        A provision crane is installed on the stern deck of the ship to load or unload ship supplies. In this study, a ventilation hole capable of circulating internal flow was installed to reduce dew condensation by reducing the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the cylindrical column supporting the provision crane installed at the stern of the training ship. In order to reduce the temperature difference between the inside and the outside, an anti-sweat covering work was carried out by adding insulation material. By reducing dew condensation, we aim to improve the insulation of the electric motor installed inside the cylindrical column and improve the usability of the provision crane

        In this study, a condensate drain valve was newly installed in the steam inlet pipe line of the soot blower to reduce the amount of condensate contained in the steam for the soot blower. When the economizer is inactive, the condensate drain valve on the soot blower steam inlet pipe line is always opened to drain the condensate. It is intended to reduce environmental pollution and improve economizer performance by reducing the water hammer that inevitably occurs in facilities using steam, and reducing the amount of condensate water generated during the shutdown of the soot blower and the release of soot containing condensate water into the atmosphere when removing soot.

        In this study, two ventilation holes were considered to prevent condensation in the circular column supporting the provision crane on a training ship(Saenuri) for Mokpo National Maritime University. The ventilation holes could be understood as the most simple and inexpensive way to prevent condensation because it was formed only by drilling. If sufficient ventilation is provided, the insulation and corrosion of an electric motor can be improved, and a comfortable state can be ensured in the circular column. The circular column had an electric motor for driving the provision crane so that the basic principle was to utilize the kinetic energy for the flow field from a cooling fan in the circular column. The ventilation holes attenuated the low-velocity area in the circular column and contributed to internal flow circulation with updrafts. The results were discussed through numerical analysis based on computational fluid dynamics.

        In this study, the power consumption and illuminance were analyzed by replacing the fluorescent and incandescent lamps used as light sources for the engine room lighting of the training ship with LED light sources. By replacing 40W and 20W fluorescent lamps with 17W and 11W LED lamps, 40W fluorescent lamps reduced power consumption by 57.5% and 20W fluorescent lamps reduced power consumption by 45% and improved illumination by 56.8%. In particular, as a result of replacing 60W incandescent lamps with LEDs, power consumption was reduced by 85%. By installing an auxiliary cooling seawater pump that supplies cooling seawater to the engine control room air conditioner and boiler drain cooler in parallel, there is an energy saving effect of 88.1%. was confirmed.

        The Calorifier is a device that supplies hot water to the crew for showering and cooking. In particular, problems such as hot water not coming out when a trainee and a crew member take a shower at the same time may occur due to a malfunction of the temperature control valve that controls the temperature. In particular, when the hot water usage time is almost constant, such as a training ship, a high calorific value is required. When there is no dissatisfaction with the use of hot water, satisfaction with the educational environment is improved. Therefore, in this study, a solenoid temperature control valve is applied to increase satisfaction with hot water use, and a mechanical time switch is applied to the hot water circulating water pump to save energy.

        우리나라는 해상활동의 중요성이 크며, 산업화에 따른 이상기후 현상 등을 규명하기 위해 육상에 많은 자동기상 관측설비 를 운영 중이지만 해상에서는 그 수가 매우 부족하다. 또한, 해양안전정보 구축 등을 위해 해양조사선을 운영 중이나 접근이 어려운 곳이 많고 높은 운영비용이 요구된다. 따라서 다양한 해양관측 등이 가능한 소형무인화선박의 개발이 필요하다. 한편 소형 무인화 선 박에서 세일(Sail)은 항해 성능에 큰 영향을 미치므로 이에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 에어포일 형상보다 높은 공기역학적 성능을 갖는 것으로 알려진 트윈커브세일(Twin curvy sail)의 설계변수인 캠버(Camber)효과에 대해 검토하였다. 5 종류 의 캠버에 대해 유동해석 결과, 캠버 크기가 9 %일 때 가장 높은 양력계수를 나타내었다. 트윈커브세일의 경우 Port sail과 Starboard sail 의 상호작용에 의해 받음각 23°에서 가장 높은 양력계수를 갖고, Port sail의 경우 받음각 20°에서 가장 높은 양력계수를 Starboard sail의 경우 받음각 15°에서 가장 낮은 양력계수를 나타내었다. 또한, 트윈커브세일은 모든 받음각에서 에어포일 형상인 NACA 0018보다 높은 양력계수를 나타내었다.

        This study is a basic study to improve fuel economy and reduce harmful emissions from passenger cars. This study is a basic study to evaluate the performance of fuel oil additives. The performance may vary depending on the type of engine, the region of use, and the driving habits of the user. Therefore, there are many difficulties in carrying out the test analysis by the objective experimental method while maintaining the same conditions. Therefore, this study intends to examine in terms of securing objectivity as a comparative study by the measurement of single user for a long time. As a result, in the case of cars using gasoline engines, the fuel economy tended to a little decrease as the distance-age increased. However, in the analysis of diesel vehicles by year, it increased gradually after the 5th year and the distance-age of 60,000km. And a comparison of the last three years, an increase of about 3.1% from 12.44km /ℓ to 12.82km /ℓ.

        In this study, we compared of control characteristics at two-stroke marine diesel engine by MAN B&W. It was found that MC and ME type of engine largely divide fuel injection & exhaust valve actuator by cam-shaft controlled and electro-hydraulic controlled. Computer based type of engine ME-B type is only operated exhaust valve by driving camshaft, the fuel injection system is fuel oil booster and ELFI valve by Electro-hydraulic. ME-C type is composed of a multi-way valve or FIVA valve. Therefore fuel injection system and exhaust valve system is operated by Electro-hydraulic. ME type engine was shown that the optimization of the combustion process can be achieved for any load on the engine by Electro-hydraulic control system according to the computer based.

        해양데이터를 수집하기 위해 필요한 엔지니어, 연구원 및 과학자를 대신할 수 있는 해양 모니터링 장치인 자율주행보트의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이 논문은 자율주행보트의 세일을 개발하기 위한 연구로 곡선형 트윈 세일의 공기역학적인 특성을 수치해석적으로 분석하고 이를 날개 형태의 세일과 성능비교를 통해 곡선형 트윈 세일의 공기 역학적인 성능을 확인하였고, 세일의 간격과 형상에 따른 성능을 비교하였다. 유체 해석을 위한 지배방정식은 Navier - Stokes를 사용하였다. 성능비교 결과 곡선형 트윈 세일은 날개 형태의 세일과 비교하여 양력, 항력 및 추력 계수가 향상됨을 알 수 있다. 또한, 트윈 세일의 양 날개의 간격은 중요한 변수임을 확인 하였다. 0.035 L, 0.07 L, 0.14 L에서는 스톨로 인해 양력 계수의 감소로 나타났고 0.21 L, 0.28 L, 0.35 L에서는 개선되어 0.28 L에서 최대 양력을 보여 준다.
