        Stone cutting process that it became with the tree, after fixing with the neck which is was fixed the stone in portable type transfer and department with cutting department which is in the process of operating and it transferred it was in the process of moving with the method which cuts with hour vibration where the stone will reach to the saw blade it was caused by, the raw materials waste and the inferior good which under the actual conditions which are disconnected from the default location of the stone are caused by soaking pit of the stone were under occurring. Consequently objective of this research currently the fixation stone cutter which is used from the stone processing and cutting enterprise about lower the productivity falls on a large scale with fixation, the raw materials loss to be many is sufficient the satisfactory degree of the enterprise considerably and to be insufficient in order the problem which is like this to solve the new cutting technical develop.

        The study is the development of stone processing machines for larger blocks of stone for more than 2 meters. The wire saw were replaced by the cutting of existing prototypes and employed as a new form of cutting tools equipped with industrial diamonds. In addition, a turn table was developed to enable the milling of large blocks of stone allowing them to spin. On the other hand, large processing machinery has been imported and used mostly by Chinese machinery and has caused many inconveniences in managing and using equipment. Therefore, it is difficult for domestic production products to remain unstable, thus maintaining the nation`s crumbling granite industry. As a result, it is uncomfortable to find domestic products, but it is difficult to maintain the domestic stone industry. Therefore, we look forward to the revitalization of the domestic stone industry through this development.

        본 연구개발은 2m 이상 대형 석재에 대한 가공기계 개발에 관한 것으로서, 종전에 강철재 원형톱을 회전시켜 석재를 절단하던 방식을 개선하여 와이어에 공업용 다이아몬드를 장착한 와이어 쏘우를 절단도 구로 채용하였다. 또한 부수장치로 거대 석재를 전후좌우 및 회전이 가능하여 다각도 가공이 가능하도록 턴테이블식 공작물 베드를 설계 및 개발하였다. 한편 대형 석재 가공기계는 대부분 중국산 기계가 수입되어 사용되어지고 있으며, 이로 인한 장비 관리 및 사용에 있어서 여러 가지 불편한 점들이 산재해 있으나 국내 생산 제품이 전무하여 불편함을 감수하면서 어렵게 국내 석재산업을 유지하여 오고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 개발을 통해서 국내 석재산업의 활성화를 기대해 본다.

        In this study, we develop mobile stone cutting machine containing the cut and frame, the frame vertically conveying part and the cutting upper and lower conveying part. The cutting part has saw and it cuts stone. The frame has cutting part, vertically conveying part of can slide on main frame and the main frame has horizontal conveying part. It can move cutting part. Mobile stone cutting machine is composed of two parts. The frame vertically conveying part is installed vehicle and it conveying frame in the vertical direction. The cutting vertically conveying part is installed frame. It can transfer cutting part in the vertical direction.

        The purpose of this study was produced after the design of new equipment in order to cut the stone roll prototype. The newly designed equipment is designed and manufactured to be dressed in rolls automatically through the use of a conveyor belt. The introduction of new stone cutters were expected to be achieved productivity improvements of 15% compared to conventional production methods.

        Numerical analysis was carried out to investigate the variation of stress and strain characteristics for the rail device in stone board cutting system. The maximum equivalent stress and strain from the vertical load acting on the device decrease as the load moves forward. Also, the maximum equivalent stress appears near the end of left, and the equivalent force of right rail device was about 1.8 times higher than that of left rail device. The variation of stress and strain distributions was remarkable at the edge of the device, and it has a strong influence on the bottom and column. These results can be applicable to optimal design of the stone board cutting device for the system safety.

        In this study, temperature variation characteristics in the stone board cutting device with sheath heater were analyzed through numerical investigation. Four 2kW sheath heaters whose length and diameter are 1800mm, 11mm are installed, and the initial temperature is -5℃. Also Transient condition is used for temperature variations with the operating time of sheath heater. From the analysis, transient temperature variations of cutting device after operating the sheath heater were predicted. Temperature variations were predicted that mainly appears in part contacted with the sheath heater. The result will be helpful in optimal design for various system equipped with sheath heater.
