This study was performed to evaluate the separation of Sr, Cs, Ba, La, Ce, and Nd using gas pressurized extraction chromatography (GPEC) with anion exchange resin for the quantitation of Neodymium. GPEC is a micro-scaled column chromatography system that provides a constant flow rate by utilizing nitrogen gas. It is overcome the disadvantages of conventional column chromatography by reducing the volume of elution solvent and shortening the analysis time. Here, we compared the conventional column chromatography and the GPEC method. The whole analysis time was decreased by nine times and radioactive wastes were reduced by five times using the GPEC system. Anion exchange resin 1-X4 (200~400 mesh size) was used. The sample was prepared at a 0.8 M nitric acid in methanol solution. The elution solvent was used at a 0.01 M nitric acid in methanol solution. Finally the eluate was analyzed by ICP-MS to determine the identification and recovery. In this case, we applied the natural isotopes of LREEs (139La, 140Ce, and 144Nd) and high activity nuclides (88Sr, 133Cs, and 138Ba) instead of radioactive isotopes for the preliminary test; as a result, unnecessary radioactive waste was not produced. The recoveries were 93.9%, 105.9%, 91.9%, 47.6%, 35.9%, and 79.9% of Sr, Cs, Ba, La, Ce, and Nd, respectively. The reproducibility of recoveries by GPEC were in the range 2.8%–10.9%.
본 연구의 목적은 유아교사들의 지리학습활동을 통한 유아세계시민교육의 적용 과정과 의미를 실행연구로 살펴봄으로써, 교육적 시사점을 찾는 것이다. 연구 참여자는 A시 햇빛유치원의 교사 2명과 만 5세반 유아 28명씩, 총 56명, 중국 센젠의 H 학교 만 5세 25명이다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 적용 과정은 ‘계획하기: 지리학습활동을 통한 유아세계시민교육의 계획’, ‘행동하기: 지리학습활동을 통한 유아세계시민교육의 실행’, ‘관찰하기: 다양한 적용방법 개발과 실행’, ‘반성하기: 지리학습활동을 통한 유아세계시민교육의 반성과 더 나아가기’로 이루어졌다. 사용된 교수학습방법은 가상국제교류, 다양한 지도 활동, 문학적 접근, 일상 활동 통합, 가정과 연계된 지리학습활동이었다. 둘째, 적용의 의미는 교사의 사고 전환과 자발적 시도의 중요성과 교사의 역량 향상으로 나타났다.
In less favored areas, it is getting more difficult to manage Satoyama according to aging of rural residents and depopulation. Some support of urban residents are necessary for management of Satoyama. In this paper, the role of Satoyama management activities was clarified through the analysis of the feature of activities for managing Satoyama. The questionnaire and interview surveys were done in order to clarify the actual conditions for management of Satoyama and activities of urban residents who are participating in NPO in Hyogo Prefecture. The results of analysis are as follows. (1)The form of rural-urban exchange in Satoyama is different in each Satoyama. (2)The urban residents are contributing to the region very much on both sides of the manager and the visitor in Satoyama. (3)Many urban residents visit Satoyama for the purpose of enjoying the variety of nature and culture programs in rural area. (4)There are some urban residents who participate in activities for managing Satoyama even if Satoyama is far from their residence. So it is important for rural residents to arrange the condition that they can visit rural area without difficulty.
