        In the globalization and free trade era, the current account deficit problem is a common phenomenon experienced by most countries, both developing and developed countries. Also with managed floating regime of exchange rate, it becomes very important to analyze the dynamics of current account balance which determine the trade. The deficit condition has lasted for four years in Indonesia, as well the deficit value above the value of the surplus that has been experienced during the period 2005-2011. This study is firstly aim to examine the condition of the deficit which happens in the export and import, manufactured goods and oil and gas, whether related to the transaction of goods and services. We try to build a predicted model which near the actual. Then, the focuses examines an exchange rate volatility impact on current account deficit. The model used in this research is a simultaneous model of Indonesia current account deficit from 2005 to 2014. The simulation result indicated that depreciation increase surplus to current account deficit. The decrease of export manufactured goods (non oil and gas) higher than the increase of import. For the oil and gas sector, depreciation of the rupiah against the US dollar results in an increased burden of higher oil and gas imports due to import transactions.

        본 연구는 Image J 프로그램을 사용하여 유속증가 자기공명영상기법의 숙임각 변화에 따른 SNR와 CNR을 측정하여 최적의 숙임각을 알아보기 위해 연구하였다. 총 30명의 정상인 지원자를 대상으로 1.5T 자기공명영상기기(Philips, Medical System, Achieva)를 이용하여 뇌동맥검사 후 평가를 실시하였다. 분석 방법으로 유속증가 자기공명 혈관 조영술에 대하여 4 부위에 관심영역을 설정하고 SNR와 CNR을 평가하였다. 5가지 숙임각에서의 정량적 분석으로 SNR과 CNR에 대한 통계적 유의성은 일원분산분석으로 계산되었으며, 사후 분석으로는 Bonferroni 법을 적용하였고, 통계에 사용된 프로그램은 SPSS 14.0을 이용하여 p 값을 0.05 이하일 때 유의성을 두었다. 본 실험에 대한 결과로서 전교통동맥(SNR:876.59 ± 14.22, CNR:1999.7 ± 12.5), 후교통동맥 (SNR: 863.48 ± 13.29, CNR:1870.18 ± 12.56), ICA(SNR: 1116.87 ± 08.34, CNR:2979.37 ± 14.69), 중대뇌동맥(SNR:848.66 ± 15.25, CNR:2199.25 ± 13.48)의 값으로 25°에서 가장 높은 신호강도를 보였다(p<0.05). 작은 혈관 묘출로서 a1, a2, a3, p1, p2, p3, m1, m2, m3 값 또한 동일한 결과 이었다(p<0.05). 사후분석결과로, 숙임각에서 25° 기준으로 10°, 15°, 20°에서 유의성 있는 결과를 얻었지만(p=0.000) 30° 에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다(p>0.05). 결론적으로, 본 연구에서 30° 에서는 신호강도가 떨어지기 때문에 뇌혈관 자기공명조영술에서 최적의 숙임각은 25°로 나타냈다.

        본 연구는 총 15명의 정상인 지원자를 대상으로 1.5T와 3.0T의 자기공명영상기기(Philips, Medical System, Achieva)를 이용하여 강자성 인공물을 최소화하기 위한 최적의 Tesla를 알아보고자 하였다. 평가는 신호대잡음비 평가, 강자성 인공물이 형성된 부위의 길이와 Histogram을 평가하였다. 분석방법으로는 T1, T2 sagitt al 영상의 Background의 4 부위에 관심영역을 설정하고 L3, L4, L5의 각 추체부에 관심영역을 설정한 후 신호대잡음비 값을 측정하였고, 인공물이 형성된 3 부위에 관심영역을 설정하고 길이 값을 측정하였고, Im age J 프로그램을 이용해 인공물 영역의 히스토그램 분포 값을 측정하였다. 본 실험에 대한 결과로 신호대잡음비 평가에서 L3에서는 1.5T와 3.0T 사이에 별 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났고, L4, L5에서는 큰 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 강자성 인공물이 형성된 3 부위의 길이는 3.0T에 비해 1.5T가 더 짧아 주변 조직에 대한 진단적 정보를 더 얻을 수 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). Histogram평가에서는 3.0T보다 1.5T 가 Count값이 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 결론적으로 1.5T와 3.0T의 신호대 잡음비, 강자성 인공물의 길이, Hist ogram을 비교 평가해 봤을 때, Spine MRI 검사 시에 PLIF 등 디스크 수술을 받은 환자에게는 Low Tesla로 검사가 최적의 영상정보를 얻을 수 있었다.

        Purpose – With the technology of the 4th industrial revolution, business models of agricultural sector are changing rapidly toward convergence and high value-added business models due to the 6th industrialization of agricultural. Our goals is to examine the 6th industrialization of agriculture, and then to apply the technology of the 4th industrial revolution to the 6th industrialization of agriculture, suggesting the possibility of future agriculture, and then linking the export competitiveness of agricultural products. Research design, data, and methodology – As the methodology, case studies and empirical analyzes were conducted as well as literature studies. The case analyses included tomatoes, pig breeding farms, and an empirical analysis was conducted using the AHP analysis by experts of the 6th industrialization. In addition, using 124 survey data, this study examined and analyzed the items of the 4th industrial revolution technology for the 6th industrialization of agriculture and the strengthening of export competitiveness. Results - Results showed that the technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution helped "6th industrialization of agriculture" and "the strengthening of export competitiveness" using two successful cases. The AHP analysis was also carried out, and it was found that the improvement of the technology in the 4th industrial revolution could contribute to the future industrialization as well as the 6th industrialization of agriculture. First of all, we looked many conditions were important and urgent. Among the technologies of the 4th industrial revolution, the mobile, big data were important. Moreover, it was recognized that linkage and convergence related efforts would greatly contribute to strengthening export competitiveness of agriculture such as price and quality competitiveness. Conclusions – The 4th industrial revolution such as hyper-connectivity, hyper-intelligence and hyper-predictability contribute greatly to the 6th industrialization of agriculture, and therefore it is essential to improve the competitiveness of the agricultural sector by using the technology of the 4th industrial revolution. In particular, based on analyses of the diamond model, the "demand conditions" was the most important factor for the activation of the 6th Industrialization, and then "related and supporting fields", "factor conditions" and "business context" were followed in order. The results of this study can be useful for policy, practical and academic sectors.

        This study was designed to investigate the effects of multi-enzyme on diarrhea and immune responses of weaned pigs. A total 36 weaned pigs (5.92 ± 0.48 kg BW; 28 d old) were randomly allotted to 2 dietary treatments (3 pigs/pen, 6 replicates/ treatment) in a randomized complete block design. The dietary treatments were a typical diet based on corn and soybean meal (CON) and CON with 0.1% multienzyme (Multi; mixture of β-mannanase, xylanase, α-amylase, protease, β-glucanase, and pectinase). Pigs were fed their respective diets for 6 wk. Frequency of diarrhea, levels of packed cell volume (PCV), white blood cells (WBC), immunoglobulins, cortisol, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), transforming growth factor- β (TGF-β), and C-reactive protein (CRP) were measured. Multi group tended to decrease (p<0.1) diarrhea frequency than CON group during 2 wk after weaning. Lower values of PCV on d 3 (p<0.05) and d 7 (p<0.1) were found in Multi group compared with CON group. There were no significant differences on WBC number and immunoglobulin (Ig) M and A between Multi and CON groups. However, Multi group tended to increase (p<0.1) Ig G on d 7 than CON group. Moreover, Multi group showed modulated immune responses, indicated by decreased levels of cortisol (p<0.05) on d 7 and 14, TNF-α on d 3 (p<0.05) and d 7 (p<0.10), TGF- β on d 2 (p<0.05) and d 7 (p<0.10), and CRP (p<0.10) on d 3 and 7 after weaning compared with CON group. Consequently, inclusion of multi-enzyme in diets for weaned pigs improved gut health and modulated immune responses of weaned pigs.

        This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of multi-enzyme on growth performance, intestinal morphology, and nutrient digestibility of weaned pigs. A total 36 weaned pigs (5.92 ± 0.48 kg BW; 28 d old) were randomly allotted to 2 dietary treatments (3 pigs/pen, 6 replicates/treatment) in a randomized complete block design. The dietary treatments were a typical diet based on corn and soybean meal (CON) and CON with 0.1% multi-enzyme (Multi; mixture of β- mannanase, xylanase, α-amylase, protease, β-glucanase, and pectinase). Pigs were fed their respective diets for 6 wk. Measurements were growth performance, morphology of ileum, apparent ileal digestibility and apparent total tract digestibility of dry matter, crude protein, and energy of weaned pigs. There were no significant differences on growth performance during overall experimental period. No differences were found for the morphology of ileum and nutrient digestibility between CON and Multi groups. Therefore, the results in the current study indicated that multi-enzyme supplementation in diets had no effects on growth performance, intestinal morphology, and nutrient digestibility of weaned pigs.

        Purpose - This study aimed to verify some cues for invigorating sales of mobile social commerce companies by analyzing differences in consumers' perceptions on characteristics of mobile commerce, after applying the step 1 of strategy deduction approach using the differences in their perceptions. Research design, data, and methodology - Efficient questionnaires of a total of 365 respondents who answered the questions about the importance of and the satisfaction with 14 characteristics of social commerce were returned, and then, paired-samples t-test and IPA by all respondents, gender, age and incomes were conducted. Results - The analysis showed that a maintenance/reinforcement strategies planned by companies are required for some factors including discount rate at the first quadrant, while active improvement strategies are required for others including reliability and interactivity at the second quadrant. Conclusions – The findings show that different marketing strategies should be established for each consumer who often uses mobile social commerce, and that more effective and efficient performance of mobile social commerce may be acquired by establishing and operating active improvement strategies.

        뇌혈관을 관찰할 수 있는 영상 진단장치 중 MRA, CTA, DSA 3장비 영상에 관한 SNR과 CNR을 비교, 분 석하여 뇌혈관 검사 시 최적의 검사기기를 알아보고자 하였다. 2016년 11월부터 2017년 5월까지 뇌혈관 진 단 검사를 받은 환자 90명을 대상으로 하였고, 측정부위는 Rt MCA, Lt MCA, ACA Image J를 이용하여 측 정 하였다. 정량적 분석 결과 MRA의 평균 SNR은 254.87 CNR은 178.13, 신호강도는 326.81, CTA의 평균 SNR은 74.75, CNR은 62.2, 신호강도는 356.66, DSA의 SNR은 26.85, CNR은 25.89, 신호강도는 4400.69 로 평가되었다(p<0.05). 결과적으로 SNR과 CNR 모두에서 MRA>CTA>DSA 순으로 측정 되었다. 유의성 평가 방법으로 SPSS 통계 분석 프로그램을 이용하여 ANOVA 분석을 하였고, 사후분석으로 bonferroni method를 사용하여 p<0.05 일 때 유의한 것으로 판단하였다. 결론적으로 본 실험에서 뇌혈관 질환 환자를 무작위로 선정하여 평가하였을 때 최적의 영상진단 장비로 MRA, CTA, DSA의 결과를 얻었다.

        본 연구는 조영제 주입 전 복부 검사 시 필수적으로 적용되고 있는 HASTE, HASTE(f/s), FFE(in, out)를 중심으로 두 기기에 대한 복부장기의 신호 대 잡음비(SNR; Signal to Noise Ratio)와 대조도 대 잡음비(CNR; Contrast to Noise Ratio)를 정량적으로 평가함으로서 최적의 장비선택을 알아보고자 하였다. 데이터분석은 1.5T 와 3.0T 자기공명영상기기(Philips medical system, Netherland)를 이용하여 검사한 복부영상을 무작위로 선정하여 분석을 하였다. 정량적 분석결과 간(Liver), 신장(Kidney), 비장(Spleen)에서는 1.5와 비교했을 때 3. 0T가 SNR, CNR 값이 높게 나타났고(p<0.05), 위(Stomach), 복부지방(Abdominal Fat), 췌장(Pancreas)에서는 1. 5T 가 높은 결과를 얻었다(p<0.05). 결론적으로 두기기별 장기에 대한 정량적 평가를 했을 때 인체의 바같 부분 조직은 전반적으로 3.0T 가 높게 나타났고 가스를 포함하여 자화율의 차이를 많이 발생시키는 안쪽부 분의 장기는 1.5T 가 높은 결과를 얻었다. 이러한 결과는 환자상태에 따라 조영제를 사용하지 못하고 MRI 검사를 하는 경우 정확한 진단학적 정보를 제공하는데 가이드라인이 될 것이다.

        Purpose - This study aims to provide a clue on which factors current managers and many more potential entrepreneurial applicants were required to concentrate on presenting effective research methods in the effects of purchasing companies' perception of service quality about suppliers of MRO industrial goods on the quality of relationships. Research design, data, and methodology - To accomplish the purpose of this study, we plan to conduct a research model with factors of MRO service quality as the leading variables and conduct a causal analysis using regression analysis on their influence relations. Results - In order to achieve the above purpose, it is necessary to select service quality factors suitable for the characteristics of MRO industrial goods supplier companies. And it is necessary to develop a plan for improving the relationship quality with buyer companies by understanding the sales orientation of MRO industrial goods supplier companies. Also, they develop a combined strategy capable of facilitating relationship quality by clarifying the role of rapport. Conclusions - It is expected that these results will provide strategic clues which service quality factors should be improved from the perspective of supplier companies and will provide various information on educational training sales skills of the sales staff.

        At the Brain MRI examination, RF Pulse are irradiated on the human head in order to acquire MR images. At this time, a considerable part of the irradiated RF Pulse energy is absorbed in our body and the temperature of the human head will rise depending on the degree of exposure, so it will affect the human head. Even if the same RF Pulse energy is given, if the metal is inserted in the human head, the conductivity of the human head is greatly increased by the metal, so the SAR value increases and the temperature also rises. Therefore, we started this research with the question as to whether there is difference between the change in SAR value and temperature displayed on the head of the human according to use or not of the dental implant. Experiments were using the XFDTD program on a 128 MHz RF Pulse frequency by a 3.0 tesla MRI. We can see that both are increasing that the average value of SAR and temperature that absorbed by the human head model used the dental implant. In addition, the average maximum SAR value and the maximum temperature rise in the brain part are shown below the international safety standard value but the influence can not be ignored because of the result may change according to the increase in the number of dental implant. And as future tasks. we need to the simulation of temperature rise and SAR due to an increase in the number of implants and volumes of teeth, dental implant material.
