This study attempts to utilize the economic efficiency analysis results focused on the break-even point as an indicator for the decision making of commanders and staff. We suggested a method of determining economic life by utilizing logistics information system and commercial program Minitab with a focus on the equipment’s operational environment and performance data, whereas previously the equipment’s retirement period was simply determined by the current equipment prices and sustainable period.

본 연구에서는 출소자들이 겪게 되는 사회적 차별과 그에 따른 경제적 궁핍에 대한 대안적 경제기반 구축의 일환으로 마이크로크레딧의 활용에 대하여 살펴보았다. 이미 영국에서는 출소자들을 대상으로 하는 마이크로크레딧이 매우 활성화되고 있었으며, 그 성과 역시 매우 우수한 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 한국에서도 향후 이에 대한 지속적인 지원과 노력이 절실하다. 특히 출소자들에게 보다 많은 혜택을 제공하기 위해 법무부가 참여하거나 휴면예금 및 지역사회의 다양한 자원을 활용하여 자본금이나 실시기관의 숫자 등 전반적인 외연의 확대를 이루어야 한다. 그리고 제도의 보완과 관련된 측면에서 먼저 대상자의 선정 및 지원금액과 관련하여 대상자를 보다 확대하고 지원금액을 상향조정할 필요가 있으며, 교육훈련 역시 장기간에 걸쳐 보다 다양한 교육이 이루어져야 한다. 또한 사후관리의 측면에서도 생활관리, 재정관리 등의 지속적 관리가 요구되며, 아울러 자금회수와 관련하여 좀 더 장기간의 상환기간을 제공하고 이자상환의 기간을 연장해주어야 할 것이다. 궁극적으로 한국의 출소자 대상 마이크로크레딧이 보다 큰 성과를 보이기 위해서는 사회의 전반적인 인식전환과 더불어 위의 내용들이 고려되어야 할 것이다. 그리고 무엇 보다 중요한 것은 이 제도가 출소자들에 대한 혜택이나 서비스의 제공이 아닌 우리 사회를 방위함과 동시에 그들을 교화개선시킬 수 있는 일거양득의 필수불가결한 제도라는 것을 인식하는 것이다.

이 연구의 목적은 초등학교 고학년의 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 변인들(경제수준, 진로결 정자기효능감, 부모지지, 진로성숙)에 근거하여 이들의 군집유형을 도출하고, 각 군집별로 진로준 비행동에 유의한 차이가 있는지를 분석하는 것이다. 연구대상은 서울시 초등학교에 재학중인 고학 년(5, 6학년) 590명이며, 수집된 자료는 군집분석, 두 독립집단 t 검증, 일원변량분석, 교차분석 등 을 이용하여 분석되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 네 개의 상이한 군집유형이 도출되었다. 군집 1은 모든 변인들이 평균보다 낮은 ‘관심대상형’, 군집 2는 모든 변인들이 평균보다 높은 ‘이상 형’, 군집 3은 진로결정자기효능감과 진로성숙이 부모지지보다 상대적으로 높은 ‘진로결정자기효 능감-진로성숙 우위형’, 군집 4는 부모지지가 진로결정자기효능감과 진로성숙보다 상대적으로 높 은 ‘부모지지 우위형’이다. 둘째, 군집유형 간 진로준비행동에 차이가 있는지를 분석한 결과, 군집 유형 간에 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 이상형, 진로결정자기효능감-진로성숙 우위형, 부모지지 우위 형, 관심대상형 순으로 진로준비행동이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 초등학교 고학년의 진로준 비행동을 촉진하기 위하여 군집유형의 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 진로교육의 필요성을 시사한다.

Purpose - This study aims to analyze the effects of the social support on the economic activities from the Korean Chinese residing in Korea. Particularly, this paper focuses on the consequence of the economic activity intention according to the three kinds of social support. Research design, data, and methodology - For the statistics process of data collected by this survey, SPSS 19 statistics package program was used through data-coding and data-cleaning processes to analyze the data in this study. Results - This hypothesis was selected partially. As a result of investigating hypotheses in detail, Hypothesis 1-2 was significant as shown in the significance level 0.1, and when the emotional support was regarded important, the will of economic activities was also higher. Hypothesis 1-2 was found to be meaningful with the significance level of 0.05, and when the social support was regarded important, the will of economic activities was also higher. Lastly, Hypothesis 1-3 was found to not be statistically significant. Conclusions - The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for vitalization of the Korean Chinese’ economic activities and governmental support for it, and to be a guideline in preparing successful strategies for expansion of the Korean Chinese’ economic activities in the future by applying these results.
