Jeju Special Self-Governing Province has implemented a self-governing environmental impact assessment system (Jeju-EIAS) in recognition of its autonomy. In this study, the institutional features of Jeju-EIAS were examined by analyzing the development projects whose consultation under Jeju-EIAS were completed from 1994 to 2019. The consultation procedure of Jeju-EIAS, such as the actual operation of Review Committee for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), the consent of the provincial council, and the regular follow-up activities for the implementation of EIA consultations, has been implemented differently from those of other metropolitan cities and provinces. Under Jeju-EIAS, types of development projects subject to consultation on EIA also take into account local conditions, and include the construction of aquarium basin and building. In addition, provisions concerning the scale of development projects is strengthened above the Korean Environmental Impact Assessment Act (EIA Act).

초음파는 인체에 무해하다고 알려져 산부인과에서 태아의 진단 및 발육상태 확인을 위해 널리 이용되고 있다. 진단 초음파의 장시간 사용은 체온 변화를 야기할 수 있지만 초음파로 인한 임신부의 자궁온도 변화에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 자체 제작한 자궁모형팬텀을 이용하여 초음파 주사 시간에 따른 온도 변화를 알아보고자 하였다. 조직등가 물질인 아크릴과 돼지 자궁을 이용하여 인체 자궁과 유사한 자궁모형팬텀을 자체 제작하였으며 초음파 장비와 4㎒ convex probe를 사용하였다. 아크릴 수조 내부, 자궁내부, 대기온도 측정을 위해 3개의 탐침형 온도계를 설치하였고 측정대상의 온도를 분단위로 6 시간, 총 361회 측정한 결과 자궁모형팬텀의 온도가 상승되었음을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 초음파로 인한 인체 체온 상승의 가능성을 확인 할 수 있었고 본 연구가 초음파 열 흡수효과 연구의 기초자료로 활용 될 것이라 사료된다.

The primary purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between elementary school students’ self-confidence in English as a foreign language and their assessment of English teaching taught by native speaker English teachers. A total of 126 elementary school students were asked on a 5-point Likert scale instrument to assess their native English teachers in terms of their teaching ability, provision of opportunity to use English, classroom management, and language assessment ability. In addition, the subjects were asked to rate how much they were confident with their English. All of the responses were submitted to the SPSS 22 version for statistical analyses. Firstly, the subjects were divided into 3 groups based on how much they felt confident with their English. Secondly, a MANOVA was run to investigate any group differences in how they perceive their native speaker teachers’ teaching ability, provision of opportunity, and language assessment ability. The results indicated that language confidence was indeed an important variable not only in subjects’ learning English but also how they perceived their English learning experience as a whole. Pedagogical implications for improving elementary school children were also discussed.

이 연구의 목적은 디지털교과서의 자기주도적 학습에 대한 적합도를 분석할 수 있는 검사도 구를 개발하고, 디지털교과서 분석을 바탕으로 자기주도적 학습에 적합한 과학 디지털교과서의 개선 방안을 제시하는 것이다. ‘학습욕구 진단’, ‘학습목표 설정’, ‘학습을 위한 인적 및 물적 자 원 파악’, ‘적절한 학습 전략 선정 및 이행’, ‘학습결과 평가’의 5개 영역에서 22개의 자기주도적 학습을 위한 디지털교과서 분석문항을 개발하였다. 개발된 문항의 타당도는 CVI 0.78, 신뢰도 는 Cronbach’s α .932이다. 현장 교사 162인에게 검사도구를 활용한 초등학교 4학년 1학기 과 학 디지털교과서 분석을 의뢰하였으며, 분석결과 전체 문항에 대한 리커트 점수 평균은 3.41점 으로 보통이상의 수준임을 알 수 있었다. ‘학습목표 설정 기회를 위해 스스로 학습목표를 써볼 기회’를 제공하고, ‘학습시간·순서 계획 기회를 위해 단원 도입에서 학습자들이 스스로 학습 순 서를 정하거나 선택할 기회’를 제공해야 한다는 의견이 개선 사항으로 제시되었다. 또한 ‘타학 년·타교과와의 연계를 위해 단원 도입 부분에 선수학습과 후속학습의 링크를 제공해야 한다’는 의견, ‘학습 후 보충/심화학습 계획 기회를 위해 학습내용에 대한 자기점검 기회를 제공하고, 이후 보충학습이나 심화학습으로 나아갈 수 있도록 구성해야 한다’는 의견, ‘외부 평가도구와 의 연계를 위해 교육기관이나 출판사에서 운영하는 평가 사이트와 링크되어야 한다’는 의견이 제시되었다.

This study proposes a self-assessment model and its implementing procedure for the local industry promotion project, the purpose of which is to develop strategies for successful carrying-out of the project by diagnosing carrying capacities of its interested parties. The model, developed principally based on Eckes' Q×A=E Evaluation Model, was applied to 85 project-concerned persons which had been participated in the local industry promotion project from 2009 to 2011. Through the applicability test works of this model, its usefulness and importance for better implementation of the project was ascertained, especially to reflect cultural changes of project actors positively. The actors' recognition level of the project should be one of the critical factors for the successful implementation of the local industry promotion project. So, the higher understanding in the local industry promotion project, the more positive assessment in all respects of the project. Finally, it should be considered that the assessment results might differ for the same assessment standards from assessers' different perspectives.
