본 연구의 목적은 피부미용 온라인교육의 특성요인을 도출하고 이들 요인이 교육만족도와 교육 지속의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그리고 온라인교육 특성과 교육지속의도 간 관계에서 교육만족도가 어떠한 효과를 가지는지 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 피부미용 온라인교육 경험자인 서울 및 수도권 거주 성인 여성을 대상으로 3월 1일부터 4월 30일까지 설문조사를 진행해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 통 계 프로그램인 SPSS 26.0을 이용해 기술통계, 탐색적 요인분석, 회귀분석, SPSS 프로세스 매크로 4번 모형 (mediation conditional process analysis)을 활용한 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping) 방법을 이용한 매개효과 분석을 통해 분석하였다. 이상의 연구절차를 통해 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째 피부미용 온라인교육의 교육품질은 편의성과 신뢰성 요인이, 강사특성은 학습자 이해, 피드백의 신속성, 전문성, 매력성, 진실성 요인이 도출되었다. 둘째, 편의성, 신뢰성, 학습자 이해, 피드백의 신속성, 전문성, 매력성이 교육만족도에 유의한 정적(+) 영 향이 나타났다. 둘째, 교육만족도는 교육지속의도에 유의한 정적(+) 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육지속의도에는 편의성과 피드백의 신속성, 전문성, 매력성이 유의한 정적(+) 영향을 미쳤으나 학습자의 이해는 부적(-) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 교육품질 및 강사품질과 교육지속 의도 간 관계에서 교육만족도의 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과에서중 강사특성의 피드백의 신속성이 교육만족도와 교육지속의도에 미치는 영향력이 가장 크게 나타났다. 본 연구에서 온 라인미디어 콘텐츠에 대한 분석이 제외된 것을 한계점이라 할 수 있다.
외국인 유학생이 꾸준히 증가함에 따라 정부는 ‘외국인 유학생 유치‧관 리 역량 인증제’를 시행하였다. 인증제는 외국인 유학생 유치 및 관리에 양적인 성장뿐만 아니라 질적인 성장에 목적을 두고 2012년 본격적으로 도입하였으며 현재는 ‘교육국제화역량 인증제’로 확대하여 실시되고 있 다. 이를 통해 교육의 질과 학생의 수준을 끌어올리고 있지만 인증제가 현실을 반영하지 못하는 부분이 있다. 이에 본고에서는 외국의 사례를 조사한 후 한국의 교육국제화역량 인증제가 어떻게 수정·보완되어 왔는 지 그동안의 변화 과정을 살펴보고 3주기 보완 체계가 진행 중인 현재의 평가 항목과 기준 내용의 보완점을 제언하였다. 제언의 내용은 크게 세 가지로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 먼저 불법체류율 산정 방식이다. 기존의 산정 방식은 모수와 분자의 조건을 동일하게 보았기 때문에 이를 악용하는 경 우도 있었다. 따라서 불법체류율 산정 방식을 수정해야 한다. 둘째, 학위 과정의 경우 공인 한국어능력 자격을 취득하지 않은 유학생 대상 한국어 강의에 대한 명확한 규정이 필요하며 구체적인 졸업 요건이 명시되어야 한다. 셋째, 어학연수과정의 학생수, 교원 자격증 수 등을 현장 상황을 파악하여 평가 기준을 높여야 한다.
본 연구의 목적은 뷰티 전공 대학생을 대상으로 개방형 질문지와 포커스 그룹 인터뷰의 두 가지 통합 연구방법을 통하여 교육 서비스 품질 구성개념을 규명하고자 한다. 연구 참여자는 전국 2년 제, 4년제 대학의 뷰티 전공 재학생을 모집단으로 설정하고 임의 표집방식으로 250명을 채택하여 조사 에 사용하였다. 일련의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개방형질문지의 귀납적 내용분석 결과 뷰티 전공 대 학의 교육 서비스품질은 전공지식, 교육적 자질, 교수-학생 친밀감, 학생욕구반영, 활용성, 교육과정 구 성, 환경효율성, 교육기자재, 명성의 9개 세부 영역과 일반영역으로 교수 전문성, 교수-학생 공감, 교육 과정, 교육 환경, 명성의 5개 영역으로 도출 하였다. 둘째, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 결과 귀납적 내용분석을 보다 타당성 있게 지적하고 심도 있게 도출 되었다. 본 연구의 결과 뷰티 전공 대학의 교육서비스 품질 의 측정도구 개발에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
연구는 대학생의 교양교육에 대한 전반적 인식, 교육적 경험, 학습 성과, 대학 생활 및 시설의 우수성 간의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 대학생 교양교육 개선방안에 대한 시사점을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대 상은 경기도 소재의 A대학 재학생 756명이며, 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학에서의 교양교 육 중요성은 높게 인식되고 있고, 전반적인 교양교육에 대한 만족도가 평균 이상으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육 적 경험은 보통 이상의 평균을 보였으나 수업에서 고차원 능력을 강조하는 하위영역의 평균이 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 학습 성과에서 의사소통능력이나 대인관계능력은 평균이 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 대학 생활은 평균이 보통 미만으로 나타났고, 교수와의 교류가 학습자 간의 교류보다 더 빈번하지 못 한 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 대학 시설의 우수성에서 사이버교육시스템의 우수성은 가장 낮게 평가되었으 며, 마지막으로 모든 변인들 간의 상관관계가 정적으로 비교적 높게 나타났고 교육적 경험, 학습 성과 및 시설의 우수성이 교양교육의 전반적 인식에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과가 대학생 교양교육의 설계와 운영 개선을 위한 기초자료나 관련 정책의 참고자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.
본 연구는 국가지원 뷰티 관련 교육기관의 교육서비스품질이 수강생의 지각된유용성과 진로 준비행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것 이였다. 연구참여자는 서울·경기 소재 국비지원 교육기관(학원)에 수강자 362명을 임의표집방법으로 표집 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 통계패키지 26.0 버전을 이용하여 기술통계, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 통하여 자료를 분석하였다. 일련의 연구절차를 통하여 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육서비스품질, 지각된 유용성 및 진로준비행동의 변인들은 상호 상관관계가 통계적 유의하게 나타내었다. 둘째, 교육서비스품질은 지각된 유용성에 통계적 유의하게 정적(+)영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육서비스품질은 진로준비행동의 정보수집 활동, 직무준비활동 요인에 통계적 유의하게 정적(+) 영향을 나타내었다. 넷째, 지각된 유용성은 진로준비행동의 정보수집활동과 직무준비활동 요인에 통계적 유의하게 정적(+) 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 국비지원 뷰티관련 교육기관의 교육서비스품질을 재평가하여 뷰티관련 국비지원 사업의 효율성을 높이고 교육 서비스품질 향사아에 기초자료로서 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
Indonesia is facing a serious problem in education. The problem is reflected in the form of low learning outcomes as shown by low PISA and TIMMS scores compared to other students of PISA and TIMMS participating countries. These results are believed to have correlation with the low quality of teachers. The Teachers and Lectures Law No. 14 Year 2005 requires teachers to be competent by mastering the four teacher competencies, i.e. pedagogical competency, personal competency, social competency, and professional competency. However, only a few are regarded as competent. Since the quality of teachers is the most important factor in improving the quality of education, the Indonesian government held a teacher certification program to increase the quality of education in Indonesia by improving teacher quality, accompanied by the provision of a professional allowance equivalent to one month’s base wage. By 2015 all teachers have been certified and only certified teachers are allowed to teach in Indonesia.
This paper will compare two instruments for quality assurance on the internationalization of higher education institutions: The Internationalization Quality Review Process (IQRP) and the International Education Quality Assurance System (IEQAS). Methodologies adopted were ethnography, hermeneutical phenomenology and the cross-cultural comparative approach. Findings show that IQRP was more comprehensive than IEQAS. Three domains -- the nature of the quality assurance, procedural aspect and rewards and sanctions -- were selected, contrasted, compared and analyzed. During the analysis of sanctions, a discernable concept, equity was derived from the IEQAS and an in-depth analysis was undertaken to reveal and interpret the nature of the meaning.
This intensity is now on a global scale with countless universities across the globe competing for better services, programs and diplomas. For to counteract such a considerable change, in this paper CTQ(Critical to Quality) is extracted for the improvement of the education quality using QFD(Quality Function Development) in college. QFD is a structured approach to seek out voice of customers, understanding their needs, and ensure that their needs are met. First of all, the requirements of the customer are surveyed and analyzed, and then with these results the strategic alternatives are decided. In sequence, the importance and assessment ratings on the requirement of customers are surveyed. Finally, from the relation between the requirement of customers and the strategic alternatives the CTQ is extracted. The derived CTQ is reviewed and analyzed in detail. It'll have major positive effects on the competitiveness of college as well as the education quality of departments.
The main focus of the current article is to introduce and apply an evaluation model to an rNSET program for non-native speaking English teachers. The rationale behind why an rNSET program evaluation should make use of a synthesized approach to look at diverse variables from a balanced perspective is provided. While using the model as a guideline, this article explores the way quality drivers in an intensive teacher education program are interconnected to affect program quality. What/why/how the case study foreign teacher educator does needs to be examined through teacher trainees' perceptions and reactions, who better know context variables in their own classrooms. It turned out that the trainer's teaching quality was affected a lso by the socio-cultural variables within and beyond his classroom area. [n addition, it was revealed that discrepancies between stakeholders' beliefs and practices could lower the program quality as well. The article illustrates the process of how quality drivers and context variables affect each other to determine program quality and warrants more attention from ELT evaluators.
This study aimed to improve the level of satisfaction and service quality of a forest experience education program for vulnerable social groups by administering a survey problems of the program and suggested improvements. 428 participants in the program. Reliability analysis of the survey yielded values of, Cronbach’s α value was higher than 0.8 for all items, indicating very high reliability. Importance-performance analysis (IPA), a method of measuring and comparing the degree of satisfaction, found two factors: “first need for correction” which included “diversity of programs” and “professionalism of programs”; and “the need for sustained effort” which included “benefits of programs”, “the role of program instructors” and “the interest of programs”. Previously, forest experience education focused on programs involving base expansion and promotion, or quantitative expansion education. Therefore, this study is meaningful in providing basic data on forest experience education for vulnerable social groups.
The shift from elite education to mass education in Vietnam has met the demand for education for everybody as well as for quality human resource talent for an emerging nation. Under the resource constraint, understanding the quality dimensions of education and its priority level is important for effective and efficient policies. This study was carried out using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to develop quality criteria and a ranking model. Two rounds of in-depth interviews were conducted with fifteen experts in the field, who were rectors, employers, and recruitment specialists to develop the quality framework applied in Vietnamese universities under total quality management (TQM), starting from the input of the senior secondary school leavers, through a teaching process to the output. The first round of interviews were unstructured questionnaires designed to explore the main factors in quality assessment model. The second round affirmed the experts’ agreement on the assessment model. Then, fuzzy logic was applied to rank eight criteria in the quality assessment model into priority order: cost, teaching and administrative staff, leadership, curriculum, student-related factors, internationalization, admissions, and campus. The results are critical for identifying the necessary actions to enhance the education quality and to further research on the optimal quality model.
This study analyzes the effect of quality of services provided to the students’ in relation to their satisfaction and loyalty. Respondents in this study were seventh semester students of Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al-Washliyah, the total number of students was 312. Data analysis techniques in this study used was SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using the SmartPLS program. The results showed that students’ satisfaction significantly mediated the correlation between academics and students’ loyalty, between non-academic and students’ loyalty, between reputation and students’ loyalty, and between campus access and students’ loyalty; on the other hand, students’ satisfaction was not significant in mediating the correlation between program issues and students’ loyalty. The findings suggest that it is necessary to improve the quality of lecturers to improve students’ academic abilities and communication skills. As far as non-academic aspects are concerned, conducting training and development efforts and increasing awareness programs for administrative staff is important. For the reputation aspect, to carry out several marketing campaigns which predict to have an effect upon students in building positive perceptions of campus has to be executed as well. Meanwhile for access aspect, it should be made certain that every student can have direct access to staff employees, and it is necessary to improve dimensions which can increase students’ satisfaction so that students are convinced of their choice of campus and then they are likely to recommend their chosen university and spread positive things about their institutions.
The purpose of the study focuses on the agriculture education services in the changing rural areas conditions such as population decline, aging society, and returning farmers. The study reviews the effects of agricultural education services on returning farmers and local residents for satisfaction, intention for recommendation, and intention to continue participation. Further, the study aims to investigate any difference in the level of satisfaction for two groups. The results suggested that there is a meaningful difference between return-farmers and local residents. Among the demographic variables, age and income showed a notable difference. However, sex, level of education and type of household did not suggest noticeable differences. In addition, the study accessed agricultural education from a service perspective and analyzed its service quality and customer satisfaction, loyalty and relationship using a service profit chain model. Like the result of most other studies, the analysis showed that these had positive relationships. While the study focused on the efficiency of agriculture education training program in agriculture technology centers, the study carries a meaningful value in that it discovered a meaningful difference in the satisfaction level between returning farmers and locals despite the fact that agriculture education was applied as a part of service. In practical terms, the study pointed out the need for consumer-centered education that reflects the characteristics of the groups rather than standardized education.

Research design, data, and methodology - A questionnaire commencing from the questions included in the Application Guide of Common Assessment Framework was used for research purposes. Each item was scored on a 5point Likert scale - to a sample of 112 educators (55 men, 57 women), all teachers working in public primary education schools. Factor analysis resulted in a questionnaire of 43 items consisting of five factors, teacher satisfaction, school management and operation, motivation, effectiveness of public school leadership and finance management.
Results - Results revealed a positive correlation among all factors. Reliability results using Cronbach’s α was high (a=.961) for all factors of the questionnaire ranging from α=.930 (for motivation) to α=.797 (for financial management). Additionally, ICC procedure revealed high values for the above mentioned factors.
Conclusions – The study resulted in the construction of a reliable questionnaire focused exclusively on TQM that can be used in future studies using larger samples in different areas so as to draw useful conclusions regarding TQM application in Greek education settings and further identify the factors determining quality in education

The objective of the study is to find out the faculty members’perspective of most and least preferred parameters affecting the quality of education in an affiliated undergraduate engineering institution in Haryana, India. It is a descriptive research. The data has been collected with the help of Questionnaire Based Survey. The sample size for the study is 110. The respondents are the faculty members teaching B. Tech who were selected randomly from the above said geographical area. For data analysis and conclusion of the results of the survey, statistical tool like factor analysis was performed in SPSS. The most preferred aspects of the institution by the faculty members are: a secured Wi-Fi facility is well channelized to provide easy access, library is well equipped, faculty can visit the library with ease whenever they find time, toilets for the faculty are hygienic and in adequate number, parking facility for the faculty vehicle is spacious, adequate Industry Institute Interaction for the faculty development etc. The least preferred aspects of the institution by the faculty members are: faculty / staff rooms are spacious, well furnished and adequate in number, and working relationships between the Head of Departments and their faculty members are synchronized
Purpose - This study examines students’ perspectives (stream-wise) of parameters affecting education quality in an affiliated undergraduate engineering institution in NCR, Haryana. Research design, data, and methodology - This study involves descriptive research and data collection using a structured questionnaire based on the Likert scale. The sample comprises 500 student respondents. For data analysis, an f-test was performed using high quality SPSS software. Results - For "Selection" and "Personality Development & Industry Exposure," the analysis of variance revealed a statistical difference between the mean values of the groups. Whereas, for "Academic Excellence," "Infrastructure," "Placements," and "Management & Administration," the analysis of variance revealed no statistical difference between the mean values of the groups. Conclusions - Students’ perceptions about the "Selection" and "Personality Development & Industry Exposure" change according to the various specializations they opt for in their undergraduate engineering education in Haryana. Whereas, for "Academic Excellence," "Infrastructure," "Placements," and "Management & Administration," the perceptions of the students do not vary because of the different specializations they have opted for in their undergraduate engineering education.
본 연구의 목적은 치위생 전공 학생들의 치과방사선 장비 및 물품의 질관리에 관한 지식수준을 파악하고, 방사선 질관리에 대한 이론 및 실습 교육정도를 조사하여 치과위생사 양성과정에서의 체계적인 방사선 질관리와 관련된 교육과정 개설 및 개편을 위해 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 치위생 전공 학생 중 치과방사선 과목을 수강한 학생 453명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 가능한 자료를 SPSS 12.0을 활용하여자료를 분석하였으며, 연구대상자의 변인별 특성을 알아보기 위해 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 카이제곱 검정, 독립 T-test,일원배치분산분석 후 사후검정으로 scheffe 방법을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 방사선 질관리에 대한 지식수준은 12점 만점 중 평균 7.71±1.7점으로 나타났으며 치과방사선 교과목 이수 시 이론수업과 실습수업을 받을수록, 지식수준이 높게 나타났다(p<0.001). 둘째, 방사선 질관리에 대한 임상실습교육 수준은 13개 항목 중 1∼3개를 경험한 학생수가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 임상실습교육을 전혀 받지 않은 학생도 26.3%로 조사되어 방사선 질관리에 관한적절한 실습교육을 위탁교육기관에서 제공해야 할 필요성이 있었다. 셋째, 방사선 질관리에 대한 실습교육 13개 항목중 질관리 실습을 전혀 경험하지 못한 사람의 정답 문항 수는 평균 7.20개, 1∼3개 항목을 교육받은 사람의 정답 문항수는 평균 7.84개, 4∼5개 항목을 교육받은 사람의 정답 문항수는 평균 7.87개, 6개 이상 항목을 교육받은 사람의 정답 문항수는 8.14개로 나타났으며, 임상실습교육기간 중 질관리 관련 교육 경험수가 많을수록 지식수준이 높은 것으로나타났다.
