본 연구는 뮤지컬 배우의 효율적 발성 훈련을 통한 보컬 역량의 회복 및 성장에 있어 중추 조절 의 효용성을 알아보는 것에 목적이 있다. 뮤지컬 배우는 폭넓은 음역대와 강도 높은 보컬을 요구 하는 뮤지컬 곡들을 소화하다 보면 목의 긴장에서부터 자유롭지 못하다. 따라서 알렉산더테크닉 의 중추 조절, 즉 목-머리-몸통의 협응이 호흡뿐 아니라 효율적인 발성기관의 운용에 유의미하다 는 이론적 배경을 토대로 목-머리-몸통 관계의 역동성 원리를 발성에 적용하고 효과에 대하여 고 찰하였다. 연구자는 서울 소재 대학교 뮤지컬 전공 여자 5명 남자 5명을 대상으로 주 1회 7주간 중추 조절의 원리를 이해시키고 이를 발성과 뮤지컬 보컬에 적용하였다. 7주간 훈련 후 반 구조화 된 인터뷰와 객관적 측정 도구인 보이스프린트의 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 중추 조절이 회복되었을 때의 유의한 변화는 첫째, 머리가 떠오르면서 눌린 후두, 갑갑한 호흡, 눌렸던 몸통의 길이와 폭이 회복되어 목-머리-몸통의 연결감과 안정감을 경험했다. 둘째, 음성스케일 시 음질이 선명해지고 후두의 움직임뿐 아니라 음역도 확장되었다. 셋째, 핸즈온(Hands-On) 시 청각적으로 는 음색이 맑고 음정이 안정되었으며 몸 감각적으로는 머리의 진동감과 몸통의 안정감이 강해짐을 경험하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 발성 훈련에 있어 알렉산더 테크닉의 효용성을 시사하며, 구체적 인 실천 모델을 제안함에 그 의의가 있다. 또한, 향후 보다 발전적인 발성 훈련 프로그램 개발 자료로 활용될 가치를 지닌다.

본 연구에서는 hG-CSF의 발현을 유도적으로 조절하기 위한 FIV-Tet-On lentivirus vector system을 구축하고자 하였다. hG-CSF는 호중성구 계열 세포의 증식과 분화, 생존에 영향을 미치는 물질로서, 이 유전자의 발현을 증가시키기 위하여 FIV-Tet-On vector 상의 hG-CSF나 rtTA2SM2 서열의 3' 위치에 WPRE 서열을 도입하였다. 구축된 각각의 vector는 293FT 세포에 일시적으로 transfection하여 virus를 생산하였으며, 이 virus를 일차 배양 세포인 CEF와 PFF에 감염시켰다. 각 세포에 전이된 hG-CSF의 발현 양상을 관찰하기 위하여 doxycycline을 첨가하거나 첨가하지 않은 배지에서 배양한 후 quantitative real-time PCR, Western blot과 ELISA를 이용하여 hG-CSF 유전자의 발현 정도를 비교 측정한 결과, CEF에서는 WPRE가 hG-CSF의 3' 위치에 도입된 경우에 발현량과 유도율이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났고, PFF에서는 rtTA 서열의 3'위치에 도입된 경우에 발현량과 유도율이 가장 큰 것으로 확인되었다. 이 FIV-Tet-On vector system은 형질 전환 동물의 생산이나 유전자 치료에서 문제시되는 외래 유전자의 지속적인 과다 발현에 의한 개체의 생리적인 부작용을 최소화하기 위한 해결 방법으로 제시될 수 있을 것이다.

Concept of primary solidification mode control was adopted to obtain optimal solidification crack resistance, hot ductility, corrosion resistance and toughness for austenitic stainless steel. By controlling primary solidification phase as primary δ and containing no ferrite at room temperature, optimal solidification crack resistance, hot ductility, corrosion resistance and cryogenic toughness could be obtained. The optimum chemical composition of austenitic stainless steel ranges 1.46~1.55(Creq/Nieq ratio) calculated by Schaeffler's equation.

In this study, a horticultural therapy program was performed by employing the anger experienced by people during daily life activities in the emotion regulation strategy-based program to identify the influence of the horticultural program on anger control in the caregivers for patients with dementia. To measure this influence, two tools were used: a self-administered questionnaire survey, which is a subjective test, and an instrumental test, which can measure the physical index that detects the physical changes through anger. For the preliminary test, depression, stress, self-esteem, anxiety, and anger state-characteristic were tested using the self-administered questionnaire. For the follow-up test, the self-administered survey and the test using the physical index were performed in a manner similar to that of the preliminary test. The self-administered questionnaire comprised questions suitable to this study and considered the age, education level, and economic aspect of the subjects. The test results indicated that the experimental group subjected to the emotion regulation strategy-based horticultural therapy showed very significant reduction in depression and anger and significant reduction in stress, self-esteem, and anxiety. In the physical index test, the systolic and diastolic blood pressures were reduced, and the pulse rate and respiration rate reduced before and after the therapy, thus, proving the effectiveness of the therapy in anger control.
