There is a close relationship between Chinese culture and Korean culture, but there are also great differences. Based on the perspective of constituent elements, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the cultural differences between Chinese and Korean enterprises, and on this basis provides Chinese, the inspiration and ideas of the development of Korean enterprises are hoped to provide a reference basis for Chinese and Korean enterprises to achieve the goal of international development.

The establishment of China-South Korea Free trade area has a positive role in promoting bilateral trade. By analyzing the current situation of China-South Korea trade, the features of China-South Korea Free trade agreement and using intra-industry trade index and other indicators, this article intuitively shows the impact of trade. Using the methods of literature, comparative research and logical analysis, this paper explores China's future development strategies of sports events and derivatives industrial ecology chains. The research shows that: (1) the ownership of event property and the substantiation of individual sports associations are the preconditions for sports companies to expand profit margins, cultivate brand events and maximize the dividends of event brands; (2) through the establishment of sports lotteries and the introduction of well-funded The TV stations bid for the copyright of the competitions, sports industry can realize the energy saving and income increase of the competitions and expand the profit points of the competitions; (3) the ability of the government departments to conduct competition monitoring, risk early warning and scientific decision - making is an important assessment indicator for the safety of major sports events in the future; (4) related institutions should strengthen the creative and design development of derivatives for sports events, enhance the economic, social and cultural benefits of the ecological chain of the derivatives and promote the further development of China's sports industry.
Since the formation of competency theory in 1970s, this theory has greatly promoted the development of human resource management theory and practice. Based on the literature retrieval of CNKI and with the help of the visual analysis tool of CNKI, this study organizes, summarizes and analyzes the track, characteristics, current situation and trend of competency research. It is found that since the beginning of this century, especially in 2010, the research results of competency have been on the trend of blowout, the number of research results has increased linearly, the research field has gradually expanded, and the research methods have become more rich and varied. The basic research on the concept, characteristics, structure and role of competency has been basically completed, and the construction of competency models for different industries and posts has also made great progress. The relationship between competency and related factors has gradually entered the researchers' vision. At present, researchers have strong interests in the relationship between competency and its pre and post factors, as well as its mechanism. At the same time, the vision of competency research has gradually expanded from employees to groups, organizations, enterprises and even national global talent cultivation. However, when competency research is in the ascendant, some scholars have pointed out the limitations of competency on performance prediction through empirical research, calling for a higher level of interpretation of human resource management theory.

The so-called poetic animation short film creation is the animation art form that takes the traditional poetry culture as the content carrier and uses the poetic image creation vocabulary to present. Through the aesthetic audio-visual pictures, teenagers can have a strong poetic and picturesque feeling, gain recognition among teenagers with the help of new media's communication and expression, and thus arouse teenagers' recognition and pride of local folk customs and traditional Chinese culture. At the same time, it explores the feasibility of applying the creation techniques of poetic characteristics to animation communication.
This research aimed at studying the role of self-enhancing imagery and self goal-achievement emotion in the effect of characteristics perceived at advertisements using multisensory cues on purchase intention. Sports shoes advertisement was selected as an empirical research object. Questionnaire survey method was used to collect data. ‘WenJuanXing’ site was used to make the questionnaire in Chinese, and it was loaded on WeChat and QQ. 260 participants from different regions of China participated in online questionnaire survey. The results of testing the hypotheses by structural equation model in Amos 21.0 program are summarized as followings. The congruency between multisensory cues and self-discrepancy awareness positively evoked the self-enhancing imagery and the self goal-achievement emotion. The object relevance between the consumer and the product advertised did not induce the emotion, but evoked the self-enhancing imagery. Both of the self-enhancing imagery and the self goal-achievement emotion had positive effects on the product purchase intention. When developing advertisement, marketers should focus on multisensory cues’ characteristics to enhance the self-enhancing imageries as well as to help feel the goal-achievement emotion. They should pay attention to the ways by which the multisensory cues’ characteristics used to develop advertisement can be perceived to be congruent with each other by consumers.

With the rapid development of information technology, e-commerce is gradually changing people's production and lifestyle, changing the way of international trade; even the system and mechanism of international trade are changed by e-commerce, and new business models are created. E-commerce not only creates more trade opportunities for enterprises in various countries, but also shortens the trade distance and trading time of trade. It makes transactions unrestricted by geographic location and natural conditions, and the simplification of traditional trading procedures also increases transaction efficiency. It achieves truly global, intelligent and paperless transactions. This paper further expands the influence of e-commerce on international trade from inter-enterprise trade to individual-enterprise transactions, and analyzes the impact from the perspective of influencing mechanism. On the basis of theoretical analysis, combined with the development of international trade and the status of the promotion of e-commerce to trade development. From the aspects of trade mode, trade subject, trade management, a new elaboration has been made. From the perspective of influencing mechanism, the spatial aggregation of trade, commercial platform, trade flow, business model, information flow and business flow were systematically analyzed.
Along with the economic globalization and network generalization, this provides a good opportunity to the development of cross-border ecommerce trade. Based on this background, this paper sets ASEAN countries as an example to exploit the determinants of cross-border ecommerce trade including the export and the import, respectively. The panel data from the year of 1998 to 2016 will be employed to estimate the relationship between cross-border e-commerce trade and relevant variables under the dynamic ordinary least squares and the error correction model. The findings of this paper show that there is a long-run relationship between cross-border e-commerce trade and relevant variables. Generally speaking, the GDP(+) and real exchange rate(-export & +import) have an effect on cross-border e-commerce trade. However, the population (+) and the terms of trade (-) only have an effect on cross-border e-commerce import. The empirical evidences show that the GDP and the real exchange rate always affect the development of cross-border e-commerce trade. Therefore, all ASEAN countries should try their best to develop the economic growth and focus on the exchange rate regime so as to meet the need of crossborder e-commerce trade development.

On the other hand, with the implementation of the "one belt and one way" policy, cross-border electricity providers have promoted China's trade with the world and become China's new economic growth point. This paper analyzes the current situation of e-commerce in China and puts forward Suggestions for the further development of e-commerce in China.
Shipping containers promote rapid development of the transport industry, and generate economic and social value. However, problems often occur due to imbalance in dynamics between exports and imports, container relocation, traffic congestion, and general shipping network designs. So, efficient and cost-effective cargo management has become crucial for the Jeju Island – Mokpo container route (JMCR) in South Korea. Dozens of recent studies reveal that collapsible or foldable containers, may become an innovative solution to problematic issues within the shipping industry. The major purpose of this study is to discuss conditions required for successful commercial application of foldable containers, based on a cost-benefit analysis precisely for the JMCR. Findings reveal usage of foldable containers can be cost-effective, if containers make a “FULL<->EMPTY” route. To the contrary, a “FULL<->FULL” route can drastically increase expenditure. However, economic analysis of actual figures for 2010-2015 indicate that benefits for Mokpo – Jeju direction are significant to cover losses on the Jeju – Mokpo line. Seasonal patterns and mixing percentages of foldable and standard containers on the route, may also produce cost-effective solutions. Sensitivity analysis reveals that benefits from using foldable containers, depend mostly on empty container shares in addition to various extra costs.
Researches based on the pattern of planned behavior holds that the three variables of entrepreneurial attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control influence each other and influence entrepreneurial intentions respectively. However, there are also different, even conflicting research conclusions that continue to emerge. Researches based on the pattern of alertness, believe that profit opportunities and individuals’ pursuit to truth are the driving forces. Many scholars have demonstrated the impact of individual entrepreneurial alertness on entrepreneurial intentions. However, as an exogenous causal agent, profit opportunities have a logical problem: if there are no other assumptions, the mere existence of opportunities does not adequately explain entrepreneurial alertness. To address this gap, this study considered samples from mainland China, where entrepreneurial activities are very active currently, to test the role that entrepreneurial alertness is assumed to play in the planned behavior model. The results show that the three dimensions of alertness, individually partly intermediate the influence of entrepreneurial attitude on entrepreneurial intention, the influence of subjective norms on entrepreneurial intention, and that of perceived behavior control on entrepreneurial intention. This article studied the production of entrepreneurial intention by integrating the two patterns of planned behavior and alertness through empirical analysis, and opened up a new field for subsequent research on entrepreneurial intention.
The study examines the magnitude of economic spillover and the impact of foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows on the efficiency of the bank industry in China. This study employs unit root tests, cointegration tests and cointegrating regression analysis, including fully modified ordinary least squares (FMOLS), canonical cointegrating regression (CCR) and dynamic OLS (DOLS) to test the proposed hypotheses. The sample is restricted to the period of time in which monthly data is available and comparable among variables for the period from January 2002 to October 2013 (142 observations). All of the time series data was collected and retrieved from the People’s Bank of China, China Monthly Statistics from the National Bureau of Statistics of China, and International Financial Statistics database from International Monetary Fund. The results of the Johansen cointegration test suggest that there is a long-run equilibrium relationship between FDI inflows, foreign exchange rate and banks performance in China. The results of cointegrating regression analysis using FMOLS, CCR and DOLS suggest that M2 supply and FDI inflows are significant at the 0.01 level. The results confirm that FDI inflows in the banking sector are positively related to the increase of banks productivity and performance and short-term loans in China. However, the results suggest that Chinese Yuan currency exchange rate to U.S. dollar is not significant in the banking and financial industry of China.
Purpose - This research addresses the question of how an international retailer like Costco can succeed in a foreign mature market and satisfy the local consumers. Our study aims to promote our understanding of how foreign retailers influence local consumers in a mature market with differentiated business models.
Research design, data, and methodology – Our study uses company publications, secondary sources of information and the results of a questionnaire survey consisting of 106 participants. Consumer responses were solicited through a questionnaire survey conducted in the city of Kobe in December of 2013.
Results - Product differentiation from local retailers in a mature market like Japan gave Costco a competitive edge. Compared with local supermarkets, Costco was preferred by Japanese consumers for its variety of goods that it carries, as well as in-store promotion large package of selling units, in-store amenities, and customer services.
Conclusions - First, a theoretical framework is proposed in this study that can aid in developing localization strategies in a mature market such as Japan. Second, it reveals that an international retailer can succeed in a foreign market by stimulating local consumers to change their purchasing behavior, without having to alter the prevailing format of operation.
Purpose –This paper is to study the process of the negative effects of Sino-foreign joint ventures, hoping to find out an effective path in which local enterprises can avoid the risks in the utilization of foreign capital, and ultimately achieve independent innovation.
Research design, data, and methodology –The outflow of assets, the loss of local brands and the "technology hollowing-out" problem brought by joint ventures is becoming more and more serious. Based on conflict analysis graph model, this paper takes Yuhuan joint venture as an example to identify the conflict problem in Sino-foreign joint ventures.
Results –The results of the stability analysis show that establishing joint venture cannot really realize the introduction of technology because the technology is fully controlled by the foreign part. So when introducing foreign capital, local enterprises should participate in R&D and master the initiative.
Conclusions – Local enterprises should pay attention to patent containment and technology blockade of multinationals. Domestic enterprises should try to protect state-owned assets and local brands in Sino-foreign joint ventures. Independent innovation is the most effective strategy for the development of enterprises in China.
Stachys affinis tubers are known for its high content of stachyose and eaten as an edible vegetable. In this work, we assessed on the anti-inflammatory and anti-proliferation activity of a various type of extracts derived from S. affinis tubers. The n-hexane and dichloromethane fractions were showed the high cytotoxicity on the cell lines including RAW264.7 macrophages, HEK293 human kidney cell, A549 human lung cancer cell, KB human oral cancer cell, and a PC-3 human prostate cancer cell. N-butanol and water fractions were not exhibited cytotoxicity on the tested cancer cells, limited in anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer activities. Nevertheless, the ethyl acetate fraction showed little harm to RAW264.7 cells but inhibited the production of nitric oxide (NO) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) significantly. In addition, it arrests the cell growth in A549, KB, and PC-3 cell while little cytotoxicity on HEK293 cells. Consequently, these results supported that the ethyl acetate fraction of S. affinis tubers could be a potential anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer ingredient.
