Currently, the cut flower market seems to be an export revenue in the world trade of the flower industry. The amount of exported cut flowers is impressive with increased production in various countries, especially in Korea. In the Fourth Industrial Revolution, automatic technologies are continuing to develop agricultural effective tools in the challenge of digital innovation. Thus, the low production costs set up in the field, greenhouse, or smart farm set up, and the short time of harvest must be considered within a few months. The postharvest quality of cut flowers presents freshness and long vase life, and the tools for postharvest handling are expected to optimize these. This review highlights the most important factors improving postharvest quality of cut flowers, the potential standard applicable techniques for commercial handling outlines of cut flower vase life, and recommendations for improving postharvest handling in the flower industry.

The UNCLOS regulates complex balance of rights and duties among State parties. Its text was deliberately left vague as a result of compromise between the negotiating parties. To develop the legal norms, judges and arbitrators have referred to other rules of international law through systematic integration, rules of reference, and broad applicable law. However, judicial practice has expanded subject-matter jurisdiction beyond the UNCLOS, causing antinomy between Articles 288, on jurisdiction, and 293 of UNCLOS, on applicable law. Part XV of the UNCLOS has created an invisible community that would ideally lead the UNCLOS Tribunals to develop and follow a pragmatic approach as to the limits of their subject-matter jurisdiction in order to provide for judicial coherence. When interpreting the treaty, the establishment of genuine links between disputes and substantive rules under the UNCLOS is necessary, by which other rules of international law are firmly anchored to the interpreted texts under the UNCLOS.

This research aims to provide a conceptual framework to explore how consumers respond to genuinuity claims made by organisations and how it affects perceptions towards the brand. Further, this proposal explores the influence of brand familiarity and inferences of manipulative intent on consumer’s cognition of the genuine claim. The Affect Transfer Hypothesis, Dual Mediation Hypothesis, Independent Influence Hypothesis and Reciprocal Mediation Hypothesis Models are tested parallel to determine the most effective model in line with previous studies. A total of 12 studies have been designed, comparing across 4 different levels of genuinuity, and 3 different product categories (luxury car brands, luxury hotels & spa resorts). A self-administered survey will be used while collecting data using panel data and mall intercept to ensure the ecological validity of the study. The study contributes conceptually by proposing a conceptual definition for genuinuity appeals. It contributes methodologically in its development of a brand genuinuity scale. Finally, the study will contribute managerially by providing practitioners, policy makers and firms with new ways to distinguish themselves as genuine amongst the clutter of unsubstantiated claims and to change consumer’s perceptions of industries such as banks which are renowned for unsubstantiated claims.

ICJ는 ‘Nottebohm 사건’과 관련하여 국가가 자국민을 위하여 외교적 보호를 행사하기 위해 양자 간 ‘진정한 유대’가 존재해야 함을 판시하였으나, 이 이론은 여러 측면에서 비판의 대상이 되었다. 즉, 위 사건에서 Nottebohm이 1939년 리히텐슈타인 국적 취득 이후 수년 간 그 국적을 유지하였음에도 양자 간의 ‘진정한 유대’가 없었다는 ICJ의 주장은 쉽게 납득할 수 없다. 또한 ICJ의 논리에 따르게 된다면, 그가 귀화한 국가 즉 리히텐슈타인이 그를 위하여 국제적 차원에서 외교적 보호권을 행사할 수 없게 되어 귀화의 실효성을 소멸시키게 된다. 이는 곧 국적을 가지고 있음에도 불구하고 국제사회에서 한 개인이 사실상의 무국적자가 되도록 하는 결과를 초래하게 된다.이러한 이론적 맹점 및 개인의 국경 간 이동이 활발해지고 국적에 대한 전통적인 결속력 및 구속력이 희미해지고 있는 최근의 분위기와 맞물려, ‘진정한 유대 이론’은 퇴보를 거듭하고 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 ‘진정한 유대 이론’에 대한 비판은 획일적인 국가와 국민간의 충성 관계 등 지극히 국가가 남용 가능한 형식논리로 이 ‘진정한 유대’의 개념을 이용할 때에만 적용되는 것일 뿐임을 염두에 두어야 한다. 국가와 국민 간의 긴밀한 유대관계의 중요성은 지금도 여전히 전적으로 부인될 수는 없다. 세계화에 따른 국제관계의 변화를 감안하더라도, 국가와 국민의 관계에서 근원적으로 파생될 수밖에 없는 사회, 문화, 경제적 착근에 주목한 유대관계 자체의 비중은 지금도 매우 크다. 다만, 적극적인 국민 보호라는 관점에서 고찰해볼 때, ‘진정한 유대’의 개념을 무리하게 외교적 보호권 행사의 전제조건으로 내세우는 것은 바람직하지 않다. 외교적 보호권이 국제법의 담론체계 상 아직 개인의 권리라고 단언할 수는 없지만, 궁극적으로 외국으로부터 개인이 입은 피해가 국가의 권리 행사의 발단을 이루게 됨으로써 그 권리의 시원성은 개인에게서 찾게 된다. 국적국과 국민 간 국적의 ‘진정한 유대’라는 다소 과도한 기준을 적용하는 것보다 국적국이 자국민을 위해 적극적으로 외교적 보호권을 행사하도록 하는 것이, 점차 개인의 보호에 초점이 맞추어져 가는 외교적 보호제도의 변화에 부합하는 일일 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the performance and quality of engine mounting member in repair parts of the accident vehicles by conducting mechanical and material properties experiments. The tests were conducted by the test equipments of chemical components analysis, radiographs and mechanical testing on the genuine parts and non-genuine parts of engine mounting member. Test results concluded; Tensile strength of genuine parts is about 270 N/㎟ but damaged non-genuine parts about 200 N/㎟. The chemical component of 12 components was similar genuine part to non-genuine parts but Ti, Ni component were appeared different. Non-genuine parts were 4 times in elongation, 2 times in hardness higher than genuine parts. We concluded that quality identification system of repair parts and circulation system establishment of repair parts market were needed.

Fifty-four sesame oils were assayed for authenticity by measurement of linolenic acid content (which is less than 0.5% by weight in genuine oil). Sesame oils (A-F) from major companies and oils (G-J) extracted from sesame seeds in our laboratory were used as standards for comparison. By fatty acid composition analysis, 33 of 54 samples showed levels of linolenic acid more than 0.5% by weight. In addition, the ratio of linoleic acid to oleic acid (C18:2/C18:1) in samples A-F ranged from 1.05 to 1.12, whereas the 54 collected samples showed a wide range of ratios, from 0.92 to 2.21.
