Maintaining the permanence of a company in the current rapidly changing business environment is not an easy task. Rather, the lifespan of a company can be said to be gradually decreasing. As such, the author of this paper, which describes the current market environment, is the sales organization of a large company. While leading the company, I thought about how to overcome the rapidly changing market and create an organization that continues to grow. As a result, I succeeded in creating an organization that continued to grow over the past two years, and the main activity of this result was the use of sales computer. It was clear that it was an information sharing activity. This can be said to be a result of proving that a series of activities to create and share information is important for the sales organization of ICT companies to actively respond to the rapidly changing market environment. Therefore, this study attempted to examine the relationship between knowledge management and business performance in the sales field of ICT companies, which has not been covered so far. Knowledge management is a four-stage activity from a process perspective, divided into knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, and knowledge utilization. did. As a result of the study, first, knowledge management activities, such as knowledge creation and knowledge storage, were found to have a significant impact on financial performance. Second, knowledge management activities such as knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, and knowledge utilization were all found to have an impact on non-financial performance. In the end, this study confirmed that efforts to turn tacit knowledge into knowledge in order to respond to the ever-changing ICT market are ultimately an important factor in growing a company.
The purpose of this study is first to understand whether technology innovation capability, which is considered an important factor in the Root companies, directly affects the business performance of the company. Second, it was attempted to determine whether internal resources deemed necessary for a company's continuous competitive advantage and excellent business performance play a mediating role in the technological innovation capability of the Root companies and the business performance. The implications of this study derived from the research results are as follows: Among the elements of technology innovation capability, R&D capability, positively affects both financial and non-financial performance. It was confirmed that the investment ratio could positively affect financial performance such as sales, market share, and yield, and non-financial performance such as corporate image, employee satisfaction, and productivity. Among the factors of technology innovation capability, the technology innovation system positively affects both financial and non-financial performance. Therefore, it can be said that securing rights to owned technology, establishing technology and funding, efficient use of resources, etc., affects financial performance such as sales or market share of a company, and affect the company's production capacity, image, and employee satisfaction. It has been verified that internal resources, including financial, physical, and human resources, can mediate between the three elements of technology innovation capability and corporate financial and non-financial performance.
In this study, in order to confirm the relationship between technical innovation competence and corporate performance, the effect of technical innovation competence of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies on corporate performance was identified, and entrepreneurship, which plays a role as a driving force in triggering technical innovation competence, was analyzed to determine whether there is a mediating effect between them. To conduct the research, first, the research model was established by examining previous studies on technical innovation competence, entrepreneurship, and corporate performance. Second, an on-line and offline survey was conducted for employees in companies after constructing a questionnaire that can verify the hypothesis suitable for the research model. Third, the hypothesis was verified by performing validity and reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using a statistical program. Results of this study, first, it was found that R&D competence and technology innovation system, which are elements of technical innovation competence, had a significant effect on financial performance, and technology innovation system and technology accumulation capacity, had a significant effect on non-financial performance. Second, it was analyzed that entrepreneurship has a mediating effect in both R&D capability, technological innovation system and technology accumulation capability, which are elements of technical innovation capability, and financial and non-financial performance, elements of corporate performance.

To this end, this study aimed at companies participating in the development of national technology transfer support program for SMEs examined the factors affecting performance. By developing metrics that meet the business objectives refer to the applicable national and international case studies and literature reviews, etc. In order to achieve the systematization of technology evaluation index, which was selected indicators. To evaluate the weight through the duality comparing selected indicators in order to take advantage of the AHP analysis conducted targeted surveys.
The purpose of this thesis is to contribute in establishing the objectives of government policies through an empirical analysis on the relational characteristics surrounding the self-employed creative enterprises under the current circumstances where the specific empirical studies on the self-employed creative enterprises haven't been performed. According to the result of verification, the social capitals such as reliability, reciprocity and network are necessary due to the characteristics possessed by the self-employed creative enterprises while the reliability between cooperative enterprises is created and the cooperative relationship continues when the enterprises are faithful to their intrinsic activities such as the improvement of productivity rather than the entrepreneur spirit. Such win-win cooperation was eventually shown as having a positive effect on the performance of enterprises.
In this paper, we developed a virtual reality-based contents that can gait analysis and gait training on a treadmill using a depth camera of Kinect. This content was used in the user's step length, step velocity, step count, flexion angle extracted by the Kinect skeleton tracking. Nine male subjects (24.9 years, 173.2cm) performed gait training using avatars to reflect their movements on the treadmill and confirmed result of gait analysis using real-time graphs to display their gait variables. Implemented contents can lead to a cognition reaction that is to avoid collisions with obstacles, as well as to determine the gait movements in a virtual reality. Based on these results, we will be able to make real time gait analysis and gait training, in consider the characteristics and safety of a rehabilitation patient by developing content that we have fun with additional tests for gait analysis.
In this paper, due to the instability of the domestic market, global competition is intensifying in the current situation of global capacity building of SMEs for the purpose of developing a diagnostic indicator placed on the purpose. In this model, the results of applying several companies overall global innovation pilot enterprises and non-rated global innovative companies awarded significant difference between the score and the ability to believe the show. 대마도는 지리적으로 한국과 일본 사이에 위치한 섬으로, 일본령에 속한다. 대마 도는 크게 북섬(Kami Jima)과 남섬(Shimo Jima)으로 이루어진 섬이다. 한국과 일 본 사이에 위치하기 때문에, 한국과 일본의 나방분포와 유사성을 연구함에 있어서 중요한 섬이다. 본 연구는 대마도를 크게 북부지역과 남부지역 그리고 중부지역으 로 나누어 조사를 실시하여, 대마도에 서식하는 나방류의 다양성에 대하여 조사를 하였다. 조사는 2012년 6월에 이어, 2013년 7월 12일 . 7월 15일까지 3박 4일간 실 시하였다. 조사방법으로는 수은등과 자외선등을 이용한 스크린법을 사용하였다. 북부지역은 메보로댐, 중부지역은 신화의 마을, 남부지역은 아유모도시 국립공원 으로 대표로 지정하여 조사를 실시하였다. 조사 결과, 2012년에는 총 15과, 127속, 136종의 나방류가 관찰되었으며, 2013년에는 총 17과, 126속, 153종의 나방류가 관찰되었다. 북부지역과 중부지역 그리고 남부지역 간의 종구성은 서로 차이가 있 었다. 이는 산림 구성 또는 기온의 차이, 채집당시의 날씨의 영향의 영향으로 판단 된다.
This paper presents a six sigma application case study for an automobile PCSV manufacturing process using rolled throughput yield improvement activity. Hidden factor and first yield concept is introduced and DMAIC procedure is implemented to maximize the first pass yield. The result of the six sigma project amounts to the reduction of failure cost of 0.1 billion won per year in the PCSV manufacturing process. This paper can benefit six sigma practitioners in some ways.
The purpose of this article is to suggest what is the desirable direction of economic relationship between Korea and China. The economic relationship between countries is based on how the present network is. As the economic relationship between countries grows, the network between countries will expand. In the past, the economic relationship between Korea and China is cooperative one from the viewpoint of international division of labor. Korean industries was focused on the value-added and mid-advanced technology products, while Chinese was focused on the labor-intensive products. As the China's economy grows for more than thirty years, there is a great change in China's economic policies and environment. China's industry structure is moving from the labor-intensive industry to technology-oriented industry. China's exports to the global market is increasing very fast, and China's domestic market is also growing. The change in Chinese industries' structure bring about severe competition in the global market. The expanding China's domestic market is also good opportunity as the new market in the world. The change in China's industrial structure needs for Korea to establish the 'New Network" between two countries. Korea has to grab the new opportunities in the China's domestic market and find new cooperative network with the products and industries.

This study is aimed at proposing the national policy for medical device control system in Korea as deeply analysed the present status of the system. On 1979, Korean government had started to inspect 24 kinds of the medical devices such as X-ray diagnostic equipments, medical sterilizer and etc. mostly imported from advanced countries which USA, Germany and Japan for the first time according to the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law. However medical devices were becoming consideration as an important partner of diagnosis, curing and alleviation of diseases by medical doctors and also much important keeping the health at home. Furthermore medical devices industry can be designated as a national growth engine industry. So it is necessary not only to harmonize to international standards but also the harmonization of the system including pre-market application and post-market surveillance, is strongly needed by the Korea Food and Drugs Administration(KFDA).
This paper presents an economic analysis for the travel aids service system for visually handicapped persons through RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). This research estimates both cost and economic effect of the service. By using input-output analysis technique, three kinds of repercussion effects - domestic production, value added, and workers induced by the travel aids service - are also calculated. To evaluate the profitability of the service, we investigate the procedures through which the service has an effect on the interested parties and develop formulas describing the procedures. The benefit of the service have been generally obtained by measuring the willingness to pay (WTP). This paper, however, obtains the monetary value of benefit by estimating the parameters of the formulas, so that a close improvement of the service may be possible with the result of the economic analysis.
The purposes of this article is to analyse how market competition of credit card company affect price(interest rate) and survival length of card users. This paper uses individual account data from a large Korean credit card company during the periods from 2002 to 2006. The findings of our study are as follows. First, market competition of credit card company have a negative effect with interest rate of credit card. Second, market competition of credit card company have a affirmative effect with survival length. Finally, The effect of Increasing delinquency rate due to price increase is smaller than decreasing delinquency rate due to extending survival length.
This paper presents the economic validity with the cost/benefit analysis on establishing R&D Supreme Academy. To evaluate the profitability of R&D Supreme Academy, willingness to pay (WTP) is measured by contingent valuation method (CVM) and then the net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR) and benefit/cost ratio(BCR) are calculated. The results of economic evaluation verified that the establishment of R&D Supreme Academy is timely and effective in an economic perspective.
This study develops reeducation programs to satisfy needs conducted by the analyses of potential customers and present R&D education programs. The results of this study were derived using the data collected from 200 R&D researchers and control managers occupied in research centers. By analyses of the survey, results showed that the professional R&D reeducation institution and specialized education programs according to career and position were needed. To bring solution of the researcher's reeducation, the establishment of R&D Supreme Academy is essential for effective human resource development and management in R&D.

The effort for GSI based IT system consolidation has been continued due to the increase of the system and complication increase of system connection, mainly by the global company. Since successful example of GSI realization by part of developed company affect to Korea, global level IT system consolidation has been examined mainly by the domestic company that have great deal of overseas business. Although they have examined consolidation possibility mainly on R&D, finance, operation management part which is the base part of company management, there are limitation for consolidation realization because of the difference between regional business problem of huge cost needed for consolidation. To overcome these realization limitations, it is necessary to lead risk and cost reduction through stepwise part unity and decide Priority Evaluation Framework for Consolidation target and systematic consolidation strategy. For GSI realization, appropriate distributions of unification time according to target system are needed. In this study, based on easiness and usefulness of consolidation and connection between the targets, evaluation methodology for Priority Evaluation Framework of system consolidation has been developed. Priority Evaluation Framework has been decided by applying developed methodology to global production company of high tech industrial part. Through this methodology, companies can realize successful and stable GSI by investing global resources intensively by Priority Evaluation Framework of consolidation target system
Recently, technology growth and globalization of the market bring the age of knowledge based economy. These competitive environment require that the firms should cooperate among industry, academia, and institute. Cooperation between firms and universities for research and development is one of the most important business strategy in improving their business competences. This paper studied the factors of the firm involvement in the cooperation between firms and universities for technology development. To analyze the involvement factors, the data of 'R&D activity survey' of Ministry of Science and Technology(MOST) were used. Based on results of the analysis, 6 factors such as firm size, the years of firms, ratio of the researchers, the ratio of collaborative investments, the ratio of new product development, and the number of property right were significant. As the technology cooperation get flourished, the results of this research is expected to play a meaningful role as an basic data for developing the cooperation between industry and academia policy for technology development.
