In the perspective of industrial health management, it is important for the employee to decrease their job stress, to improve their productivity and quality of labor. In this study, the job stress, and it's influence on PWI(Psychosocial Wellbeing Index) were investigated by the questionnaire survey of 138 industrial workers who had studied assistive technology in college. The contents of questionnaire consist of the demographic characteristics, job-related characteristics, job stress and psycho-social stress. We evaluated job stress by KOSS-SF(Korean Occupational Stress Scale-Sort Form) and psychosocial stress by PWI-SF(Psychosocial Well-being Index-Short Form). To analyze the results, we evaluated the exposure level of KOSS and PWI by demographic characteristics and job-related characteristics using significance tests. Also, we estimated the relationship among demographic characteristics, job-related characteristics, job stress and psychosocial stress, using correlation analysis. As a results, all workers were found to be in a group under the high risky stress. It showed that the scale index of female's job non-autonomy and pwi were much larger than those of male's. Therefore, to guarantee job autonomy of female workers should be more emphasized, to improve their working environment. Job type had significant relationships with many job stress category; physical environment, job demand, job instability and organization culture. Regarding pwi, the scale index of the workers who is in charge of the civil service such as contacting the disabled and the aged in person, were much larger than that of the other workers. Accordingly, the job stress management program including physical environment, job demand, job instability and organization culture, should be suggested, to decrease the stress of the workers in charge of the disabled and the elders service. The strongest predictors of pwi was organization system through maximum positive relations between organization system and pwi. Therefore, it indicates that improvement of organization system such as a fair merit rating, a manpower supply, demand plan and department cooperation is urgently needed to reduce pwi.

So the Korea government introduced the superior product selection system in 1996 and has granted such incentives as priority purchasing and contracts the products of SME whose technological capabilities have passed the screening criteria. After analyzing the ambiguity of the evaluation procurement used in designation of excellent product, this study proposed seven detailed indexes for evaluation.
정보화 사회의 도래에 따른 정보통신기술의 발전과 활용이 국가 경제구조 및 성장에 급격한 영향을 미치고 있는 추세에 맞춰 본 연구는 자료포락분석과 맘퀴스트지수를 활용하여 국가별 정보통신기술의 활용성과를 상대적 효율성 및 생산성의 관점에서 접근하고자 하였다. 투입요소로 ICT환경과 ICT이용준비도 그리고 산출물로 ICT활용도를 이용하여 총 28개 국가를 대상으로 2008년부터 2011년 동안 정보통신기술 활용성과를 진단한 결과, 자료포락분석에서는 전체적인 ICT 효율성이 감소한 것으로 나타나 외형적 성장에 비해 실질적인 ICT 활용 부문은 부진한 것으로 판단되었고, 맘퀴스트지수 분석결과에서도 전체적인 ICT 생산성은 지난 3개년 구간동안 개선되지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석결과를 종합적으로 고려해 볼 때, ICT 활용성과를 제고하기 위해서는 지금까지 추진해온 물리적 요소의 양적 투입에 의존하는 외형적 개발정책보다는 투입요소와 산출물을 합목적적으로 연계시키고 ICT 활용 효율성을 증진시킬 수 있는 다각적인 운영 합리화 방안이 필요하다고 본다.
This paper provides empirical evidences from the Baltic States on the relationship between technology and trades. In this study, regression and correlation analysis were employed an attempt to reveal the relationship between technology index and net-export coefficient, as well as the relationship between technology index and import coefficient. In this research, technology level was measured by technology index, while trades included of domestic and foreign trades; export and import. The data used for this study were collected from world input-output databases of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania for the period 2000, 2005, 2010, and 2014. The findings remarked that the relationship between technology and domestic trade was positive and statistically significant. The result of the study implies that the higher was the technology index leads to the higher domestic transaction. Furthermore, relationship between technology and net-export was unpredictable. In year 2000, data from Estonia and Latvia showed that the relationship between variables was negative and in other years of the study, the relationship was positive. However, the relationship between variables was not statistically significant. Lastly, the relationship between technology and import was negative and statistically significant. It implies that the higher was technology index, will have a consequence the smaller was import.
The Omija (Schizandra chinensis Baillon) is a fruit native to northeast Asia that is cultivated in South Korea and China. Using 1,938 valid patents of 6 group countries, we analyzed the patent trend based on year, countries, applicants, and technology. The technologies are categorized the 10 sub-technologies such as medicine, quasi-drugs, food, feed, cosmetics, cultivation, genome, manufacture, preprocessing, and etc. The technology level and competitiveness are analyzed using patent index such as cites per patent, patent impact index, patent family size and technology strength. In Korea, patent number rapidly increasing and individual technical level is lower than other countries. However, overall technical competitiveness is estimated high due to multiple patents. We suggest that cosmetics and cultivation fields are most likely to be developed in future omiza technology development in Korea. Our study will provides to the information of technical trend to support performing of new projects for Omija plant.
뽕잎을 이용한 나물의 제조시 최적 색도를 유지하기 위한 전처리 방법 구명과 부스러짐성의 방지 기술을 개발하기 위해 실시하였다. 뽕잎의 건조 전처리는 데침, 덖음과 같이 열처리를 하지 않았을 때 신선한 것과 색상에 차이가 적었다. 그러나 건조후 물에 불렸을 때의 색상은 180초간 덖음 처리구에서 신선한 것과 색상 차이가 가장 적었으며, 소다액을 0.5%희석하여 침지후 건조하거나 데침후 건조한 것, 그리고 물에서 30초간 데친 것이 색상 변화적은 경향을 나타냈다. Guar gum과 Xanthan gum 처리농도가 높을수록 나물은 유연하고, 부스러짐 현상은 적었으나 나물이 미끄럽고 육질의 느낌이 들어 0.1-0.2% 처리가 가장 적당한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 뽕잎나물의 제조뿐만 아니라 산채를 이용한 나물의 제조시에도 유용한 정보가 될 것으로 사료된다.
