도법으로 풀어내는 매체 특징을 가진 전각예술은 중국 서화와 구별될 뿐만 아니라 문화 속성을 가지고 있기에 다른 문화 속 새김 예술들과 차이가 나므로 전각의 주요한 형식 요소로 간주 된다. 현대 문화 속에서, 전각에서의 칼이 자아내는 미적 의미는 중국예술전통을 계승함과 동시에 현대전각의 품평과 평가 기준에 새로운 의미를 부여했다. 중국의 고대 시품을 기본 형식으로 삼아 당대 정신에 부합하는 미적 계보와 체계적 틀 구축은 그 의의가 매우 중대하다고 본다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 원형에 맞는 우아미 등의 평가 기준과 근거로 4가지 미적 유형을 제안한다.

篆刻艺术以刀法的媒材特征既区别于中国的书画，又以其文化 属性不同于异域文化的铭刻艺术，因而被视为篆刻的主要形式语 言。在当下文化环境中，篆刻用刀所导致的审美意蕴继承中国艺术 传统，也对现代篆刻品评提出了新要求。以古代诗品为基本形式， 为篆刻架构一个符合当代精神的审美谱系显得意义重大。为此，本 文提出了“契于原型的古雅之美”等四种审美类型作为品评的标准和 依据。

The art of seal cutting is distinguished from Chinese calligraphy by the media characteristics of the knife technique, and its cultural attributes are different from the inscription art of foreign cultures, so it is regarded as the main formal language of seal cutting. In the current cultural environment, the aesthetic implication caused by the use of knives in seal cutting inherits the Chinese artistic tradition, and also puts forward new requirements for the evaluation of modern seal cutting. Taking ancient poetry as the basic form, it is of great significance to construct an aesthetic genealogy that conforms to the contemporary spirit for seal cutting. For this reason, this article puts forward four types of aesthetics, such as the "quaint beauty that fits in the archetype", as the criteria and basis for the evaluation.
