        This study reset the Reference Extent for Consultation about Energy Use Plan by the project so that the Consultation about Energy Use Plan would display realistic effectiveness. To achieve this aim, consultation case analysis was carried out from 2006 to 2014 and the Environmental Impact Assessment system was reviewed. The results show that Reference Energy Equivalent Extent could be basis for resetting the Reference Extent by the project. Also suggest that the Reference Energy Equivalent Extent calculated by Electricity Intensity could be applied to the Reference Extent of Urban, Tourism and Industrial complex development project in order to reflect change of industrial technology & Energy demand.

        Composition element of power-up reset circuit is consisted with many PMOS and by capacitors, reduce number of used element to improve power-up reset circuit to secure stable early action of memory chip, and size of element decreases and consumption area of circuit itself could reduce about 10%. In this paper, when rise slowly existing circuit and circuit that improve by comparison simulation result and power rise time 200㎳ to confirm stability of circuit action, output voltage waveform peak of improved power-up reset circuit secures more than 2Vt, and displayed stabler circuit action than change width few existing circuit by temperature.

        Stable production of green manure crop is one of the critical factor for successful implementation of environmental-friendly agriculture in South Korea. Most green manure crops including hairy vetch cultivated in South Korea must be passed cold winter season. This study was conducted to establishment of cultivation zones on green manure crops under paddy field in South Korea using on minimum temperature and drainage class. In order to build the spatial distribution map, hairy vetch, triticale, barley, rye, and clover as green manure crop were selected and mean of daily minimum temperature and drainage class in paddy field were considered as limiting factor for stable growth of green manure crop. And cultivation zone on green manure crops was divided into two categories; ‘Availability area’ and ‘Safety area’. Low limit temperature on green manure crops in this study was the following. Temperature on ‘Availability area’ was –10℃, –8℃, –6℃, and –20℃ for hairy vetch (including triticale), barley, clover, and rye respectively. And temperature on ‘Safety area’ was lower –2℃ compared to that of ‘Availability area’ exception rye which was the same degree. Rye was expected to safely cultivated the almost whole paddy field (99.71%) of South Korea. ‘Safety area’ among the whole paddy field for hairy vetch, barley, and clover were 86.58, 53.06, and 15.76% respectively. The spatial distribution map of green manure crops reestablished in this study could be used the policy and agricultural management for environmental-friendly agriculture using green manure crops in South Korea.

        현재 공용중인 대부분의 시설물들은 다양한 센서로 구성된 계측시스템을 구축하고 있으며, 시스템에서 계측된 응답 데이터 분석을 통해구조물의 건전성을 평가하고 있다. 건전성 평가 과정에서 적용하는 계측데이터의 계측관리기준은 일반적으로 공용 초기에 설정된 것으로,시공회사 또는 설계회사 소속의 전문가들이 설계기준을 바탕으로 혹은 구조해석을 통해 설정하고 있다. 하지만 실 계측데이터에 적용하기위해서는 이와 같이 설정되는 계측관리기준의 검증이 필요하며, 일부 연구자들은 교량의 관리를 위해 실 계측데이터에 계측관리기준을 적용하여 타당성을 검증하는 연구를 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 통계적 접근방법을 활용하여 기설정된 계측관리기준을 검토하고, 체계적인 계측관리기준 재설정 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 구조물의 실 계측 데이터에 적용하여 그 타당성을 검증하였다.

        The aim of this study is to evaluate the reduction costs of waste treatment and the increasing benefits of recyclableaccording to the volume-based waste fee system. The effects of waste treating costs reduction is calculated by the collectionand transport costs, Landfill costs and Incineration costs. These are calculated by each reduction amounts and disposal unitprices through year 1995~2009. The effects of recycling benefits of each item is calculated by variation amount of eachrecycling items and each unit prices. The time value of money is also considered to get both total waste treating reductioncosts and the present value of recycling items. In addition, the improvement in low percentage of ‘financial independenceof cleaning’ and ‘residents burden rate’ are needed to actualize the volume-based waste fee system. The reason is that thesemake hard to cover whole cleaning budget by itself. Therefore, it is true that raising the price of bag of the volume-basedwaste fee is unavoidable and differential rate of raising the price of bag is needed. This paper deducts three suggestions toraise the price of Volume-based Waste Fee System bag to develop the Volume-based Waste Fee System further more.
