름병과 역병에 복합 저항성을 보인 개체를 선발하여 다음 세대의 종자를 채종하였다.

Multiple U-typed production lines are increasingly accepted in modern manufacturing system for the flexibility to adjust to changes in demand. This paper considers multiple U line balancing with the objective of minimizing cycle time considering of moving time of workforce given the number of workstation. Like the traditional line balancing problem this problem is NP-hard. In this paper, we show how genetic algorithm can be used to solve multiple U line balancing. For this, an encoding and a decoding method suitable to the problem are presented. Proper genetic operators are also employed. Extensive computational experiments are carried out to show the performance of the proposed algorithm. The computational results show that the algorithm is promising in solution quality.

교량의 설계 및 시공에 있어 적절한 설계하중을 산정하기 위해 차량의 하중을 측정하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 이동하중에 대해 다축의 모멘트 영향선을 이용하여 시간에 따라 하중을 식별하는 알고리듬을 제안하였다. 또한 2개 이상의 하중을 식별하는 경우, 시간에 따른 하중 식별 결과가 심한 진동을 하기 때문에 밀도추정함수를 통해 최종 식별하중을 구하는 방법을 제안하였다. 단경간 판형교에 대한 수치예제를 수행하여 제안한 알고리듬 및 방법들을 검증하였다. 수치예제에서는 계측오차와 속도오차에 대한 오차분석을 수행하였다. 또한 제안된 알고리듬을 6m 길이의 강재 모형교량을 이용한 실내실험을 통해 재검증하였다. 속도와 하중의 종류에 따라 하중식별 능력이 달랐으나 개발한 알고리듬이 최대 10% 수준의 오차 내에서 하중을 식별할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

다수다얼성 옥수수의 동위효소 특성을 구명하고 자얼성성 품종을 비교하여 생육단계에 따라 여러 조직을 6％ polyaclamide gel을 사용 peroxidase와 esterase 동위효소 패턴을 관찰하였던 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 성숙한 옥수수의 엽, 간, 업소. 근 및 미숙종자의 조직에서 독특한 peroxidase의 동위효소의 존재가 확인되었다. 2. 암조건에서 7일간 자란 다수다얼성 계통의 중심주와 초엽조직은 peroxidase 도위효소의 차이를 나타내는데 효과적이었다. 3. Esterase의 동위효소에 대한 활성은 양친의 경위가 그들의 교잡종보다. 밴드수나 활성이 높았다. 4. Esterase에 대한 밴드는 암조건인 7 일 유묘상태의 중심주, 초엽, 미숙종자에서 뚜렸한 차이가 있었다. 5. 효과적인 동위효소 관찰을 위해서는 성묘보다는 유묘조직이 유리하게 보였다. 6. 흑조위축병에 감염된 옥수수 잎은 PX나 EST 동위효소에서 모두 뚜렷한 차이를 보였다.
