주왕산국립공원 이전동 절터지역을 중심으로 삼림군집구조 분석을 실시하기 위해 24개소에 조사구(각 l0×10m)를 설치하고 식생조사를 실시하여 TWINSPAN과 ordination기법의 일종인 DCA를 적용하여 분석하였다. 전체 24개 조사구는 DCA에 의해 졸참나무-굴참나무군집 졸참나무-소나무군집, 신갈나무-생강나무군집, 까치 박달-당단풍군집, 그리고 고로쇠나무군집의 5개 군집으로 분리되었다. 삼림군집구조분석결과 추정되는 천이계열은 교목충에서 소나무→졸참나무, 굴참나무, 신갈나무→까치박달, 서어나무, 고로쇠나무로, 아교목층에서는 진달래, 철쭉→당단풍, 생강나무 순으로 예측되었다. 그러나 일부지역에서는 신갈나무가 토지극상으로 발전될 가능성을 보였다.

This study aims at exploring the nature of the traditional Korean wines brewed throughout the Southern Region of Korea-Chulla-do, Kyungsang-do and Cheju-do describing their varieties and brewing methods and also comparing the similarities and differences of their features. When compared with the wines produced in the Central Region, the Southern varieties are very fastidious and complex in their brewing methods, which in turn show a wide range of diversity. First of all, all the 29 kinds of wines investigated, not a single one shows any resemblance to any one of the remaining, each exhibiting peculiar and particular characteristic features of its own. Especially, the distilling methods demonstrate very complex processes. Secondly, the majority of the Southern spirits are made from grains, added with fragrant flavor of pine tree, wormwood, chrysanthemum leaves and other medicine herbs such as Chinese matrimony vine and tankui. Thirdly, they are brewed with yeast made from wheat into kodupap(steamed rice) type of spirits, emerging as in the form of blended liquor. Fourthly, in brewing, different fermenting temperature and duration are required. Typewise, the temperature required for the basic spirit is 15~20℃ or 25~30℃ : in the case of blended secondarily fermented liquor, from the minimum of 0~5℃ to the maximum of 75~80℃. The brewing duration is 3~5 days for the basic spirits. In some cases, from the minimum of 3 days to the maximum of 100 days are consumed for fermenting. Fifthly, the wine extraction gadgets are yongsu (wine strainer), the sieve, filter paper, Korean traditional paper, the utilization of which implies that the brewers endeavor to observe and preserve the traditional and indigenous methods of wine making.

본 연구는 동계 무가온 3중 및 4중피복 plastic house내에서 고추를 육묘하여 이들 육묘환경조건에서의 고추유묘의 생장반응을 파악하고 육묘환경의 차이에 따른 묘의 소질과 정식이후의 생장과의 관련성을 검토하고자 수행한 바 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 초장, 엽수, 엽면적 및 각 기관별 건물중은 3중피복구가 4중피복구에 비하여 50%의 감소를 보였다. 가장 큰 차이는 엽면적으로 육묘기간중 3중에 비해 4중에서는 2-5배의 증가를 보여 육묘 환경의 차이가 고추유묘 생장에 현저한 영향을 미쳤다. 2. 3중피복구에서는 4중피복구에 비하여 생장초기부터 엽면적의 확보가 지연되었고, 이에 따라 고체생장율도 현저히 감소했다. 비엽면적(SLA)은 4중에서 3중에 비하여 엽의 두께가 얇았으며, 순동화율은 4중에서 생장초기에 증가하였다가 생장이 진행됨에 따라 감소되는 경향이었으나 3중에서는 파종후 6주후에 급격히 증가했다. 3. 엽면적과 전체건물중, 엽건물중간에는 직선적인 관계가 인정되었다. 그러나 엽면적과 개체생장율간에는 4중에서만 인정되었으며, 엽면적과 순동화율간에는 3중과 4중에 관계없이 직선적인 관계가 인정되지 않았다. 4. 파종후 6주째까지는 3중에서 엽으로의 건물분배가 많았고, 줄기와 뿌리로의 분배는 적었으며, 4중에서는 그 반대의 경향을 보였다. 5. 고추의 분지수는 3중과 4중에 관계없이 지수함수적 증가를 보였고, 주당 과중은 직선적인 증가를 보였다. 4중에서 육묘한 고추의 분지수는 3중에서 육묘한 고추보다 현저히 많았고 시간이 경과함에 따라 더욱 뚜렷한 경향이었다. 6. 고추유묘의 형질중 정식후 고추수량에 기여하는 정도가 가장 큰 것은 유묘의 지상부 건물중으로서 고추육묘에 있어서 양묘의 기준은 유묘의 지상부 건물중으로 결정되었으며, 또한 묘의 소질과 수량과의 관련성이 크게 인정되어 동계 시설재배시 고추의 다수를 위한 고추육묘는 지상부 건물중 증가를 위한 환경관리의 중요성이 인정되었다.
농업기술연구소, 임업연구원, 강원대학교 곤충계통분류연구센터, 경상대학교 생물과에 소장된 밤나방과 표본을 공정한 결과 확인된 "Quadrifinaee" (Euteliinae, Sarrothripinae, Chloephorinae, Plusiinae, Catocalinae, Ophiderinae, Hypenodinae, Rivulinae and Hypeninae)에 속하는 한국 미기록종을 24종을 보고한다. 이중 12종은 일본에서만 기록이 있우나, 아시아 내륙에서는 처음 기록된다.
The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of the clinical physical therapy program used at the University of Yonsei Rehabilitation Hospital, for the practicing university trained physical therapists who may be unfamiliar with patients who have suffered a myocardial infarction. The four primary phases of the cardiac physical therapy graded exercise program are: 1) coronary care unit program (phase I), 2) general ward program (phase II), 3) convalescence program (phase III), 4) maintenance program (phase IV). The exercise prescription defines the exercise intensity, duration, frequency, and mode of exercise a after pre- discharge low level graded exercise test(LL-GXT) or symptom limited maximum graded exercise test. A typical exercise routine consists of preparation warm-up exercise, therapeutic exercise, cool-down exercise. Physical therapy is involved in the acute care and rehabilitation of the patient after a myocardial infarction. Therefore, the physical therapist must throughly comprehened the cardiac anatomy, cycle, performance, conduction system, pathogenesis, risk factors, and exercise benefits.
This study investigated the hypothesis that purposeful activity is an intrinsic motivator. Affecting exertion during the performance of purposeful and nonpurposeful activity was studied in 30 elementary school students. The subjects acted as their own controls in the performance of other exercise. The three experimental exercises were jumping rope, defined as a nonpurposeful activity, and jumping rope with reinforcement, defined as purposeful activity I, and jumping rope with double reinforcement (food), defined as purposeful activity II. Duration and cessation of exercise were entirely controlled by the subject. The number of jumps were measured immediately after cessation of exercise and duration of exercise in seconds by observer. The results were as follows : 1. There was a significant difference in the required time of performance between purposeful and nonpurposeful jumping (p< .05). 2. There was a significant difference in the number of jumps between nonpurposeful and nonpurposeful jumping after reinforcement. (p< .05). Implications for practice and further research are discussed.

Ultra thin organic films, (3-docosyl benzimidazolium)-TCNQ(1:1)complex, were deposited onto ordinary microscope slide glass substrates with a Langmuir-Blodgett technique. II-A isotherms were studied to find optimum conditions of deposition by varying temperature. Anisotropic de electrical conductivities were measured at room temperature. They are about 5.21×10-12S/cm along the direction of film surface, and (2.73~4.40)×10-16S/cm in the vertical direction.
The metal complexes containing amino acidic ligands were prepared by using 11 kinds of amino acids as ligands and Ni, Cu, Co, Zn, Fe as a central metal. The starting was continued for 4hrs at room temperature. But Bis(D,L-Serine)Ni (II), and (D,L-Serine)Co (II) were prepared by heating method(80℃). In order to investigated reaction activity of Bis(D,L-Aspartato) Metal(II), stirring time was varied and Bis(D,L-Tyrosine ) Metal(II) used different divalent metal salts. We anticipate getting a great value from these prepared complexes as a monomer and a catalyst of polymerization which has peculier characteristics.
The speed of vertical migration and the volume backscattering strength of the scattering layers during the evening and morning transitions between day and night were measured in November 1990-1992 in thermally stratified waters of the East China Sea. Acoustical measurements were carried out using a scientific echo-sounder operating at t재 frequencies of 25 and 100kHz, and using an echo-integration system connected with a micro-computer. Biological sampling was accomplished by bottom trawling to identify fish species recorded on the echo sounder, and the species and length compositions were determined. The values of scattering strength were allocated to group of fishes according to the fish traces on the echo recording paper and the species composition of trawl catches. The vertical velocities of migration derived from the changes in the depths and the values of peak scattering strength of the dense layer vertically migrating toward the bottom or toward the surface. The trawl data suggest that snailfish and fishing frog were the most abundant fishes in all research stations. As sunrise approached, the fish formed a strong concentration just above the thermocline. The the highest values of scattering strength in the entire water column appeared in the depth strata above the thermocline just before the begining of downward migration. As soon as the fish began to migrate downwards across the thermocline, the values of the scattering strength in the depth strata above the thermocline rapidly decreased, while the values for the scattering layer moving slowly toward the bottom gradually increased. During the 1992 surveys, the speed of the vertical migration was estimated to be 0.38m/min in the upward migration and 0.32m/min in the downward migration, respectively. That is the rate of vertical migration was slightly higher at dusk than at dawn. Similar migration patterns were observed on different stations and under different weather conditions during the surveys in 1990.
The vertical distribution and activity patterns of fishes during the evening and morning transitions between day and night were studied acoustically and by bottom trawling in November 1990-1992 in thermally stratified waters of the East China Sea. The acoustic data were collected from six stations with a scientific echo-sounder operating at two frequencies of 25 and 100kHz, and the echograms were used to determine the vertical distributions of fish. Biological sampling was accomplished by bottom trawling to identify fish species recorded on the echograms, and the species and length compositions were determined. At each station, vertical profiles of water temperature, salinity and dissolved oxygen were taken with a CTD system and were related to the diel movements and the depth distributions of fish. During the day most fish were within several meters above bottom, but began to migrate upwards just before sunset, and during the night they were dispersed in midwater. Prior to sunrise with a thermocline present, one group of the fish aggregation occurred in dense schools slightly above the thermocline, while the other group occurred with the numerous single fish-traces bellow it. These groups of aggregations rapidly began to migrate toward the bottom across the thermocline from about 40 min before sunrise. Trawl hauls in the bottom strata below the thermocline with the characteristic single fish traces yieled invariably catches dominated by snailfish and fishing frog with minor quantities of other species in all stations. Hence, the results indicate that snailfish and fishing frog were the dominated scatterers in the depth strata below the thermocline, and the single-fish recordings were mainly snailfish. The fish species such as anchovy and juvenile mackerel in bottom trawl catches is poorly represented in relation to the mesh selectivity of the trawl net, but their occurrence suggest that the fish-school recording above the thermocline were due to these species which migrated vertically across the thermocline, with a temperature gradient of about 8℃, from the water layers near the bottom at night. Accordingly, we conclude that the vertical distribution and activity patterns of snailfish were strongly temperature dependent and in the termally stratified waters, the upper limit to diel activity was closely linked to the position of the thermocline.
1. 주식 밥은 쌀, 찹쌀만으로 짓는 흰쌀밥, 기름찰밥이 대부분이었고, 그외의 밥의 주재료는 쌀이었고, 부재료는 잡곡, 두류, 야채, 산채, 견과류 등을 사용하였다. 찹쌀을 주재료로 하는 경우에는 대부분이 찌는 법을 사용하였고, 조미료로는 흰쌀밥을 제외한 거의 모든 종류의 밥에는 소금을 기본으로 이용하였다. 죽은 쌀을 주재료로 한 흰죽이 가장 많았고, 부재료는 유종실류, 한방재료류, 우유등을 이용하여 왼죽상태로 끓이는 것이 특이하였다. 국수는 건국수보다는 손국수의 형태가 많았고, 주재료는 밀가루가, 부재료는 콩가루, 메밀가루, 수수가루, 찹쌀가루등이 사용되었으며, 국수 마는 국물에는 표고버섯, 다시마 이외에 들깨, 참깨, 잣, 호도, 가죽나물 등이 이용되었다. 수제비는 밀가루를 주로 이용한 밀수제비가 대부분 이었고, 찹쌀 새알심 반죽에는 쪽을 넣어 이용하는 경우도 있었으며, 국물맛은 다시마, 표고버섯외에 가죽나물을 사용하여 특이한 맛을 내었다. 2. 부식 찌게보다 국이 3배 정도 많이 이용되었고, 주재료로 국에는 엽경채류가, 찌게에는 열매채소가 주로 사용되었다. 국물맛은 간장과 된장이, 양념은 고추가루, 마늘, 파와 참기름이, 농후제로는 들깨가루가 가장 많이 이용되었다. 조림의 주재료로는 근채류가 대부분이었고, 조리법은 기름에 튀기거나 볶아서 간장, 설탕, 물엿으로 조리는 방법이었고, 찜은 각종채소와 산채류를 국물에 익혀 들깨가루, 찹쌀가루를 섞어 농후하게 하는 방법이었다. 생채, 나물, 볶음에는 엽경채류와 산채류가 주재료로 사용되었고, 조리법으로는 삶거나 데쳐서 무치는 방법이 많았다. 볶음, 나물에는 간장, 소금을, 산채류에는 된장, 고추장을 기본 간으로 하고 있었다. 생채와 나물에는 참기름이, 볶음에는 들기름과 식용유가 주로 이용되었고, 양념에는 마늘, 파 이외에 인공조미료도 이용되고 있었다. 전(튀김)에는 엽경채류와 근채류가 가장 많이 사용되었고, 버섯, 더덕, 도라지, 우엉, 마등은 여러가지 방법으로 전처리한 후에 구이에 사용되었고, 사용되는 기름은 거의 모두 시판 식용유였다. 쌈의 재료는 상치가 가장 많았고, 방장은 된장, 고추장, 막장외에 멸치젓갈도 사용하였다. 회에는 생표고버섯이, 묵의 재료로는 도토리, 메밀, 녹두, 동부등이 주로 사용되었고, 조리법으로는 양념장을 뿌려서 먹는 법외에 묵볶음, 묵장아찌, 묵구이, 묵전등 매우 다양하였다.
This experiment was conducted to find out the response of orchardgrass (Dactylis glorneruta L.) varieties to grazing at the condition of monocultures and mixed pastures on the field of Livestock Experiment Station at Suwon from Sep. 1989 to Oct. 1991. The
Hospitalized patients' perceptions of the quality of hospital foodservice and their importance were surveyed through questionnaires by 820(men 435, women 385) hospitalized patients in Seoul. The results are as follows: Most respondents agreed with the following foodservice characteristics that meals arrived exactly the same time every day(74.6%), cleanliness of dishes(64.9%), employees leave food within reach(60.2%), and employees who bring meals are cheerful(58.7%). Only 34.2% of respondents agreed to variety of menu; 12.9% of respondents viewed these foodservice characteristics as important in selecting a hospital; cleanliness of dishes(66.4%), variety of menu(55.0%), and varying food item combination(45.9%) were considered important by respondents; appetite, mood, and atmosphere of ward were positively correlated(p<0.001) with rating of the foodservice characteristics, but length of hospitalization was negatively correlated(p<0.001) with them; familiarity with cooking method, varying food item combination, cleanliness of the dishes, and foodservice employees' pleasant greeting were positively correlated(p<0.001) with rating of the taste, nutrition, and fresshness of the food characteristics.
