선교는 삼위일체 하나님의 본질적 활동이며 교회는 하나님 선교의 결실이라는 것과 지속적인 하나님의 선교에 참여하기 위해 존재하는 공동체이다. 또한 교회는 삼위일체 하나님의 통치를 선포하며 증언하기 위해 지상에 존재하는 가시적인 하나님의 백성이다. 그 가시적 백성인 교회가 하나님의 선교를 일차적으로 증언하고 선포할 수 있는 것이 바로 교회 안의 예전이며 목회 행정이다. 성찬을 통해 삼위일체 하나님이 선포되고, 세례를 통해 하나님의 선교적 백성들을 세상으로 파송하고, 예배와 설교를 통해 회중들에게 세상에서 선교적 삶을 살아가도록 도전하는 일이야 말로 선교적 교회의 가장 중요한 사역 중에 하나이다. 또한 목회 조직들을 선교적으로 재구성함으로 교회가 무엇인가를 새롭게 인식하고 세상에서 하나님의 선교를 실현하고 하나님의 통치를 선포하도록 도전해야 한다.

Mission is the essential activity of the Trinity God and the church is the fruit of God’s mission and a community that exists to participate in the continuous mission of God. Furthermore, the Church is the visible presence of God’s people who are on earth to testify and proclaim the triune God’s reign. It is the ceremony and pastoral administration in the church that the visible people can testify and proclaim the mission of God first. Through the sacrament, the triune God is proclaimed, and through baptism the missional people of God are sent out into the world to challenge the congregation to live the missional life in the world through worship and preaching. It is one of the important ministries. Also, by reorganizing the ministry structures of the church ministries, the church needs to recognize what is new and realize the mission of God in the world and declare the reign of God.
