본 연구는 현재 빠른 발전과정에 있는 한국 복지국가에 대한 함의를 찾고자 하는 목 적에서 덴마크 모델에 대해 분석한다. 덴마크는 의료나 연금 분야보다는 경제성장과 친 화성이 높은 사회투자성 복지지출 규모가 큰 ‘사회투자형 복지국가’로서 복지제도와 경 제성장이 선순환을 이루는 모델을 만들었다는 평가를 받는다. 또한, 덴마크 유연 안정 성 모델로 유명한 덴마크의 노동시장은 유연하면서도 적극적노동시장정책을 통해 안정 성도 일정 정도 보장한다는 점에서 좋은 노동시장 모델 중 하나로 평가받고 있다. 복지 국가와 노동시장 개혁과정에서 사회적 합의를 통해 문제를 해결하여 갈등을 최소화하기 도 하였다. 본 연구는 복지정책과 노동시장정책 측면에서 덴마크 모델의 특징과 형성　 과정을 분석하고 이를 통해 한국 복지국가가 나아가야 할 방향은 무엇인지에 대한 함의 를 찾고자 한다.

This study analyzes the Danish model for the purpose of finding the implications for the Korean welfare state, which is currently in the rapid development process. Denmark is evaluated as a ‘social investment-type welfare state’ with a large scale of social investment welfare expenditure, and has created a virtuous cycle of welfare system and economic growth. In addition, Denmark's labor market, famous for its ‘flexibility’ model, is evaluated as one of the good labor market models in that it is as flexible as United States but guarantees some degree of stability through active labor market policies. In the process of reforming the welfare state and the labor market, they minimize conflicts through social consensus. This study analyzes the characteristics and formation process of the Danish model in terms of welfare policy and labor market policy, and tries to find implications for the Korean welfare state.
