Recently, as the internet usage is increasing, accordingly generated text data is also increasing. Because this text data on the internet includes users’ comments, the text data on the Internet can help you get users’ opinion more efficiently and effectively. The topic of text mining has been actively studied recently, but it primarily focuses on either the content analysis or various improving techniques mostly for the performance of target mining algorithms. The objective of this study is to propose a novel method of analyzing the user’s requirements by utilizing the text-mining technique. To complement the existing survey techniques, this study seeks to present priorities together with efficient extraction of customer requirements from the text data. This study seeks to identify users’ requirements, derive the priorities of requirements, and identify the detailed causes of high-priority requirements. The implications of this study are as follows. First, this study tried to overcome the limitations of traditional investigations such as surveys and VOCs through text mining of online text data. Second, decision makers can derive users’ requirements and prioritize without having to analyze numerous text data manually. Third, user priorities can be derived on a quantitative basis.

제 4차 산업 시대의 도래는 기존 사회와 산업 생태계를 급속히 변화시키며, 기술, 문화, 금융 등의 경계선을 사라지게 하고 있다. 이동공간 산업도 마찬가지로, 기존의 기계공학 중심의 산업이 전자 및 정보통신기술과 융합함에 따라 이동성 및 안전성 중심의 공간을 넘어, 인포테이먼트 및 콘텐츠를 소비할 수 있는 공간으로 변화하고 있다. 현재까지 수행된 차세대 이동공간 관련 이론적 평가 방법은 대부분 사용성 평가, 혹은 수용성 평가방법 등에 집중되어있으나, 실제 동향조사에 의하면 대부분의 자동차 OEM을 포함한 많은 이동공간 업체에서는 감성평가를 중요시하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 차세대 이동공간에서의 콘텐츠 인터랙션을 개발하는 데에 있어 어떠한 감성 요소들을 평가해야 하는지에 대해 수행한다. 패트릭 조단의 네 가지 즐거움 이론의 감성요소들을 기반으로 국내 운전자 116명을 대상으로 차세대 이동공간에서 콘텐츠 감성평가를 수행할 때 필요한 요소들에 대해 평가하였다. 통계분석 및 AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) 분석 결과, 심리적-관념적-사회적-물리적 즐거움 순으로 평가 우선순위를 도출시키는 것이 필요하며, 콘텐츠 소비 유형에 따른 평가를 수행하는 것이 필요할 것으로 나타났다.

With a view to analyzing the influential factors and their prioritization in association with the loss from construction disasters, this study has presented relative weighted value and importance for each category of loss by making a systematic classification of costs for non-insured categories (indirect costs) and conducting AHP analysis based on results of a survey of specialists. Through the study, first, I have divided the larger classification of loss factors into human loss factor, financial loss factor, special cost factor, and managerial loss factor, and, second, have presented prioritization of loss categories by allotting scores based on weighted values after calculating weighted value through pairwise comparison of loss levels. Based on these results of the study, we should be able to qualitatively calculate the loss costs that construction disasters inflict on business, promote rational decision-making and efficiency in spending related to a disaster, and compare it against safety investment designed to reduce disaster loss from the perspective of business strategy.

This analysis was aimed at analyzing the proposed inland dry port projects in Malawi to decide which of them is a priority project. This Analysis used Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis method. It involved four alternatives and five criteria elements. According to this analysis, Nsanje project is the most priority inland dry port project with 31% priority score. The second one is Mbamba Bay project with 25% priority score. Followed by Liwonde project with 24% priority score and finally Chilumba project with 18% priority score. Criteria wise, proximity to major ports is the most priority criterion with a 29% score. Payback period and economic benefit was second important criteria with a 22% score. Bilateral and regional support is the third important criterion with an 18% score. Room for expansion and future demand had a 16% score hence being the fourth important criterion. Environmental considerations had a 15% score being the fifth important criterion. The government of Malawi should prioritize the alternatives and consider the criteria elements in the order of importance as stated and recommended in this analysis. There is also need for partnership with Korean government and companies on financing, design and development of these ports.

본 연구는 강건성 지수와 불확실성 분석기법을 활용하여 기후변화 취약성 평가과정에서 발생하는 불확실성을 정량화하였다. 본 연구는 우리나 라의 6개 광역시(부산, 대구, 인천, 광주, 대전, 울산)를 대상으로 다기준 의사결정기법 중 하나인 TOPSIS 기법을 이용하여 용수공급 취약성 순위를 산정하였다. 강건성 지수는 두 대상 도시의 순위가 가중치의 변화로 인해 순위역전현상이 발생할 수 있는 가능성을 정량화하고 불확실성 분석 기법 은 두 도시 사이에 순위역전이 발생할 수 있는 가중치의 최소 변화량을 산정한다. 그 결과 인천과 대구는 용수공급 측면에서 취약한 것으로 나타났 으며, 대구와 부산은 용수공급 취약성에 민감한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 대구는 다른 대안에 비해 상대적으로 용수공급이 취약한 지역으로 나타났 으나, 취약성에 민감하기 때문에 기후변화 적응대책 수립 및 시행을 통해 취약성이 크게 향상될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 기후변화와 용 수공급 측면에서의 적응전략을 계획하고 수립하는데 있어서 우선적으로 고려해야하는 방향을 제안하는 데 사용될 수 있다.

서울을 위협하는 다양한 위험요소는 재난 및 안전관리 기본법에 의하여 자연재난, 사회재난으로 구분할 수 있으며, 이외에 일상생활에서의 사고, 범죄 등을 추가할 수 있다. 최근 기후변화에 의한 예측불허한 재해발생 빈도가 증가하고 있고, 규모 또한 과거 비교할 수 없을 정도로 점점 커지고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구에서는 서울시에 발생하는 자연재난 중 풍수해에 대한 위험도 분석과 그에 따른 대책의 우선순위 결정방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 위험도 분석(발생빈도, 피해규모)을 통해 서울시 풍수해 취약성을 평가하고, 이를 통해 수립된 다양한 대책들 중 어떤 정책들을 우선적으로 시행되어야 하는지 우선순위 결정방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 본 연구를 통해 서울시의 풍수해 관련 다양한 정책들이 체계적이고 효율적으로 집행될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
