본 연구는 2012년 과학기술정책연구원(STEPI)의 기술혁신조사(KIS)를 이용하 여, R&D협력과 내부R&D투자와의 양방향성 관계를 규명하고, 내부R&D투자와 R&D협력이 기술혁신성과에 주는 효과를 분석하였다. 우선 기업의 내부R&D투자와 R&D협력 간의 상호 작용에 관해서는 두 개의 방정식을 설정하고 SUR 모형으로 동시에 추정하였고 내부R&D투 자와 R&D협력이 기업의 기술혁신성과에 미치는 효과는 Probit 모형으로 추정하였다. 국내 R&D 활동에 관한 기존 문헌들과는 달리 본 연구는 R&D협력, 내부R&D투자 및 기술혁신과 정의 구조적 체계를 감안하여 종합적인 분석을 제시하고자 하였다. 분석결과, R&D협력과 내 부R&D투자의 관계는 서로 양방향의 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 확인하였고 내부R&D투자는 기술혁신 실현 가능성을 높인다는 점을 발견하였다. 결론적으로 내부R&D투자와 R&D협력간의 양방향성과 보완성이 존재하므로 이러한 기능을 높이는 것이 R&D시스템의 효율성 제 고에 도움이 된다는 정책적 시사점을 도출하고 있다.

This study was aimed at analyzing the structural relationship among such factors as industrial environment, technological cooperation, technological innovation performance and management performance that are essential to technological innovation of small and medium-sized companies. For this aim, an analysis was conducted to determine which of the factors in industrial environment has impact on technological cooperation of small and medium-sized companies. An empirical analysis was also performance to find what kind of effects the technological cooperation may have on technological innovation and management performance. From the analyses, it became known that: first, changes in industrial environment have influence on technical cooperation factors including production technology, technical information, technical manpower and fund for technology that are assorted by means of factorial analysis; second, the technological cooperation of small and medium-sized companies has impact on their technological innovation performance; and third, the technological cooperation of small and medium-sized companies has impact on management performance.

Recently, technology growth and globalization of the market bring the age of knowledge based economy. These competitive environment require that the firms should cooperate among industry, academia, and institute. Cooperation between firms and universities for research and development is one of the most important business strategy in improving their business competences. This paper studied the factors of the firm involvement in the cooperation between firms and universities for technology development. To analyze the involvement factors, the data of 'R&D activity survey' of Ministry of Science and Technology(MOST) were used. Based on results of the analysis, 6 factors such as firm size, the years of firms, ratio of the researchers, the ratio of collaborative investments, the ratio of new product development, and the number of property right were significant. As the technology cooperation get flourished, the results of this research is expected to play a meaningful role as an basic data for developing the cooperation between industry and academia policy for technology development.

This study verified the influence of socioeconomic status on the subjective well-being of the elderly and the mediating effect of social justice. A statistical analysis of 4257 data in the China CGSS 2017 database was carried out. The analysis results show that socioeconomic status and social justice have a positive impact on the subjective well-being of the elderly, and the social justice plays an incomplete intermediary role. Based on the results of the analysis, this study puts forward several suggestions in terms of policy and practice. First, government may gradually increase the level of pension benefits of the elderly, and provide minimum living security. Second, the community should provide amenities for the elderly to settle their life inconveniences. This research will help improve the subjective well-being of the elderly.
