        오렌지는 우간다에서 식량 및 영양 공급과 농촌 일자리 창출에서 매우 중요한 작목이다. 그러나 최근에 우간다 오렌지 주산지 Teso지역 농업인들은 잎과 과일의 반점병뿐만 아니라, 관개시설의 절대적 부족과 기후변화에 의한 가뭄으로 생산량 감소와 폐농하는 사례들이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 우간다 오렌지 생산 농가들의 생산량과 소득을 증가시키기 위하여 효과적인 반점병 및 토양수분 관리 기술을 개발하고자 농가를 대상으로 실증을 실시하였다. 1. 오렌지 반점병 방제에 효과적인 약제를 선발하기 위하여 ridomil, carbendazim, 그리고 cooper 살균제들의 단제, 교호 및 혼합 살포한 결과 Carendazim 단제 사용으로 오렌지 반점 병을 방제하였을 때 농가 생산량과 소득은 각각 55.2% 및 74.8% 증가하여 오렌지 나무 대부분 생육단계에서 가장 효과적이었다. 2. 오렌지 과수원 토양수분 관리는 외부에서 과수원으로 연결하는 빗물 유도로(trench)와 오렌지 나무 밑 수반형 빗물 저장시설(basin)을 설치한 다음 가축 배설물(manure)을 함께 처리하였을 때 농가소득이 약 2배나 증가하는 등 가장 효과가 좋았다. 3. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 오렌지 주산지역 농가를 대상으로 시범마을 사업으로 확대 적용할 예정이다.

        층류 경계층 내 반구에 의해 유기되는 말굽와류를 흡입 제어했을 때 후류영역에서의 마찰저항 변화를 측정하였다. 이를 위해 회류수조에서 유동가시화를 실시하여 최적의 자유유속, 반구 크기 및 흡입제어 구멍 크기를 결정하였고, 반구 후류영역에 설치된 평판과 연결된 동력계로 표면 마찰저항 감소를 측정하는 실험을 수행하였다. 평판에 설치된 반구 전방에는 유입 유동에 의해 반구를 감싸는 말굽와류가 생성되며 그 주위 와도 방향에 의해 후류영역으로는 빠른 유속의 유동이 유입되어 머리핀 와류 생성을 촉진시킨다. 따라서 반구 전방에 생성되는 말굽와류 세기를 흡입 제어에 의해 약화시킴으로써 반구 좌우측으로 길게 형성된 유속방향 와류가 후류영역으로 공급하는 에너지는 감소하게 된다. 즉, 반구 전방의 말굽와류를 제어함으로써 후류영역으로부터 생성되는 헤어핀 와류 발생 주파수가 줄어 들게 된다. 염료 주입을 이용한 유동 가시화 영상을 해석한 결과로 머리핀 와류의 발생 빈도가 흡입제어에 의해 36.4 % 감소되었고, 후류 영역에서 측정된 표면 마찰저항은 2.3 % 감소되는 것으로 나타났다.

        A research was conducted on Seoul regional elementary, middle, and high school nutritionists to study about their perception of HACCP control standards & performance conditions and sanitation & safety inspection, to seek for more efficient methods of school meals' sanitation system settlement. All surveys were distributed and collected via email. A total of 305 survey papers were collected, and out of these, 300 school results were analyzed. As for CCP 1 performance conditions, 43.3% of the nutritionist put emphasis on temperature control for cooking duration and 71.0% said that they manage both temperature and PHF food control. In CCP 2 stage, 65.8% of the nutritionists maintained the food's temperature, and 56.7% documented the recordings after cooking. A total of 79.3% of the schools scored above 90 points on school meal sanitation & safety inspection, 3.72 points on necessity for revisions, 3.38 points on objectivity, and 3.34 points on reliability. As for these results, a clear CCP control criteria as well as training must be set. Also, because the necessity of revision for sanitation & safety inspection is higher than reliability and objectivity, appropriate complementary measures must be taken.

        Whether a ship is sub-standard or not shall be finally decided by the minimum standards laid down in international conventions or national standards having the same effects. The flag State is primarily responsible for implementing these standards as far as its own ships are concerned. And the port State shall, in the exercise of its rights under international law, take appropriate measures (including detention of ships identified as sub-standard), which are regarded as port State's supplementary role aiming at implementing these standards. The international standards are implemented by the regional co-operation in the form of the MOU(Memorandum of Understanding) on Port State Control in the Asia-Pacific Region on the ground that the PSC enforcement of only one country does not enable the eradication of sub-standard ships. Recently, EQUASIS which is an international database covering the whole world fleet change the regionalism of PSC into the globalization of PSC. However, there are many problems in Tokyo MOV and Korean PSC regime. In order to ensure the implementation of the standards laid down in international conventions and Tokyo MOU, the Korean and other country in Asia-Pacific shall settle the alienation from the actuality of the law, namely the problem of maritime administrative structure of non unifying PSC affairs.

        본 연구에서는 2차자속을 파라미터로 하는 순시토크제어법에 근거한 속도센서리스 제어방식을 제안하였고, 2차자속 정보를 이용하여 운전중 변동하는 2차저항을 속도추정과 동시에 동정할 수 있음을 제시하였다. 수치시뮬레이션을 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 2차자속을 교류를 중첩한 형태로 토크응답, 속도응답과는 독립적인 제어가 가능하다. 2) 수치실험상으로 무부하시 0[rpm]을 포함하는 저속영역에서도 양호한 속도추정이 이루어졌다. 3) 위의 속도추정을 바탕으로 수[rpm]대의 저속 영역에서 양호한 속도센서리스제어가 이루어졌다. 4) 2차저항값은 제안된 동정식을 통해 실제 2차 저항값에 수렴하는 특성을 보임으로써 2차저항의 동시동정과 속도센서리스제어가 가능함을 확인하였다.

        This study carried out to examine the association between the haplotypes of mitochondrial control region (CR) and growth traits of two F1 progeny populations of the Red-spotted grouper. We found polymorphic patterns of the 133-bp repeat units in the CR. In the BBR01 population (70-days after hatching), a total of 1,091 F1 progeny were divided into three haplotypes (H01, H03 and H04). The significant differences were found in the levels of BL, BW and LWI (p<0.05). The F1 animals with the haplotype H01 had greater level of BL (50.815±4.586 mm) than those of H03 (47.270±6.486 mm) and H04 (47.179±6.278 mm). The H01 F1 fishes were heavier level of BW (2.270±0.559 g) than those of H03 (1.789±0.711 g) and H04 (1.797±0.706 g). In the BBR02 population (11-months after fertilization), three haplotypes H03, H04 and H05 were detected. The significant difference was found only in the BL values among three haplotypes (p<0.05). The F1 animals with the haplotype H03 had greater level of BL (19.22±2.000 cm) than those of H04 (18.64±1.964 cm) and H05 (18.86±1.512 cm). There were no significant differences in BW and LWI among haplotypes in the BBR02 population (p>0.05). These results suggested that the mitochondrial haplotypes may affect the growth traits during early developmental stage of the Red-spotted grouper. The marker-assisted selection system for broodstock animals may be helpful in improving performance traits for aquaculture of the Red-spotted grouper.

        Regional air quality regulation is a system that allows the Minister of Environment to designate the local area as air quality control region where the concentrations of air pollutants are exceeding the environmental standards, and the local governments that administrate the regulated area have to develop and practise a plan for reducing the air pollutants. From the data observed yearly by the monitoring stations in 8 provincial cities with more than 0.5 million people was judged the compliance with air quality standards in each municipality for the period of 2003 to 2013. As the result of investigation on air pollutants concentrations of each city, it was found that there was no station that exceeds the ambient air quality standards of CO, SO2 and 24-hour NO2. But all municipalities exceeded the standards of 8-hour O3, annual and 24-hour PM10, and therefore 8 municipalities can be designated to be under the local air regulation. For the annual NO2 were the monitoring sites necessary requirements for designation of the air quality regulation region in Cheongju, Cheonan, Daejeon and Gwangju area. Incase of 1-hour O3, some of stations in Pohang, Cheongju, Cheonan and Changwon area were over the designation standards for the air quality control region.

        Chonan and Asan city have been a focal point due to rapid development as the first station for Express Railroad and key cities West Coast Development Region. Gokgyo stream adjacent to the cities plays an important role as a drainage channel for an agriculture and a discharger of urban storm water. Water quality of the stream has been deteriorating caused by pollution sources such as a untreated wastewater discharge and runoff from the watershed. In this study, we conducted 4 surveys in April, May, July, and September to understand the current state of water quality for the stream and to make it possibe to predict future water-quality variation for future development. The system runs on a personal computer under the windows enviroment and provides extensive graphics using graphic user interface(GUI) for user-friendly assessment. Using the pull-down menus provided by the GUI panel, the user is able to operate the system by pointing and clicking the icon to identify the state of water-quality at locations concerned. Furthermore, we developed an integrated watershed management system. The constructed system could be a useful tool as a decesion maker for pollution source control strategy.
