‘桌子上有汉语词典’, ‘汉语词典在桌子上’처럼 동일한 장면을 서로 다르게 구조화하 는 이유는 화자가 청자에게 어떤 정보를 전달하고자 할 때, 화자가 각각의 상황에서 가장 효과적이라고 생각하는 구조를 선택하기 때문이다. 즉 동일한 장면에 대한 상 이한 통사구조를 정보구조의 관점에서 분석할 수 있다. 또한 중국어 존현문의 장소 어는 현저성을 부여받아 주어로 부호화되었다는 점에서 일반적 화제들과는 다르다. 따라서 존현문의 장소어를 여타 화제들처럼 단순히 닻 내리는 역할만 한다고 보는 것은 존현문의 정보적 특성을 간과한 것이다. 중국어 존현문의 NP는 비한정적이어 야 한다고 알려져 있지만, 실제로는 한정적 NP들이 존재한다. 한정적 NP의 존재는 중국어 존현문에 근거리 조망이라는 인지적 기제가 반영되어 있음을 보여준다. 또한 존현문의 한정적 NP는 특정한 조건하에서 한정 명사구임에도 불구하고 신정보일 수 있다. ‘VP+NP’ 구조, ‘NL+NP’ 구조, ‘在NL+VP+NP’ 구조는 비전형적 존현문이라 할 수 있다. 이 비전형적 존현문은 전형적 존현문과 구분되는 고유한 기능을 가진다.
This paper uses the informational cascades perspectives to investigate how popularity of online service deals influences consumers’ reactions when (in)congruently presented with star rating evaluations. Previous research suggested that deal popularity and star rating are two common information cues representing past consumers’ online behavior that signal about online service quality potentially influencing prospective online consumers’ judgments and decision making (Flanagin et al. 2014; Kao et al. 2016). Hence this research aims to examine the conditions under which online deal popularity and star rating can effectively influence service quality evaluation and purchase intention. Using scenario-based experiments, we show how different combinations of information cues impact on the manner in which online deal popularity is used by consumers to shape service quality expectation and purchase intention. Findings indicate that congruency effect is highly influential when high deal popularity is paired with high star rating. Specifically, an informational cascade effect is activated by high deal popularity which overrides quality cue of low star rating. Accordingly, consumers’ service quality expectation and purchase intention are increased even when a low star rating is presented simultaneously with low star rating. Findings are useful to marketing strategists and e-retailers as they devise their online strategies, promotional campaigns and website design.
The purpose of this study was to examine the relative effectiveness of immediate feedback and informational prompt on safe sitting behaviors that may cause VDT syndromes. Participants were three white color workers and an ABCB within-subject design was adopted. Safety Posture System was developed specifically for the present study. The system could detect participants' unsafe sitting postures using sensors and provide feedback and prompt on the computer monitors. The results indicated that both immediate feedback and informational prompt considerably increased safe sitting behaviors. More importantly, the immediate feedback was more effective than the informational prompt in increasing safe sitting behaviors.
The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of informational justice on post-recovery satisfaction, and the effect of post-recovery satisfaction on behavioral intentions in e-commerce, including further investigate the moderating effect of service failure severity. Using quantitative method, the population of this research are online customers in Indonesia, with non-probability sampling that will be done by purposive sampling method based on predetermined criterias, which are customers who were doing transactions in the Business to Consumer (B2C) online sites, experienced service failure in the last 6 months, submitted a complaint, and received a response. Sample of 317 online customers were gathered and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling. The results of this study indicated that 5 hypothesis are supported with data. As a conclusion, informational justice and post-recovery satisfaction has positive effect, while service failure severity acts as a moderator between post-recovery satisfaction and behavioral intentions. As a managerial implication, online store management needs to ensure the informational justice to make a post-recovery satisfaction. Therefore, online store management needs to ensure the informational justice to make a post-recovery satisfaction, increase repurchase and positive e-word of mouth intention, also work harder to recover services, especially in high service failure severity condition.
정부의 자전거이용 활성화 정책으로 우리나라의 자전거인구는 2015년 약 1,200만명에 이르는 것으로 추정되고 있으며 주 로 4대강 자전거도로와 하천을 중심으로 자전거도로의 건설이 이루어져 왔다. 최근에도 지자체들은 자전거도로 노선망을 지속적으로 확대, 확충하고 있지만 자전거도로의 열악한 사인물들과 주변환경을 고려하지 못한 낙후된 안내사인은 여전히 자전거 이용자들뿐만 아니라 자동차 운전자나 보행자들에게도 불편과 사고 위험성에 노출되어 있다. 이러한 문제점은 레저 및 스포츠를 목적으로 건설된 자전거도로와, 교통 및 생활을 목적으로 건설된 자전거도로의 접속구간이나 연계성 구간, 타 교통시설로의 연계구간과 같은 복잡한 구간에서는 더욱 심할 뿐 아니라 지자체 간의 통일되지 않은 자전거도로의 정책과 안내사인으로 인하여 이용자들에게 불편과 안전사고에 대한 위험을 주고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 자전거 도로 중 이용도가 높고 관찰하기 쉬운 서울의 한강과 안양천의 연결구간을 검토 대상지로 결정하였으며, 내용적으로는 자 전거도로에서 자전거 이용자들이 노면을 바라보게 되는 시선의 특징에 기인하여 자전거노면의 정보전달의 중요성을 인식 하였고, 그에 따른 기존의 노면표시 디자인에 대해 5명 정도의 이용자들과 대화형식으로 문제점을 살펴보았다. 그 중 노면 의 정보전달에서 그래픽요소를 기초로 한 시인성 측면의 개선이 필요하다는 결론에 따라 본 논문에서는 개선된 디자인 안 을 제시해 보고자 하였다. 이는 향후 자전거도로에서 안내사인 및 노면표시의 설계개선을 도모하여 자전거도로 이용자 모 두에게 정보 전달의 명확성과 효과를 극대화함으로서 안전과 이용성 향상을 목적으로 하였다.
The goal of this study is to examine case markers in Korean, i.e., i/ka and (l)ul, from a communicative perspective. In particular, this study seeks to explain what communicative functions the case markers hold in actual conversation. Based on the empirical analysis of the data, this study claims that the case markers in Korean are not only used for encoding the syntactic case of a given argument but they are also used as a linguistic cue to help focus the listener's attention on the processing difficulty and the informational importance that the given argument denotes. It further argues that speakers of Korean strategically use the case markers as a means of facilitating successful communication with the listener.
The safety of the ship manoeuver is dependent not only on the inherent characteristics of the ship itself and environmental conditions, but also on the skill and experience of the ship operator. As the ship operator's judgement is related to his experience and skill, based on outside information, piloted controllability also depends upon the effectiveness, accuracy and reliability of various information which is obtainable from navigational equipments and aids to navigation that are available to the ship ope-rator. Although these factors, human factors and informational factors, have been pointed out as major factors which affect the controllability of a ship, there was no a comprehensive examination on the effect of these two factors. In this thesis, therefore, an attempt was made to examine whether or not there is clear indication that these two factors affect the controllability of a ship in reality. Experiments were conducted using the port design simulator of the Korea Maritime University.
