        본 연구의 목적은 제자리딛기 템포와 돌려차기 유형이 응답시간에 미치는 영향을 비교 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에는 태권도 4단이며 10년 이상 수련한 남자 15명이 참여하였다. 실험 과제는 메트로놈의 템포에 맞춰 제자리딛기를 하다가 불빛 자극이 제시되면 최대한 빠르게 돌려차기를 하는 것이다. 5가지 의 제자리딛기 템포(100, 120, 140, 160, 180 bpm)와 4가지의 돌려차기 유형(앞발 몸통 돌려차기, 앞발 얼굴 돌려차기, 뒷발 몸통 돌려차기, 뒷발 얼굴 돌려차기)에서 3회씩 총 60회를 실시하였다. 통계분석은 반복 측정 이원분산분석을 실시하였으며, 주효과의 대응별 비교는 Bonferroni를 실시하였다. 제자리딛기 템포와 돌려차기 유형의 상호작용효과가 나타났으며, 제자리딛기 템포와 돌려차기 유형에 따른 주효과도 나타났다. 160 bpm의 제자리딛기 템포에서 돌려차기의 응답시간이 제일 빠른 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 140과 160 bpm의 제자리딛기 템포에서 돌려차기 응답시간은 거의 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 앞발 몸통 돌려차기의 응답시간이 빨랐다. 그리고 제자리딛기 템포와 돌려차기 유형에 따라 140 bpm의 제자리딛기 템포에서 앞발 몸통 돌려차기의 응답시간이 가장 빠른 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 돌려차기의 응답시간은 140과 160 bpm의 제자리딛기 템포에서 효과적이며, 뒷발보다는 앞발, 얼굴보다는 몸통 돌려차기가 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 수행 향상에 유용한 정보를 제공할 것이며, 태권도 경기를 위한 전략에 도움이 될 것이다.

        Previous studies have investigated stepping over obstacles in treadmill walking training (TWT-OS) and treadmill walking training (TWT) alone for walking capacity not considering real physical activity. As such, we investigated the effects of TWT-OS on physical activity and changes in different levels of physical activity based on community ambulation in stroke patients. Thirty subjects were randomly assigned to either the experimental group or the control group, with 15 and 15 subjects, respectively. However, one subject from the control group was excluded because of inadequate treatment sessions. All subjects underwent routine physical therapy in the form of treadmill walking. The subjects in the experimental group underwent simultaneous training in obstacle-stepping while walking on the treadmill for 30 min/day, five times/week, for four weeks. Subjects were given a three-axis accelerometer to wear at the hip on a belt for one-week pre- and post-training physical activity. Step counts for seven days, average daily step counts, and the average of minutes spent in sedentary, light, and above moderate activity were chosen as outcome measures of physical activity. No significant differences between the groups were found in terms of step counts for seven days, average daily activity, or daily activity spent at sedentary levels after four-week interventions. However, the average daily activity spent at light levels (-42.60 min vs. -6.71 min) was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the controls. Conversely, average daily activity spent at above moderate levels was higher (19.86 min vs. 11.07 min) (p<.05) after adjusting for each baseline value. Significant pre- and post-training differences were found in all variables of the experimental group (p<.05). Thus, TWT-OS could improve physical levels above moderate activity as a community-oriented task more than simple repetitive waking on a treadmill, and it could provide an opportunity for patients ambulatory after stroke to participate in the community again.

        The SNS, which is a social network service based on the Internet, is defined as a media service that supports the interactions among individuals, which occurs in the linked-ring. And it is a community-based system created a in a cyber space by individuals, where they open and observe information networks shared by them (Boyd & Ellison, 2007). According to the reports regarding present status in Republic of Korea, the penetration rate of SNS reached 59.0% of the population in 2015, and it is expected that Korea will take the first place in Asia for the second consecutive year as the number of users is on the rise with annual growth rate of 8% (DMC Report, 2015). This is closely connected with the spread of smartphones that has been popularized to such an extent that 95.9% of the whole nation has been using them since the iPhone was introduced in Korea six years ago, in 2009. It has been confirmed that 98.3% of mobile internet users get on the Internet by using a smartphone, as well as 92.4% use the mobile internet services at home, and they prefer to use the mobile internet even in a place equipped with cable internet (Korea Internet & Security Agency, 2014). Accordingly, the mobile contents use pattern has been changing gradually, and especially the SNS use pattern based on smartphones have been rapidly evolving, which results in the appearance of various media, of which the type is different from the existing ones. Due to the changes, many fashion brands, along with luxurious brands (Kim & Ko, 2011) based on the existing Social Media Marketing, are on the lookout for the SNS-based marketing strategy which is one level up from the old ones. Currently, in most of fashion brands, the consumers’ opinions are reflected in their designs after launching the newly designed product through the SNS. This marketing method, in which new strategies and patterns that are differentiated from the existing brands have been introduced, has proved the effects of SNS-based marketing with the great growth rates. In this way, the necessity of studies on the SNS smartphone is on the rise. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the changes in the past and present by investigating the present status of SNS in Korea. Furthermore, it is designed to verify the motivations that have impacts on the changes in usage pattern of the SNS through smartphones. The Day Reconstruction Method (DRM) (Kahneman et al., 2004), which is focused on in-depth interviews and studies on life style, has been adopted as a study method to verify the use pattern. And the strategic implication regarding the direction of development of mobile SNS in Korea has been identified by analyzing the causes for changes. According to the analytical results obtained through the DRM, it has been identified that the lifestyles of teens, twenties, thirties, forties and fifties are focused on the joyful and exciting activities, communication, personal and professional function, general basic function, and limited function, respectively. And according to the analytical results of types of mobile SNS, the teens and twenties prefer to use Facebook and Instagram. However, on the contrary people in their 30s and or older prefer to use the Cacao Story, which is a domestic SNS. The tendency seems to be based on the fact that the older people put more stress on the relationship with friends and acquaintances than the relationship with strangers. And on the basis of present-condition investigation it has been identified that the SNS has developed from the passive roles, which converts the offline-based relationships to online-based ones and merely facilitates storage of documents in digital form, into the active roles in which people may convey their own thoughts and emotions. As shown in the results of this study, the roles of SNS is no longer limited to the opportunities in which users may form a relationship with others on the Internet, but it provides the users with opportunities in which they position themselves as the main body in production, distribution and consumption of information, so we may put much meaning to the cast that the smartphone have brought about the change. In short, the changes in mobile life style prove that the life style has evolved into a structure, in which the users produce information themselves, distribute the information through their own networks and consume the information by using smartphones. And it implies that the sharp expansion of smartphone markets leads to the necessity of marketing strategies focused on the differentiated lifestyle, which is being diversified and subdivided.

        북아일랜드의 민족주의 시인으로 알려진 셰이머스 히니는 「산사나무 등」과 「사물의 응시」에서 보편성을 향한 새로운 시적 정체성 찾기의 출발을 예고한다. 히니의 이러한 시도는 「산사나무 등」에서는 자기 성찰과 북아일랜드의 우화적 재현과 같은 객관화 전략으로 드러난다. 또한 「사물의 응시」에서는 경계라는 이미지를 이용하여 북아일랜드의 상황을 고정된 하나의 관점이 아닌 다층적인 관점으로 응시할 것을 이야기한다. 이러한 노력을 통해 히니는 지역주의를 극복하고 보편성에 접근하고자 한다.

        The aim of the present study was to investigate age-related differences in stepping behavior in response to sensory perturbations of postural balance. The participants for this study were 2 healthy elderly adults (mean age=76.0) and 2 younger adults (mean age=25.5). Subjects were asked to step over a 10 cm high obstacle at self-paced speed with the right limb to land on the primary target (normal step length) that is 10 cm in diameter. However, if, during movement, the light was illuminated, then the subject had to step on the secondary target (long step length). It was planned that the onset of the light would be prior to peak Fx of swing limb, between swing peak Fx and swing toe-off, and after swing toe-off. In the younger adults these secondary visual cues were provided at mean times of 240 ms (standard deviation (SD)=11), 402 ms (SD=13), and 476 ms (SD=88) following the movement onset. Corresponding mean times for the healthy elderly were 150 ms (SD=67), 352 ms (SD=39), and 562 ms (SD=115). Results showed great changes in both group and visual cue condition in Fx ground reaction forces and temporal events following the swing toe-off. Swing limb acceleration force (Fx) and stance peak Fx1 was much greater in the young adults compared to the older adults. Both young and older adults increased stance peak Fx2 in the visual cue condition compared to normal stepping. There was no difference in stance peak Fx2 between the visual cue conditions in both groups. Similarly, the time to stance peak Fx2 was much longer for the visual cue condition than for the normal stepping. It was not different between the visual cue conditions in the young adults, but in the elderly mid and late cue was much greater than early cue. In addition, time to stance peak Fx2 and swing and stance time were much longer in the older adults compared to the young adults for the visual cue conditions. These results suggest that unlike young adults, elderly adults did not flexibly modify their responses to unexpected changes in step length while stepping over obstacles.
